Abstract

Der beskrives en injektor (1), en fremgangsmåde og et doseringssystem til indsprøjt ning af cylindersmøreolie i store cylindre i en dieselmotor, for eksempel i skibsmotorer. Et antal injektorer er anbragt i et plan vinkelret på cylinderens akse og hver injektor omfatter et injektorhus (25) og en i forlængelse heraf anbragt dysespids (5), der ved sin ydre frie ende er indrettet med flere dyseåbninger (10) for at flere smøreoliestråler (A, B, C, D) leveres fra hver injektor til cylinderens væg (16). For at kunne foretage jævn fordeling af smøreolien selv om injektoreme ikke er jævnt fordelt langs cylinderens periferi så er dyseåbningeme anbragt under forskellig vinkel såvel radialt i forhold til en centerlinie (22) gennem dysespidsen som aksialt i forhold til et plan vinkelret på dysespidsens centerlinie. Herved vil centeret (15) af smøreoliestrå leme (A, B, C, D) leveres på cylindervæggen i samme højde over injektorerne, men på forskellige områder af cylindervæggens periferi.
