Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к оптимизированному способу культивирования микроорганизмов рода Thraustochytriales, в соответствии с которым эти микроорганизмы культивируют в низкосолевой среде без добавления солей натрия и хлоридных солей при общем содержании соли менее чем 3,5 г/л (соответственно менее чем 10% содержания соли морской воды) с последующим выделением PUFA из этих микроорганизмов и/или из этой среды. В частности, описаны новые оптимизированные среды с существенно уменьшенным общим содержанием соли при особенно уменьшенном содержании NaCl. Новая комбинация различных солей в качестве состава сред с суммой массовых долей Na- и Cl-ионов не более чем 1,75 г/л позволяет значительно улучшить и значительно упростить получение PUFA. Кроме того, описанная среда предпочтительно вообще не содержит добавленных солей натрия и хлоридных солей, что помогает избежать загрязнений окружающей среды содержащими соль сточными водами.
