Claims (7)

  1. Polysaccharid-film og fremgangsmåde til fremstilling heraf Patentkrav
    1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en polysaccharid-film, kendetegnet ved, at den færdige spindeopløsning til ekstrudering indeholder en aminoxid, mindst 23 vægtprocent vand, baseret på spindeopløsningens samlede mængde, og a(1—>3)-glukan som polysaccharid.
  2. 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, idet aminoxiden er N-methylmorpholin-N-oxid.
  3. 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, idet a(1—>3)-glukanet for mindst 90 % vedkommende består af hexose-enheder, og hvor mindst 50 % af hexose-enhederne er forbundet via a(1—>3)-glykosidiske bindinger.
  4. 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, idet ekstruderingen finder sted ved hjælp af en lige spaltedyse eller en ringformet spaltedyse.
  5. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, idet spindeopløsningen strækkes efter ekstruderingen.
  6. 6. Polysaccharid-film, hvis filmdannende substans i det væsentlige består af a(1—>3)-glukan, kendetegnet ved, at a(1->3)-glukanet fremstilles ved hjælp af en GtfJ-glucosyltransferase, som er isoleret fra streptococcus salivarius, og ved at filmen er orienteret i mindst en dimension.
  7. 7. Polysaccharid-film ifølge krav 6, idet a(1—>3)-glukanet for mindst 90 % vedkommende består af hexose-enheder, og mindst 50 % af hexose-enhederne er forbundet via a(1—>3)-glykosidiske bindinger.
