Claims (15)
1. Emballage (1) omfattende en sprøjtestøbt beholder (2) af plastmateriale, såsom en beholder af polypropylen, og et låg (3), hvilket låg (3) omfatter: en første del (10) i form af en film af plastmateriale, der er integreret forbundet med en sprøjtestøbt anden del (20) af et plastmateriale med et smeltepunkt Ti, hvor den anden del (20) er indrettet til at blive varmeforseglet til en rand (6) af beholderen (2) ved opvarmning af plastmaterialet (30) af den anden del (20) i et perifert kantområde (4) af låget (3) til en varmeforseglingstemperaturT, kendetegnet ved, at den første del (10) dækker den anden del (20) i det mindste langs det perifere kantområde (4), idet den første del (10) indbefatter, langs det perifere kantområde (4), et lag (12) af et plastmateriale, som har et smeltepunkt T2, der er højere end smeltepunktet Ti af plastmaterialet af den anden del (20), og som forbliver formstabilt ved temperaturen T, hvorved plastmaterialet af den anden del (20) er hensigtsmæssigt til varmeforseglingen.
2. Emballage ifølge krav 1, hvor den anden del (20) definerer den overflade af låget (3), der vender mod det indre af beholderen (2), hvor den første del (10) dækker hele eller i det væsentlige hele den anden del (20).
3. Emballage ifølge krav 1, hvor den anden del (20) er et ringformet legeme; hvor den første del (10) strækker sig hen over det ringformede legeme og også definerer en overflade af låget, der vender mod det indre af beholderen (2).
4. Emballage ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den første del (10) bærer tegn, der relaterer sig til indholdet af beholderen (2), hvilke tegn (2) er synlige, når låget (3) er forseglet i forhold til beholderen (2).
5. Emballage ifølge krav 4, hvor tegnene er trykt på den første del (10), inden den første del (10) forbindes med den anden del (20).
6. Emballage ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den anden del (20) og beholderen (2) indbefatter midler (100), der griber mekanisk ind med hinanden for at fastgøre låget (3) til beholderen (2).
7. Emballage ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor laget (12) er et lag af polyamid- eller PET-materiale.
8. Emballage ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den første del (10) indbefatter et barrierelag (14) til styring af luftgennemtrængeligheden af låget (3); hvor barrierelaget (14) fortrinsvis er fremstillet af et materiale, der er udvalgt fra gruppen af SiOx og PVDc.
9. Emballage ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den første del (10) indbefatter et yderligere lag (16), såsom et lag af polypropylenmateriale, sammensmeltet med den anden del (20) til definering af den integrerede forbindelse.
10. Emballage ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den anden del (20) er lavet af polypropylen, eventuelt et polypropylenmateriale indeholdende tilsætningsstoffer til styring af styrken af varmeforseglingen.
11. Emballage ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor låget (3) indbefatter, langs det perifere kantområde (4), en reces (16), således at den anden del (20) har en reduceret tykkelse langs periferiområdet (4).
12. Låg til en beholder (2) af plastmateriale, hvilket låg (3) omfatter: en første del (10) i form af en film af plastmateriale, og en anden del (20) sprøjtestøbt af plastmateriale, hvor den anden del (20) er indrettet til at blive varmeforseglet til en rand (6) af beholderen (2) ved opvarmning af plastmaterialet af den anden del (20) i en perifer kantregion (4) af låget (3) til en varmeforseglingstemperatur T; hvor den første (10) og den anden (20) del er sammensmeltet med hinanden, såsom ved en IML-proces; hvor den første del (10) definerer en øvre overflade (11) af låget (3), som er indrettet til at vende bort fra beholderen (2), kendetegnet ved, at den første del (10) dækker den anden del (20) i det mindste langs det perifere kantområde (4), hvor den første del (10) indbefatter, langs det perifere kantområde (4), et lag (12) af et plastmateriale, såsom polyamid eller PET, der forbliver formstabilt ved temperaturen T, hvorved plastmaterialet af den anden del (20) er hensigtsmæssigt til varmeforseglingen.
13. Låg ifølge krav 12, hvor plastmaterialet af den anden del (20) er polypropylen PP.
14. Låg til en beholder (2) af plastmateriale, hvilket låg (3) omfatter: en første del (10) i form af en film af plastmateriale, og en anden del (20) sprøjtestøbt af plastmateriale, hvor den anden del (20) er indrettet til at blive varmeforseglet til en rand (6) af beholderen (2) ved opvarmning af plastmaterialet af den anden del (20) i en perifer kantregion (4) af låget (3) til en varmeforseglingstemperatur T; hvor den første (10) og den anden (20) del er sammensmeltet med hinanden, såsom ved en IML-proces, hvor den første del (10) definerer en øvre overflade (11) af låget (3), som er indrettet til at vende bort fra beholderen (2), kendetegnet ved, at den første del (10) dækker den anden del (20) i det mindste langs det perifere kantområde (4), hvor den første del (10) indbefatter, langs det perifere kantområde (4), et lag (12) af polyamid eller PET; og hvor plastmaterialet af den anden del (20) og beholderens plastmateriale er polypropylen PP.
15. Fremgangsmåde til varmeforsegling af emballagen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-11, hvorved varmeforseglingstemperaturen udvælges til at ligge mellem temperaturen Ti og T2.
