Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к производным 1-арил-3-анилин-5-алкил-1,2,4-триазола формулы (I) и их аналогам или фармацевтически приемлемым солям, к способам их получения, к содержащим их фармацевтическим композициям и к их применению в терапии. Изобретение, в частности, относится к сильным положительным аллостерическим модуляторам никотиновых ацетилхолиновых рецепторов, причем такой положительный аллостерический модулятор обладает способностью увеличивать эффективность агонистов никотиновых рецепторов.
