Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde ti! nedbrydning eiler omdannelse af et ceiluioseholdigt materiale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: behandling af det ceiluloseholdige materiale med en enzymsammensætning i nærværelse af et polypeptid med kataiaseaktivitet; hvor polypeptidet med katalaseaktivitet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: i) et polypeptid, som udviser mindst 60% sekvensidentitet med det modne polypeptid ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2; ti) et polypeptid, der kodes for af et poiynukleotid, som udviser mindst 60% sekvensidentitet med det modne polypeptide kodningssekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 1; eller cDNA-sekvensen deraf; og i) et fragment af polypeptidet ifølge (i) eller (li), som har katalaseaktivitet.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor enzymsammensætningen omfatter et eller flere (f.eks. adskillige) enzymer valgt fra gruppen bestående af en ceilulase, et GH61-polypeptid med cellulolytisk forbedrende aktivitet, en hemicelluiase, en esterase, et expansin, en laccase, et ligninoiytisk enzym, en pectinase, en peroxidase, en protease og et swollenin.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det ceiluloseholdige materiale er valgt fra gruppen bestående af restprodukter fra landbrug, urtemateriaie, fast kommunalt affald, restprodukter fra papirmasse-og papirfabrikker, papiraffald og træ; fortrinsvis pælerør, bagasse, bambus, majskolber, majsfiber, majsblade og -stilke, elefantgræs, appetsinskal, rishalm, rishirse, hvedehaim, eukalyptus, gran (fir), fyr, poppel, gran (spruce), pil, aigecelluiose, bakteriecellulose, bomuidsiinters, filtrerpapir, mikrokrystaiilnsk cellulose eller phosphorsyrebehandlet cellulose.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor det ceiluloseholdige materiale forbehandles, især ved kemisk forbehandling, fysisk forbehandling eller biokemisk forbehandling.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor polypeptidet med kataiaseaktivitet er en kataiase fra Thermoascus, Talaromyces, Humicoia eller Penitiflium,
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fermenteringsprodukt, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) forsukring af ef celiuloseholdigt materiale med en enzymsammensætning i nærværelse af et poiypeptid med kataiaseaktivitet; (b) fermentering af det forsukrede eeliuioseholdige materiaie med en eiier flere (f.eks, adskillige) fermenterende mikroorganismer for at fremstille fermenteringsproduktet; og (c) indvinding af fermenteringsproduktet fra fermenteringen; hvor polypeptidet med kataiaseaktivitet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: i) et poiypeptid, som udviser mindst 60% sekvensidentitet med det modne poiypeptid ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2; ti) et poiypeptid, der kodes for af et poiynukleoiid, som udviser mindst 60% sekvensidentitet med det modne polypeptide kodningssekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 1; eller cDNA-sekvensen deraf; og i) et fragment af polypeptidet ifølge (a) eiier (b), som har kataiaseaktivitet.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor enzymsammensætningen omfatter et eifer flere (f.eks. adskillige) enzymer valgt fra gruppen bestående af en celiulase, et GH81-poiypeptid med celiuSoiytisk forbedrende aktivitet, en hemiceiiuiase, en esterase, et expansin, en iaccase, et ligniooiylsk enzym, en pectinase, en peroxidase, en protease og et swollenin.
S. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6 eiier 7, hvor det ceiiuioseholdtge materiaie er vaigt fra gruppen bestående af restprodukter fra landbrug, urtemateriale, fast kommunalt affaid, restprodukter fra papirmasse- og papirfabrikker, papiraffald og træ; fortrinsvis pæierør, bagasse, bambus, majskoiber, majsfiber, majsblade og -stilke, elefantgræs, appelsinskal, rishaim, rishirse, hvedehaim, eukalyptus, gran (fir), fyr, poppel, gran (spruce), pli, aigeceiluiose, bakterieceiiulose, bomuidslinters, filtrerpapir, mikrokrystailinsk ceiiuiose eller phosphorsyrebehandiet ceiluiose.
9. Fremgangsmåde iføige et hvilket som helst af kravene 6-8, hvor fermenteringsproduktet er en alkohol, en alkan, en cycfoaikan, en alken, en aminosyre, en gas, isopren, en keton, en organisk syre eiier polyketid,
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6-9, hvor tilstedeværelsen af polypeptidet med kataiaseaktivitet øger hydrolysen af det eeliuioseholdige materiaie i sammenligning med fravær af polypeptidet med kataiaseaktivitet.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6-10, hvor potypeptidet med katalaseaktivitet er en katalase fra Thermoascus, Tataromyces, Humicola eller Penicillkm.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fermentering af et celluloseholdigt materiale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: fermentering af det ceilulosehoidige materiale med en eller flere (f.eks, adskillige) fermenterende mikroorganismer, hvor det ceilulosehoidige materiale er hydrolysere! med en enzymsammensætning i nærværelse af et poiypeptid med katalaseaktivitet; hvor pofypeptidet med katalaseaktivitet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: i) et poiypeptid, som udviser mindst 60% sekvensidentitet med det modne poiypeptid ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2; il) et poiypeptid, der kodes for af et poiynukleotid, som udviser mindst 60% sekvensidentitet med det modne polypeptids kodningssekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO; 1; eller cDNA-sekvensen deraf; og isi s et fragment af polypeptide! ifølge (i) eiler (il), som har katalaseaktivitet,
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12 eller 13, hvor det ceilulosehoidige materiale er valgt fra gruppen bestående af restprodukter fra landbrug, urtemateriale, fast kommunalt affald, restprodukter fra papirmasse- og papirfabrikker, papiraffald og træ; fortrinsvis pælerør, bagasse, bambus, majskolber, majsfiber, majsblade og -stilke, elefantgræs, appelsinskai, rishaim, rishirse, hvedehaim, eukalyptus, gran (fir), fyr, poppel, gran (spruce), pil, algeceilulose, bakteriecellulose, bomuldslinters, filtrerpapir, mikrokrystailinsk cellulose eiler phosphorsyrebehandiet cellulose.
15. Fremgangsmåde iføige et hvilket som helst af kravene 12-14, hvor pofypeptidet med katalaseaktivitet er en katalase fra Thermoascus, Talaromyces, Humicola eiler Peniciilium.
