Claims (6)
1. Brændstofindsprøjtningsdoseringsindretning (7) til et motorkøretøj, hvilken brændstofindsprøjtningsdoseringsindretning har et grundlegeme (10) med mindst et gennemgangshul, hvor grundlegemet (10) på sin indvendige side (9) udgør et ventilsæde (8), som er tilvejebragt til at samvirke med et ventillegeme (5), og som lukker og åbner gennemgangshullet, og hvor der på den indvendige side (9) af grundlegemet (10) er anbragt flere langsgående noter (13), som strækker sig i aksialretningen og er adskilt fra hinanden ved hjælp af ribber (14), og den indvendige side (9) af grundlegemet (10) er elektrokemisk bearbejdet, kendetegnet ved, at ribberne (14) er elektrokemisk afrundede i overgangsområdet til de langsgående noter (13), og de langsgående noter (13) har en afrundet form i tværsnittet af brændstofindsprøjtningsdoseringsindretningen (7), hvor de langsgående noter (13) er anbragt i den langsgående retning mellem et hulcylindrisk vægafsnit (19) og et overgangsområde (21), der befinder sig nær ved bunden, i et affaset område (20), hvor de langsgående noter (13) i forhold til den langsgående retning har en skråning (a) fra 5° til 10°.
2. Brændstofindsprøjtningsdoseringsindretning (7) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der på den indvendige side (9) af grundlegemet (10) er anbragt en eller flere langsgående noter (13), som strækker sig i aksialretningen, med en elektrokemisk bearbejdningsproces.
3. Brændstofindsprøjtningsdyse (1) med en brændstofindsprøjtningsdoseringsindretning (7) ifølge krav 1 eller 2 og et deri aksialt bevægeligt anbragt ventillegeme (5) ligesom en kugle eller som en støder med en fortrinsvis kugleformet, konkav, sfærisk eller kugleafsnitslignende form i spidsen.
4. Brændstofindsprøjtningsdyse (1) ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at der er indeholdt en ventilmuffe (2), hvor grundlegemet (10) af brændstofindsprøjtningsdoseringsindretningen (7) ved ventilmuffens (2) ende er isat i en stof-, form og/eller i en kraftsluttende forbindelse.
5. Brændstofindsprøjtningsdyse (1) ifølge krav 3 eller 4, kendetegnet ved, at der er indeholdt en nål (4), hvor det som kugle udformede ventillegeme (5) materialemæssigt er adskilt fra nålen (4), som efter behov kan bringes i kontakt med dette, og ventillegemet (5) og nålen (4) er anbragt i forhold til hinanden på en sådan måde, at ventillegemet (5) kan forskydes af nålen (4) i det mindste også i aksialretningen.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af brændstofindsprøjtningsdoseringsindretning (7) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den indvendige side (9) afgrundlegemet (10) med mindst et gennemgangshul behandles med en elektrokemisk proces, og der på den indvendige side (9) af grundlegemet (10) anbringes flere langsgående noter (13), som strækker sig i aksialretningen, og som er adskilt fra hinanden ved hjælp af ribber (14), hvilke ribber (14) bliver afrundet elektrokemisk i overgangsområdet til de langsgående noter (13).
