Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к новому и полезному усовершенствованию способа производства соли карбоновой кислоты, особенно соли аминокарбоновой кислоты, из первичного спирта, особенно из первичного аминоспирта. Способ производства солей аминокарбоновых кислот содержит контактирование водного раствора первичного аминоспирта с сильным гидроксидным основанием, выбранным из группы, состоящей из гидроксида щелочного металла, гидроксида щелочно-земельного металла, соединения гидроксида аммония, включая гидроксид тетраалкиламмония, или тому подобного, в присутствии эффективного количества катализатора. Катализатор содержит один или несколько элементов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из меди, кобальта, никеля и кадмия, а также, необязательно, в меньших количествах хром, титан, ниобий, тантал, цирконий, ванадий, молибден, марганец, вольфрам, кобальт, никель или их смеси. Реакционная смесь содержит менее чем около 3000 м.д., предпочтительно менее чем около 500 м.д., более предпочтительно менее чем около 100 м.д. окисленной меди (Cuи/или Cu) во время реакции.
