Abstract
В пределах аминокислот 40-64 зрелой формы миостатина человека определен нейтрализующий эпитоп. Антитела, которые связывают данный эпитоп с высокой аффинностью, преимущественно связывают GDF-8, а не GDF-11, и могут быть химерными, гуманизированными или полностью антителами человека, иммуноконъюгатами антител или их антигенсвязывающими фрагментами. Антитела по изобретению могут использоваться для увеличения мышечной массы, увеличения плотности костной массы или для лечения различных нарушений у млекопитающих и у птиц.
