Abstract

Изобретение относится к получению новых пероральных лекарственных форм модафинила, содержащих частицы модафинила определенного размера. Путем регулирования распределения и количественного содержания в смеси мелких частиц, крупных частиц и очень больших частиц оптимизируют растворение и абсорбцию лекарственной формы после приема внутрь. Таким образом обеспечивается лекарственная форма, оказывающая эффективное влияние на состояние сонливости у субъекта. Также предлагаются способы лечения состояний, чувствительных к модафинилу, включающие введение пероральных дозированных лекарственных форм модафинила по изобретению.
