Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу приготовления кисломолочного продукта, содержащего бифидобактерии в сочетании с молочнокислыми бактериями вида Lactococcus lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus и/или Lactobacillus bulgaricus. Проблема, которую необходимо решить, состоит в том, чтобы предложить способ улучшения роста популяции бифидобактерии в молоке во время ферментации для приготовления кисломолочных продуктов (например, йогурта) для того, чтобы получить большое количество клеток бифидобактерии в готовом продукте.
