Claims (17)
1. Fremgangsmåde til forbedring af palmeolieudbytte, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: i. blanding af en enzymsammensætning, der omfatter cellulaseaktivitet og mannanaseaktivitet med en opslæmning; ii. inkubation af blandingen i mellem 1 til 20 timer ved en temperatur på mellem 50 °C til 95 °C; og iii. udskillelse af olien fra andre af blandingens komponenter.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor opslæmningen er én eller flere valgt fra gruppen bestående af separatorslam, spildevand fra sterilseringsapparater og spildevand fra palmeoliemøller.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor olien udskilles ved centrifugering.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor centrifugeringen resulterer i en triplefasesammensætning, der omfatter et olielag, et vandigt lag og et i alt væsentligt fast sediment- (eller opslæmnings-) lag, fortrinsvis hvor den vandige fase er beriget i opløselige fermenterbare sukkere.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor enzymsammensætningen endvidere omfatter pektinaseaktivitet, og/eller enzymsammensætningen omfatter en lav eller ingen proteaseaktivitet.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor enzymsammensætningen er et råt eller oprenset ekstrakt af et Trichoderma reesez-fermentat.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor cellulasen er en cellusase, der reducerer mængden af tørt sediment (opslæmningstørstof) med mindst 20 %, når 25000 CMC-DNS/kg substrat er tilsat opslæmning og efter inkubation i 1 time ved 50 °C.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor, når enzymsammensætningen omfatter mannanase, enzymsammensætningen omfatter et minimalt niveau af mannanaseaktivitet, der, når det tilsættes substratet, giver en mannanasekoncentration på mindst ca. 200 MVR/kg substrat.
9. Anvendelse af en enzymsammensætning, der omfatter cellulaseaktivitet og mannanaseaktivitet som defineret i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 5 til 8 i kombination med en opslæmning i fremstillingen af palmeolie til forbedring af palmeolieudbytte, til forbedring af udskillelse af palmeolie fra opslæmningen, til fremstilling af en vandig fase med forbedrede fermenterbare sukkere, eller til forbedring af hastigheden af olieudskillelse.
10. Anvendelse ifølge krav 9, hvor opslæmningen er én eller flere valgt fra gruppen bestående af separatorslam, spildevand fra sterilseringsapparater og spildevand fra palmeoliemøller.
11. Anvendelse ifølge krav 9 eller krav 10, hvor olien udskilles ved centrifugering.
12. Anvendelse ifølge krav 11, hvor centrifugeringen resulterer i en trefasesammensætning omfattende et olielag, et vandigt lag og et i alt væsentligt fast sediment- (eller opslæmnings-) lag, fortrinsvis hvor den vandige fase er beriget i opløselige fermenterbare sukkere.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fermenteringsprodukt, der omfatter fermentering af et råmateriale, der omfatter den vandige fase, som kan opnås ved fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, og genvinding af fermenteringsproduktet.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor råmaterialet endvidere omfatter tomme palmefrugtbundter eller forarbejdede tomme palmefrugtbundter.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13 eller krav 14, hvor fermenteringsproduktet er en forbindelse valgt fra gruppen bestående af en alkohol, en organisk syre, et antibiotikum, et antimikrobielt stof, bioinsekticid, et opløsningsmiddel og et polyhydroxyalkanoat.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 13 til 15, hvor råmaterialet udsættes for ét eller flere forarbejdningstrin valgt fra gruppen bestående af formaling, kogning og saccharificering.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 15 eller krav 16, hvor alkoholen er et biobrændsel.
