Claims (15)
1. Rygegenstand omfattende et aerosolgenererende substrat, hvor det aerosolgenererende substrat omfatter et aromaleveringsmateriale til termisk at frigive et aromastof, aromaleveringsmaterialet omfattende: en polymermatrix; og en flerhed af domæner inkluderende en aromastofsammensætning inden i polymermatrixen, aromasammensætningen omfattende et aromastof blandet med en triglycerid-excipiens omfattende mindst et fedtstof inkluderende mindst 30 vægtprocent af triglycerider havende mindst en karboxylsyre med en kædelængde større end 12, hvor aromastoffet har et smeltepunkt som er inden for 15°C af smeltepunktet af det mindst ene fedtstof; hvor aromastoffet kan frigives fra aromaleveringsmaterialet ved opvarmning af rygegenstanden.
2. Rygegenstand ifølge krav 1, hvor aromastoffet har et smeltepunkt som er inden for 10°C af smeltepunktet af det mindst ene fedtstof.
3. Rygegenstand ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det mindst ene fedtstof har et klarhedspunkt-smeltepunkt på mindst 27°C.
4. Rygegenstand ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor aromasammensætningen omfatter mellem 50 og 75 vægtprocent af aromastoffet og mellem 25 og 50 vægtprocent af triglyceriden.
5. Rygegenstand ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor viskositetsprofilen af triglycerid-excipiensen er således at størkning af triglycerid-excipiensen begynder ved 35°C eller lavere ved køling af triglycerid-excipiensen fra 70°C.
6. Rygegenstand ifølge krav 5, hvor triglycerid-excipiensen er fuldkommen størknet ved 25°C eller lavere.
7. Rygegenstand ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor aromastoffet kan frigives fra polymermatrixen ved opvarmning af aromaleveringsmaterialet over 220°C.
8. Rygegenstand ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor aromaleveringsmaterialet har et samlet tab af masse på ikke mere end 15% og fortrinsvis ikke mere end 12% ved forøgelse af temperaturen af aromaleveringsmaterialet til 220°C.
9. Rygegenstand ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor triglycerid-excipiensen omfatter et polymorffedtstof.
10. Rygegenstand ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor triglycerid-excipiensen omfatter kakaosmør.
11. Rygegenstand ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor polymermatrixen omfatter et eller flere polysakkarider.
12. Rygegenstand ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor aromaleveringsmaterialet har samlet tab af masse på mindst 50% ved forøgelse af temperaturen af aromaleveringsmaterialet fra 220°C til 320°C.
13. Rygegenstand ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor 80% af domænerne af aromasammensætningen har en diameter på 20 mikrometer eller mindre.
14. Anvendelse af et aromaleveringsmateriale i en rygegenstand, aromaleveringsmaterialet omfattende: en polymermatrix; og en flerhed af domæner inkluderende en aromastofsammensætning inden i polymermatrixen, aromasammensætningen omfattende et aromastof blandet med en triglycerid-excipiens omfattende mindst et fedtstof inkluderende mindst 30 vægtprocent af triglycerid havende mindst en karboxylsyre med en kædelængde større end 12, hvor aromastoffet har et smeltepunkt som er inden for 15°C af smeltepunktet af det mindst ene fedtstof; hvor aromastoffet kan frigives fra aromaleveringsmaterialet ved opvarmning af rygegenstanden.
