Claims (14)

1. Hydraulisk smøreapparat til et doseringssystem for cylindersmøreolie, for eksempel i skibsmotorer, hvilket doseringssystem omfatter - en forsyningsledning samt en returledning, der er forbundet med smøreapparatet via hver sin ventil for levering af hydraulikolie, - en central hydraulikolieforsyningspumpe, der er forbundet med hydraulikcylindre, der hver har et hydraulikstempel og som kan sættes under tryk med hydraulikolie via forsyningsledningen, - et antal indsprøjtningsenheder, der modsvarer et multiplum af cylinderantallet i motoren, og som er forbundet med hver sin doseringscylinder med et doseringsstempel, - en forsyningsledning for cylindersmøreolie, kendetegnet ved, at det hydrauliske smøreapparat omfatter - en fordelerplade, der ved sin ene side er i kontakt med nævnte doseringsstempler og som ved sin anden side er i kontakt med to eller flere hydraulikstempler til forskydning af fordelerpladen for aktivering af doseringstempleme.
2. Smøreapparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at fordelerpladen er understøttet af tre eller flere hydraulikstempler.
3. Smøreapparat ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at doseringsstempleme er anbragt parallelt med hinanden og at fordelerpladen forskydes i retning vinkelret på doseringsstempleme.
4. Smøreapparat ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at hydraulikstempleme er anbragt i grupper af to eller flere, hvor hver gruppe kan anvendes uafhængig af hinanden.
5. Smøreapparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter mindst en overvågningssensor for registrering af gennemført slaglængde for fordelerplade og/eller gennemført dosering af cylindersmøreoliemængde.
6. Smøreapparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at alle hy-draulikcylindrene er forbundet med samme centrale hydraulikolieforsyningspumpe.
7. Smøreapparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav 1 - 5, kendetegnet ved, at hydraulikcylindrene er anbragt i grupper, som hver er forbundet med sin separate hydraulikolieforsyningspumpe,
8. Smøreapparat ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter overvågningssensorer for hver fordelerplade.
9. Smøreapparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter en indstillingsenhed med et indstillingsorgan, der er via en setpin er indgreb med fordelerpladen og dermed doseringsstempleme for derved at kunne justere volumen af indsprøjtet cylindersmøreolie i hvert smøreslag, samt en styrbar aktuator/motor, der er i indgreb med indstillingsorganet for at indstille dette.
10. Smøreapparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter et computersystem til styring, overvågning og/eller registrering af smøreapparatets funktioner.
11. Smøreapparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav 4-11, kendetegnet ved, at overvågningssensoren omfatter en induktiv sensor der er placeret i smøre-apparatet for at registrere når fordelerpladen er i en topposition.
12. Smøreapparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det er sektioneret. for eksempel i grupper af 2 - 4 blokke, der hver har en fordelerplade og som kan udskiftes individuelt og at der er monteret flere sæt ventiler hvorved der skabes mulighed for forskellige aktiveringstidspunkter af hver blok.
13. Fremgangsmåde til dosering af cylindersmøreolie, for eksempel i skibsmotorer, hvilket fremgangsmåde omfatter - en forsyning af hydraulikolietryk via en fremførsel samt en returnering af hydraulikolie til og fra et smøreapparat ved anvendelse af et hydraulikolieforsyningssystem, der er forbundet med hydraulikcylindre, der hver har et hydraulikstempelstempel og som sættes under tryk med hydraulikolien, - forsyning og indsprøjtning af cylindersmøreolie via et antal indsprøjtningsenheder, der modsvarer et multiplum af cylinderantallet i motoren, og som forbindes med hver sin doseringscylinder med et doseringsstempel, kendetegnet ved, at en fordelerplade ved sin ene side bringes i kontakt med nævnte doseringsstempler og ved sin anden side bringes i kontakt med to eller flere hydraulik-stempler til forskydning af fordelerpladen for aktivering af doseringstemplerne.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13. kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter en computerstyring, -overvågning og/eller -registrering af fremgangsmådens funktioner.
