Abstract

Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, а именно к культивированию прокариотического микроорганизма и экстракции рекомбинантных белков, продуцированных прокариотическими микроорганизмами. Сущность изобретения заключается в применении аргинина в качестве агента экстракции периплазматических рекомбинантных белков, а также в способе экстракции целевого периплазматического белка, в котором предусматривают суспендирование осадка клеток или клеточного дебриса клеток, полученных при культивировании прокариотического микроорганизма, трансформированного вектором экспрессии, содержащим ген, кодирующий указанный белок, и средства для его экспрессии в периплазму микроорганизма в буферном растворе, который содержит аргинин, и извлечение целевого белка из супернатанта полученной бактериальной суспензии. Способ также предусматривает культивирование прокариотического микроорганизма, трансформированного вектором экспрессии, содержащим ген, кодирующий целевой белок в присутствии агринина, при этом концентрация агринина составляет по крайней мере 2 г/л.
