Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к премиксу для композиции синтактового пенофенопласта; композиции синтактового пенофенопласта; и способу получения композиции синтактового пенофенопласта. Премикс состоит из термически вспениваемых и/или вспененных термопластичных микросфер, содержащих термопластичную полимерную оболочку, выполненную из гомополимера или сополимера из 100-25, например 93-40 вес.ч. нитрилсодержащего, этиленненасыщенного мономера или его смеси; и из 0-75, например 7-60 вес.ч. не содержащего нитрил этиленненасыщенного мономера или его смеси; и метательное взрывчатое вещество или его смесь, схваченное внутри полимерной оболочки; и/или химически высокоактивной феноло-альдегидной резольной смолы, обладающей способностью полного сшивания при температурах между 15 и 25°C, по выбору в присутствии воды, превосходящей ее вес в 10 раз, и типично содержащей 12-15% свободного фенола (в процентном соотношении массы); или кислотного катализатора для отверждения феноло-альдегидной резольной смолы. Способ включает или отверждение указанного выше премикса в присутствии другого из кислотного катализатора и химически высокоактивной феноло-альдегидной резольной смолы, как это определено выше, или, как альтернатива, отверждение всех трех компонентов вместе с любыми другими компонентами.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
