Claims (25)
1. Implanterbar protese til rekonstruktion af en defekt i abdominalvæggen, hvilken implanterbare protese omfatter: en bløddelslap (22) med en første overflade (34), der skal vende mod defekten i abdominalvæggen; et par stropper (24, 26), der udgår væk fra den første overflade (34) af lappen (20), hvor hver strop (24, 26) har et tværsnit med en bredde og tykkelse, idet bredden er større end tykkelsen, og hver strop (24, 26) strækker sig tilstrækkelig langt væk fra den første overflade (34) af lappen (20) til at nå gennem defekten i abdominalvæggen, når lappen (20) er på den ene side af defekten, således at en del af hver af stropperne (24, 26) er på den anden side af defekten og er indrettet til at blive trukket af en bruger til placering af bløddelslappen (20) .
2. Implanterbar protese ifølge krav 1, hvor lappen (20) indbefatter en anden overflade, der skal vende væk fra defekten, hvilken anden overflade er konfigureret til at forhindre vævsadhæsioner.
3. Implanterbar protese ifølge krav 2, hvor parret af stropper (24, 26) udgår fra den første overflade (34) af lappen (20) i adskilte placeringer.
4. Implanterbar protese ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor lappen (20) indbefatter absorberbare og ikke-absorberbare materialer.
5. Implanterbar protese ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor lappen (20) er en flerlagslap.
6. Implanterbar protese ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor lappen indbefatter et første netlag (68) .

8. Implanterbar protese ifølge krav 7, hvor barrierelaget (104) forhindrer, reducerer og/eller minimerer vævsadhæsioner og/eller vævstilhæftning.
9. Implanterbar protese ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 8, hvor barrierelaget (104) er absorberbart.
10. Implanterbar protese ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 9, hvor lappen indbefatter et andet netlag (66), der er placeret mellem barrierelaget (104) og det første netlag (68) .
11. Implanterbar protese ifølge krav 10, hvor mindst det ene af det første netlag (68) og det anden netlag (66) er absorberbart.
12. Implanterbar protese ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 10 til 11, hvor det anden netlag (66) er ikke-absorberbart.
13. Implanterbar protese ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6 til 12, hvor det første netlag (68) er absorberbart.
14. Implanterbar protese ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13, hvor lappen (20) indbefatter en støttedel (98) .
15. Implanterbar protese ifølge krav 15, hvor støttedelen (98) forstærker lappen (20), medvirker til ekspansion af lappen (20) og/eller bidrager til stabilitet af lappen (20).
16. Implanterbar protese ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 14 til 15, hvor støttedelen (98) er placeret inde i lappen (20).
17. Implanterbar protese ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 14 til 16 underordnet et hvilket som helst af kravene 3 til 5, hvor støttedelen (98) er placeret mellem det første netlag (68) og barrierelaget (104).
18. Implanterbar protese ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 14 til 17, hvor støttedelen (98) indbefatter en støttering.
