Claims (14)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en betondel, kendetegnet ved følgende fremgangsmådetrin: - fremstilling af et præfabrikeret byggeelement (3), som omfatter første forstærkningsstrukturer (18), der har tredimensionelle tekstilgitterstrukturer, og første varmeisoleringselementer (6), - støbning af beton i en skalform (13) til dannelse af et første betonlag (11), - nedsænkning af det præfabrikerede byggeelement (3) på det første betonlag (11).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at et andet betonlag lægges på det præfabrikerede byggeelement.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at under fremstilling af det præfabrikerede byggeelement (3) indføres første isoleringselementer (6) i recesser (8) af de første tekstilforstærkningsstrukturer (18), som i det mindste delvist indeslutter dem.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der anvendes tekstilgitterstrukturer, som har U-formede recesser, i hvilke der indføres bestanddele af de første isoleringselementer (6), som er pladeformede.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der under fremstilling af det præfabrikerede byggeelement (3) i de første forstærkningsstrukturers (18) område indføres første isoleringselementer (6) i form af væsker eller skum.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det præfabrikerede byggeelement (3) er udstyret med forbindelseselementer (19), - hvilke forbindelseselementer (19) er bestanddele af de første forstærkningsstrukturer (18) eller er fast forbundet med strukturerne (18) allerede på det tidspunkt, hvor en væske eller skum indføres i de første forstærkningsstrukturers (18) område, - og hvilke forbindelseselementer (19) griber ind ud over det område, som er fyldt med skum eller væsker, - og hvilke forbindelseselementer (19) går i indgreb i et støbelag (16) af blødt, pulverformet og/eller tyktflydende materiale, mens skummet eller væsken hærder.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at mindst det første betonlag (11) dannes i en skalform (13), og at det præfabrikerede byggeelement (3) ved nedsænkning på det første betonlag (11) passer i skalformen med sædvanlig teknisk nøjagtighed.
8. Præfabrikeret byggeelement af en betondel, kendetegnet ved - første forstærkningsstrukturer (18), som har tredimensionelle tekstilgitterstrukturer, - første varmeisoleringselementer (6).
9. Præfabrikeret byggeelement ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved forbindelseselementer (19), - hvilke forbindelseselementer (19) er bestanddele af de første forstærkningsstrukturer (18) eller er fast forbundne med strukturerne (18), - hvilke forbindelseselementer (19) strækker sig forbi isoleringselementerne (6), - og hvilke forbindelseselementer (19) er egnet til forbindelse med andre forstærkningsstrukturer (12) og/eller til fast indlejring i en betonmatrix.
10. Præfabrikeret byggeelement ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved en tilnærmelsesvis flad form, i hvilken længden (I) og bredden (b) af byggeelementet er et multiplum af dets dybde (t).
11. Præfabrikeret byggeelement ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at de første forstærkningsstrukturer (18) og de første isoleringselementer (6) i det væsentlige opfylder det præfabrikerede byggeelements (3) pladelignende form.
12. Præfabrikeret byggeelement ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at isoleringselementerne (6) definerer et plan, som ikke går gennem materiale med stor varmeledningsevne, såsom metaller.
13. Præfabrikeret byggeelement ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at de første varmeisoleringselementer (6) omfatter skumlignende isoleringsmaterialer.
14. Betondel, kendetegnet ved et præfabrikeret byggeelement (3) ifølge et af de foregående krav 8-13.
