Description

Claims (16)
- 包装及び充填機械内で少なくとも1つの熱可塑性樹脂の内側層を備えた包装用積層スリーブ(10)によって包装容器を製造する方法であり、前記包装容器は、前記包装用積層スリーブの他に、該包装用積層スリーブに結合された肩部と、該肩部に結合され且つ注ぎ出し口が組み合わせられた首部とを有しており、
−包装用積層スリーブ(10)を、内側成形型と関連付けて配置するステップと、
−前記内側成形型の外側に外側成形型を配置して、これらの成形型間にキャビティを形成するステップと、
−少なくとも一つの第一の材料の溶融物を前記キャビティ内に射出するステップと、を含んでおり、
−前記内側成形型と外側成形型との間に、前記包装容器の首部を前記キャビティと接触した状態で配置し、前記溶融物が前記キャビティ一杯になり、前記首部と前記包装用積層スリーブの端部に配置された前記熱可塑性樹脂の内側層の一部分とを融合させるステップと、
−前記成形型を開き且つ前記包装容器を更に付加的な処理をするために移動させるステップと、を特徴とする方法。 - 前記溶融材料の射出前のステップにおいて、前記キャビティの容積が製造される包装部品の容積を超える容積であり、前記溶融した材料の射出後に、
−前記溶融した材料が前記キャビティ一杯になり且つ前記首部と融合するまで、前記包装用積層スリーブの端部に配置されている熱可塑性樹脂の内側層の一部分に対して前記外側及び内側の成形型を加圧するステップを更に含んでいる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記首部が前記注ぎ口を覆う膜を備えており、該膜は前記首部と一体の部品として形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記首部が密封装置内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか一の項に記載の方法。
- 前記首部が外ねじを備えており、前記密封装置がねじ込みキャップである、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂によって作られた前記肩部が、前記包装用積層スリーブの外側において、該包装用積層スリーブの上端縁を越えて伸長していて、前記スリーブの上端の3つの側部が前記肩部によって包囲されるようになされる、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか一の項に記載の方法。
- 前記内側成形型が前記首部の位置を調整するための突出部を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか一の項に記載の方法。
- 該方法によって形成される前記肩部が、0.2〜0.6mm更に好ましくは0.3〜0.5mmの材料厚みを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか一の項に記載の方法。
- 前記首部が、下方端部に配置され且つ径方向外方に向かって伸長している外周フランジを備えており、該外周フランジは径方向外方に向かってテーパーが付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか一の項に記載の方法。
- 前記フランジの上面が、溶融射出材料との改良された接触を得るために粗く仕上げられている、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記首部が、前記フランジの上方の領域に軸線方向に伸長している領域を有しており、該領域には、外側成形型に対する接触を高めるための外方に向かって伸長しているビードが設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記首部に、バヨネット式開封装置、フリップ式開封装置又はワンタッチ開封装置が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法を実施するための装置であり、
−包装用積層スリーブ(10)を内側成形型(8)と関連付けて配置する手段と、
−前記成形型(8,20)間にキャビティ(22)を形成するために、前記内側成形型(8)の外側に配置できる外側成形型(20)であって、前記キャビティ(22)は射出成形される包装部品の容積を超える容積を有している、前記外側成形型(20)と、
−前記包装容器の首部(14)を前記成形型(8,20)に対して位置調整するための手段と、
−第一の材料の溶融物を前記キャビティ内へ射出するための手段と、を備えており、
該装置は更に、成形型(8,20)を圧縮するための圧縮機構を備えており、前記成形型(8,20)が、圧縮後にキャビティ(22)を形成し、該キャビティは、一端が前記包装用積層スリーブ(10)の上端によって規定され、他端が前記首部(14)の下端によって規定されている、装置。 - 前記キャビティ(22)が、前記包装容器の作られた肩部(26)が前記包装用積層スリーブ(10)上端縁を越えて伸長する形状を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 単一の内側成形型(8)と単一の外側成形型(20)とを備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の装置。
- 前記キャビティ(22)は、圧縮後に、第二の端部が前記首部に設けられた径方向外方に向かって伸長している外周フランジ(38)によって規定され、前記外周フランジ(38)はテーパーが付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項13又は15に記載の装置。
