Claims (10)
- FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL FREMSTILLING AF ALLOPHANAT, ALLOPHANAT OG LAWISKØS SAMMENSÆTNING OMFATTENDE ALLOPHANATET1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et allophanat af ét eller en flerhed af identiske eller forskellige isocycanater, eller en blanding af forskellige allophanater, ved omsætning af ét (eller en flerhed af) isocyanat(er) med mindst én monoalkohol, der omfatter en ether- eller polyetherfunktion, kendetegnet ved, at omsætningen sker i nærvær af en bismuthholdig forbindelse som en katalysator og en metalforbindelse som en cokatalysator valgt fra alkali- eller alkaliske jordmetalcarboxylater, hvor indholdet af metalforbindelsen er fra 0,5 til 100 ppm i forhold til mængden af monoalkohol.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at monoalkoholen er en forbindelse med formlen R-[O-CH(Ri)-CH2]n-OH, hvori Ri repræsenterer H, eller fortrinsvis en Ci-Cs-alkylgruppe, navnlig methyl, eller polyether, navnlig -CH2OR10, hvor R-æ repræsenterer en carbonhydridkæde, navnlig polyoxyalkylen, fortrinsvis polyoxyethylen, n er et heltal på fortrinsvis fra 1 til 10, mere fortrinsvis fra 1 til 5, og R er en lineær eller forgrenet Ci-C2o-alkylgruppe, hvor R er en R2-CO- gruppe, hvor R2 er en lineær eller forgrenet Ci-C2o-alkylgruppe.
- 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at den bismuthholdige forbindelse er en forbindelse med formlen Bi(R-i,R2,R3) med Ri, R2, R3, der er carbonhydrid molekyler, der er identiske eller forskellige, og har et carbonantal på mellem 1 og 50 carbonatomer, fortrinsvis mellem 1 og 25 carbonatomer, og har mindst én funktion, der er i stand til at binde bismuthatomet og hvis pKa i vand er større end 1, fortrinsvis større end 2.
- 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at den bismuthholdige forbindelse omfatter mindst én funktion valgt fra en carboxylsyre, en alkohol, et hydroxycarbonat, en thiol, en amin og en carbamoyl (-NH-C=O).
- 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at den bismuthholdige forbindelse er valgt fra bismuthtriacetat, bismuth-tris-(2-ethylhexanoat), bismuth-tris-(decanoat), bismuth-tris-(palmitat), bismuthsubsalicylat, bismuthsubgallat og bismuth lactat.
- 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at isocyanatet/isocyanaterne er én eller flere isocyanatmonomer, der opfylder mindst én, fortrinsvis to, mere fortrinsvis tre af følgende betingelser: - mindst én, fortrinsvis to, NCO-funktioner er forbundet med en carbonhydridhovedkæde via et mættet carbon (sp3); - mindst ét, fortrinsvis to, af de mættede carboner (sp3) bærer mindst ét, fortrinsvis to hydrogener. - samtlige mellemliggende carboner, hvorfra isocyanatfunktionerne er forbundet med carbonhydridhovedkæden, er mættede carboner (sp3), der fortrinsvis delvist, mere fortrinsvis helt, bærer ét hydrogen, fortrinsvis to hydrogener.
- 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at NCO/OH-forholdet er større end 2, fortrinsvis større end 4.
- 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at allophanaterne svarer til den almene formel II:hvori: - R4 og R6, der er identiske eller forskellige, repræsenterer en carbonhydridgruppe, navnlig en alifatisk, cykloalifatisk, heterocyklisk eller aromatisk gruppe, der omfatter en reel eller afledt isocyanatfunktion, og - R5 repræsenterer resten af en monoalkoholforbindelse, der omfatter en ether- eller polyetherfunktion efter omsætningen af OH-funktionens hydrogen.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at omsætningen af isocyanatet med monoalkoholen endvidere udføres i nærvær af antioxidantforbindelser.
- 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at isocyanatet/isocyanaterne er urethan/urethaner.
