Abstract

Трансгенное двудольное растение, имеющее недостаточность одного или нескольких запасных белков семян растения, также содержащее трансгенную полинуклеотидную конструкцию, содержащую открытую рамку считывания, функционально связанную с промотором запасного белка и сигнальной последовательностью ER. Полинуклеотидная конструкция кодирует белковый продукт, который может накапливаться в семени на высоком уровне. Также предоставлены способы получения гетерологичного белка в семени растения.
