Abstract

Система фотодетекторов, содержащая матрицу фотодетекторов, образованную путем размещения в двумерный массив множества фотодетекторов, включает схему управления, предназначенную для подачи сигнала управления в фотодетекторы, и контроллер, предназначенный для управления операцией формирования изображения объекта и установкой чувствительности. Перед началом нормальной операции формирования изображения объекта выполняется операция предварительного формирования изображения объекта с изменением чувствительности восприятия на множестве этапов для соответствующих строк. Строка, находящаяся в состоянии оптимального формирования изображения, легко определяется на основе распределения динамических диапазонов данных яркости, входящих в состав данных сформированного изображения или распределения динамических диапазонов, из которого удалено ненормальное значение, выпадающее из основного тренда данных яркости, и линейно дифференцированного значения динамического диапазона. Чувствительность восприятия, установленная для этой строки, задается как оптимальная чувствительность. Это может упростить процесс установки чувствительности и сократить требующееся для этого время.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
