Claims (13)

1. Katalysatorprecursorsammensætning, der omfatter mindst et metal fra gruppe 6 i det periodiske system, mindst et metal fra grupperne 8-10 i det periodiske system, og et reaktionsprodukt dannet ud fra (i) en første organisk forbindelse, som indeholder mindst en primær eller sekundær amingruppe og mindst 10 carbonatomer, men ikke (ii) en anden organisk forbindelse, der er forskellig fra den første organiske forbindelse og indeholder mindst en carboxylsyregruppe og mindst 10 carbonatomer, hvor reaktionsproduktet indeholder yderligere umættede carbonatomer i forhold til (i) den første organiske forbindelse, hvor metallerne i katalysatorprecursorsammensætningen er arrangeret i et krystalgitter, hvor reaktionsproduktet ikke er beliggende i krystalgitteret, og hvor katalysatorprecursorsammensætningen er fremstillet ved (a) at behandle en katalysatorprecursorsammensætning, der omfatter det mindst ene metal fra gruppe 6 og det mindst ene metal fra grupperne 8-10, med den første organiske forbindelse, og (b) at opvarme den organisk behandlede katalysatorprecursorsammensætning til en temperatur på fra 195 °C til 250 °C i et tilstrækkeligt tidsrum, til at den første organiske forbindelse reagerer for at danne et in situ-produkt, der indeholder yderligere umættethed.
2. Katalysatorprecursorsammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor det mindst ene metal fra gruppe 6 er Mo, W eller en kombination deraf, og hvor det mindst ene metal fra grupperne 8-10 er Co, Ni eller en kombination deraf.
3. Katalysatorprecursorsammensætning ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor katalysatorprecursorsammensætningen endvidere omfatter mindst et metal fra gruppe 5 i det periodiske system, mere fortrinsvis V, Nb eller en kombination deraf.
4. Katalysatorprecursorsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den første organiske forbindelse omfatter en primær monoamin med fra 10 til 30 carbonatomer.
5. Katalysatorprecursorsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor et eller flere af følgende er opfyldt: katalysatorprecursorsammensætningen udviser et indhold af umættede carbonatomer, som målt ifølge sammenligninger af toparealer opnået ved 13C NMR-teknikker, på mindst 29 %; katalysatorprecursorsammensætningen udviser en forøgelse af indholdet af umættede carbonatomer, som målt ifølge sammenligninger af toparealer opnået ved 13C NMR-teknikker, på mindst 17 %; katalysatorprecursorsammensætningen udviser et forhold mellem umættede carbonatomer og aromatiske carbonatomer, som målt ifølge forhold af toparealer, opnået ved IR-spektroskopiske teknikker, af en affoldet top centreret fra 1700 cm-1 til 1730 cm-1 sammenlignet med en affoldet top centreret fra 1380 cm-1 til 1450 cm-1, på mindst 0,9; og katalysatorprecursorsammensætningen udviser et forhold mellem umættede carbonatomer og aromatiske carbonatomer, som målt ifølge forhold af toparealer, opnået ved IR-spektroskopiske teknikker, af en affoldet top centreret fra 1700 cm-1 til 1730 cm-1 sammenlignet med en affoldet top centreret fra 1380 cm-1 til 1450 cm-1, på op til 15.
6. Katalysatorprecursorsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som er en bulkmetalblandingskatalysatorprecursorsammensætning, fortrinsvis en bulkmetalblandingskatalysatorprecursorsammensætning, der omfatter 20 vægt-% eller mindre af bærer eller bærermateriale.
7. Bulkmetalblandingskatalysatorsammensætning til hydrogenbehandling fremstillet ved sulfidering af katalysatorprecursorsammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav.
8. Metalblandingskatalysatorsammensætning til hydrogenbehandling ifølge krav 7, hvor den sulfiderede hydrogenbehandlingskatalysatorsammensætning udviser en lagdelt struktur, der omfatter en flerhed af stablede lag af sulfideret/sulfiderede gruppe 6-metal(ler), således at det gennemsnitlige antal stablede lag er fra 1,5 til 3,5.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysatorprecursorsammensætning, der indeholder in situ-dannede umættede carbonatomer, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) at behandle en katalysatorprecursorsammensætning, der omfatter mindst et metal fra gruppe 6 i det periodiske system, mindst et metal fra grupperne 8-10 i det periodiske system, med en første organisk forbindelse, der indeholder mindst en primær eller sekundær amingruppe og mindst 10 carbonatomer, for at danne en organisk behandlet katalysatorprecursorsammensætning; og (b) at opvarme den organisk behandlede katalysatorprecursorsammensætning til en temperatur på fra 195 °C til 250 °C i et tilstrækkeligt tidsrum, til at den første organiske forbindelse reagerer in situ for at danne yderligere umættede carbonatomer, som ikke var til stede i den første organiske forbindelse, men ikke så længe, at mere end 50 vægt-% af den første organiske forbindelse fordampes, hvorved der dannes en katalysatorprecursorsammensætning, der indeholder in situ-dannede umættede carbonatomer.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor det mindst ene metal fra gruppe 6 er Mo, W eller en kombination deraf, og hvor det mindst ene metal fra grupperne 8-10 er Co, Ni eller en kombination deraf, fortrinsvis hvor katalysatorprecursorsammensætningen endvidere omfatter mindst et metal fra gruppe 5 i det periodiske system, mere fortrinsvis V, Nb eller en kombination deraf.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9 eller 10, hvor den første organiske forbindelse omfatter en primær monoamin med fra 10 til 30 carbonatomer.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 til 11, hvor katalysatorprecursorsammensætningen, der indeholder in situ-dannede umættede carbonatomer, er en bulkmetalkatalysatorsammensætning til hydrogenbehandling, der i det væsentlige består af reaktionsproduktet, en oxidform af det mindst ene metal fra gruppe 6, en oxidform af det mindst ene metal fra grupperne 8-10 og eventuelt 20 vægt-% eller mindre af et bindingsmiddel.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en sulfideret hydrogenbehandlingskatalysatorsammensætning, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter at sulfidere katalysatorprecursorsammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6 eller opnået ved fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 til 12 under forhold, der er tilstrækkelige til at fremstille den sulfiderede hydrogenbehandlingskatalysatorsammensætning.
