Abstract
Изобретение относится к термоотверждаемой композиции для огнестойких или вспенивающихся композитных деталей, не содержащей никаких добавок галогенов и галогенированных структур в своих компонентах и содержащей: а) 100 вес.ч. сухой смолы, содержащей а1): ненасыщенный сложный полиэфир с кислотным числом ниже 10, и/или а2): виниловый эфир, b) 40-200 вес.ч. реакционноспособного разбавителя, выбранного из мономеров с этиленовой ненасыщенностью, с) 20-110 вес.ч. терморасширяющейся добавки, выбранной из меламина и его производных, гуанидина, глицина, мочевины, триизоциануратов, азодикарбонамида, d) 0-250 вес.ч. тригидрата алюминия, е) 10-80 вес.ч. добавки-предшественника карбонизации, выбранной из мультифункциональных полиолов, f) 50-200 вес.ч. соединения, выбранного из производного фосфора и/или производного борной кислоты, g) необязательно, по меньшей мере один оксид металла, h) необязательно, другие добавки и наполнители, i) необязательно, усилители на основе натуральных и синтетических волокон и соответствующих тканей, причем кислотный компонент полиэфира а1) содержит по меньшей мере 60 мол.% малеиновой кислоты и/или малеинового ангидрида, а полиольный компонент содержит по меньшей мере 70 мол.% пропиленгликоля. Эти композиции применяются в области транспорта, строительства, сооружений общественного значения, гражданского строительства, для зон рекреации или городского оборудования, с вспучивающимися композитными деталями или покрытиями, отвечающими, по меньшей мере, критерию HL2 согласно требованию R1 стандарта prCEN/TS 45545-2:2008.
