Изобретение относится к гидростатической аксиально-поршневой машине (10), содержащей блок (30) цилиндров, выполненный вращаемым вокруг первой оси (39) и имеющий расточки (28) цилиндров, которые расположены на первой базовой окружности, концентричной относительно первой оси (39), и проходят в осевом направлении, и плоскость (12), выполненную вращаемой вокруг второй оси (38), причем на указанной плоскости (12) шарнирно закреплены в кольцевой конфигурации с расположением на второй базовой окружности, концентричной относительно второй оси (38), поршни (27, 27') в количестве, соответствующем количеству расточек (28) цилиндров, проходящие со смещением в соответствующие расточки (28) цилиндров, а также синхронизирующие средства (19, …, 25) для синхронизации поворотов блока (30) цилиндров вокруг первой оси (39) и ведомого вала (11) вокруг второй оси (38). Блок цилиндров (30) и ведомый вал (11) установлены с возможностью непрерывного регулирования посредством осей (38, 39) между первым положением, в котором оси (38, 39) параллельны, и вторым положением, в котором оси (38, 39) образуют друг с другом максимальный угол поворота (α), отличный от нуля. Такая гидростатическая аксиально-поршневая машина (10) имеет улучшенные характеристики, например, КПД, плотность мощности и диапазоны скоростей, за счет того, что максимальный угол поворота (α) превышает 45°, предпочтительно равен 50°.
