Abstract
Fermente edilebilir biyokütleden anaerobik fermentasyonla üretilen, ön madde olarak adlandırılan uçucu yağ asidi (AGV) moleküllerinden amino asitlerin üretilmesi için bir yöntem olup, özelliği; en az şu aşamaları içermesiyle karakterize edilir: - uçucu yağ asidi (AGV) moleküllerinin, fermantasyona ara vermeksizin, en azından fermantasyon ortamında çözülmeyen araçlar arasından seçilen bir ekstraksiyon aracıyla ekstrakte edilmesi, - ekstrakte edildiklerinde, uçucu yağ asidi moleküllerinin (AGV) fermantasyon reaktörünün dışında toplanması, - b) aşamasında toplanan uçucu yağ asitleri arasından seçilen ve istenen amino asit türüne göre tanımlanan uçucu bir yağ asidi (AGV) türünden, belirli bir ?-halojenli asidin halojenasyon yoluyla sentezlenmesi, - bu ?-halojenli asitten, tanımlanmış bir amino asidin sentezlenmesi.
