Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para determinar el impacto de un paso de producción o un paso de purificación sobre la presencia o la naturaleza de moléculas contaminantes proinflamatorias en polímeros de glucosa o hidrolizados de estos utilizando una prueba de respuesta inflamatoria in vitro que emplea líneas celulares.
