Claims (10)

1. Injektor til indsprøjtning af cylindersmøreolie i store cylindre i en dieselmotor, for eksempel i skibsmotorer, og til anvendelse i et indsprøjtningssystem, hvor et antal injektorer er anbragt i en cylindervæg og i et plan vinkelret på cylinderens akse for at levere smøreoliestråler på cylindervæggene, og hvor injektoren omfatter et injektorhus og en i forlængelse heraf anbragt dysespids, der ved sin ydre frie ende er indrettet med flere dyseåbninger for at flere smøreoliestråler leveres i forskellige retninger kendetegnet ved, at dyseåbningerne er anbragt under forskellig vinkel såvel radialt i forhold til en centerlinie gennem dysespidsen som aksialt i forhold til et plan vinkelret på dysespidsens centerlinie, og at dyseåbningeme med den største vinkel i forhold til et plan vinkelret på dysespidsens centerlinie er anbragt tættest på injektorhuset, hvorved det opnås at centeret af smøreoliestråleme leveres på cylindervæggen på samme niveau over injektoren, men på forskellige områder af en periferi af en sådan cylindervæg.
2. Injektor ifølge krav 1 kendetegnet ved, at dyseåbningeme er tilvejebragt med forskellige størrelser.
3. Injektor ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at de største dyseåbninger er placeret nærmest injektorhuset.
4. Injektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at injektoren har forskellig størrelse på dyseåbningeme således at kontaktfladen af en smøreoliestråle, fortrinsvis i form af en forstøvet spray, på cylindervæggen bliver proportional med dyseåbningerne og dermed den doserede smøreoliemængde.
5. Injektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at injektoren har forskellig størrelse på dyseåbningerne således at forskellige smøreoliestråler, i form af forstøvede sprays, får forskellig dråbestørrelse og således at den spray med den korteste vej får mindre dråber, og den spray med den længste vej får større dråber.
6. Injektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at injektoren omfatter en integreret ventil med et ventillegeme og et ventilsæde for at åbne og lukke for indsprøjtningen.
7. Injektor ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at ventilen er en forstøvningsventil, og at ventilsædet er tilvejebragt mellem ventillegemet og dyseåbningerne.
8. Injektor ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at ventilen er en kontraventil, og at ventillegemet er tilvejebragt mellem ventilsædet og dyseåbningerne.
9. Injektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter to dyseåbninger.
10. Anvendelse af en injektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav i et doseringssystem til indsprøjtning af cylindersmøreolie i store cylindre i en dieselmotor, for eksempel i skibsmotorer, hvor et antal injektorer er anbragt i en cylindervæg og i et plan vinkelret på cylinderens akse.
