Claims (26)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkompo-nentcoating omfattende trinnene med: at kombinere vand, mindst en zinkphosphatforbindelse og mindst en chrom-forbindelse til dannelse af en første opløsning; separat at kombinere mindst kaliumsilikat med vand til dannelse af en anden opløsning; at kombinere den første opløsning med den anden opløsning til dannelse af en korrosionsbestandig metalkomponentcoating-blanding til påføring på et metalsubstrat med en zink- eller zinklegeringsoverflade til dannelse af en coating på metalsubstratet, hvor coatingen tilvejebringer kemisk bestandighed i mindst 150 timer i overensstemmelse med ASTM Bl 17-standarder, hvor metalsubstratets zink- eller zinklegeringscoating har en vægt på (0,04 oz/ ft2) 12,20g/m2.
2. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkompo-nentcoating ifølge krav 1, endvidere omfattende trinnet med at kombinere coatingblandingen med mindst en acrylharpiks.
3. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkompo-nentcoating ifølge krav 1 eller 2, endvidere omfattende trinnet med at påføre coatingblandingen på et metalsubstrat med en zink- eller zinklegeringsoverflade til dannelse af en coating på metalsubstratet.
4. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkompo-nentcoating ifølge krav 2, hvor den mindst ene acrylharpiks har en pH-værdi på ikke mere end 3,5.
5. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkompo-nentcoating ifølge krav 3, endvidere omfattende trinnet med at opvarme coa-tingmetalsubstratet til yderligere reaktion mellem den påførte coatingblanding og substratets overflade.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkompo-nentcoating ifølge krav 3, hvor zink- eller zinklegeringsoverfladen er valgt fra gruppen bestående af zink, zinklegering, zinkaluminiumlegering, zinksaltopløsning, varmebehandlet zinklegeringsopløsning og kombination deraf.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkompo-nentcoating ifølge krav 3, hvor coatingblandingen reagerer med zink- eller zinklegeringsoverfladen af metalsubstratet, der udgør en kemisk binding med zink- eller zinklegeringsoverfladen.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkompo-nentcoating ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den første opløsning omfatter: ikke mindre end 4 og ikke mere end 27 vægtprocent vand; ikke mindre end 5 og ikke mere end 27 vægtprocent af den mindst ene zinkphosphatforbindel-se; og ikke mindre end 5 og ikke mere end 27 vægtprocent af den mindst ene chromforbindelse.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkomponent ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den korrosionsbestandige metalkomponentcoating omfatter: ikke mindre end 20 og ikke mere end 95 vægtprocent af den første opløsning; ikke mindre end 5 og ikke mere end 12 vægtprocent af den anden opløsning; og ikke mindre end 5 og ikke mere end 50 vægtprocent vand.
10. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkomponentcoating ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor coatingblandingen har en pH-værdi på ikke mere end 3,5.
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkomponent ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den mindst ene chromforbindelse omfatter en trivalent chromforbindelse.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkomponent ifølge krav 11, hvor den trivalente chromforbindelse er valgt fra gruppen bestående af chromchloridhydrat, chrom-(lll)-kaliumsulfat, chromhydroxid, chrom-(lll)-fluorid, chrom-(lll)-sulfat, chrom-(lll)-sulfid, chrom-(lll)-oxid, chrom-(lll)-2-ethylhexanoat, chrom-(lll)-nitrid, chromtricarbonyl og blandinger deraf.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkomponent ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den mindst ene chromforbindelse omfatter en hexavalent chromforbindelse.
14. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkomponent ifølge krav 13, hvor den hexavalente chromforbindelse er valgt fra gruppen bestående af chrom-(VI)-halider, chrom-(VI)-hexafluorid, chromylchlorid, natriumchromat, chrom-(VI)-peroxid, natriumchromat, chrom-(VI)-oxid, dichromat, kaliumchromat, calciumchromat, bariumchromat, chrom-(VI)-oxidperoxid og blandinger deraf.
15. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkomponent ifølge krav 3, hvor trinnet med påføring af coatingblandingen omfatter at rulle coatingblandingen på metalkomponentoverfladen.
16. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkomponent ifølge krav 3, hvor trinnet med påføring af coatingblandingen omfatter at sprøjte coatingblandingen på metalkomponentoverfladen.
17. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkomponent ifølge krav 3, hvor trinnet med påføring af coatingblandingen omfatter at nedsænke mindst en del af metalsubstratet med en zink- eller zinklegeringsoverflade i et bad af coatingblandingen.
18. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkomponent ifølge krav 3, hvor trinnet med påføring af coatingblandingen endvidere omfatter at fylde eventuelle tomrum i zink- eller zinklegeringsoverfladen med coatingblandingsopløsningen.
19. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkompo-nentcoating ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den korrosionsbestandige metalkom-ponentcoating har en pH-værdi på ikke mindre end 1,0 og ikke mere end 2,5.
20. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkompo-nentcoating ifølge krav 1, 2 eller 3, hvor den korrosionsbestandige metal-komponentcoating er elektrisk ledende.
21. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkompo-nentcoating ifølge krav 1, 2 eller 3, hvor den korrosionsbestandige metal-komponentcoating er vandafvisende.
22. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkompo-nentcoating ifølge krav 1, 2 eller 3, hvor den korrosionsbestandige metal-komponentcoating tilvejebringer en forbedret overflade til en metalkomponent, der er coatet med zink eller zinklegering, til vedhæftning på maling.
23. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en korrosionsbestandig metalkompo-nentcoating ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den korrosionsbestandige metalkom-ponentcoating er selvreparerende.
24. Korrosionsbestandig metalkomponent med en korrosionsbestandig coating, der kan opnås ved hjælp af fremgangsmåden ifølge et af kravene 1 til 23.
25.
