Claims (15)

1. Mikrokapselpulver med materialer til lagring af latent varme som kapselkerne og en kapselvæg opbygget af 10 til 100 vægt-% af en eller flere Ci_C24_alkylestere af acryl-og/eller methacrylsyre, 0 til 80 vægt-% af en bi- eller polyfunktionel monomer, som ikke er opløselig i vand eller er svært opløselig, og 0 til 90 vægt-% øvrige monomerer hver især baseret på den samlede vægt af monomererne, med en gennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse i området på 150 - 400 ym og med 80 vægt-% af de partikler, som har en diameter ^90 ym.
2. Mikrokapselpulver ifølge krav 1, idet 80 %-værdien af bredden af størrelsesfordelingen af partiklerne er ^ 500 ym.
3. Mikrokapselpulver ifølge krav 1 eller 2, idet materialet til lagringen af den latente varme er en lipofil substans med en fast/flydende faseovergang i temperaturområdet mellem -20 og 120 °C.
4. Mikrokapselpulver ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, idet materialet til lagringen af den latente varme er en alifatisk carbonhydridforbindelse.
5. Mikrokapselpulver ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, idet kapselvæggen er opbygget af 30 til 95 vægt-% af en eller flere Ci-C24-alkylestere af acryl-og/eller methacrylsyre, 5 til 60 vægt-% af en bi- eller polyfunktionel monomer, som ikke er opløselig i vand eller er svært opløselig, 0 til 90 vægt-% øvrige monomerer.
6. Mikrokapselpulver ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, som er opnåelig ved hjælp af radikal polymerisation af en olie-i-vand-emulsion indeholdende monomererne, den lipofile substans og et beskyttelseskolloid og efterfølgende spraytørring.
7. Mikrokapselpulver ifølge krav 6, idet beskyttelseskolloidet er et organisk neutralt beskyttelseskolloid.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et mikrokapselpulver ifølge krav 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at man spraytørrer mikrokapseldispersionen over en etstof-dyse.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at man tilsætter et sprayhjælpemiddel.
10. Anvendelse af mikrokapselpulveret ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7 til lagring af latent varme i tekstiler.
11. Anvendelse af mikrokapselpulveret ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7 til lagring af latent varme i bindemidler i byggeriet.
12. Anvendelse af mikrokapselpulveret ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7 til lagring af latent varme i fyldningsmaterialer.
13. Anvendelse af mikrokapselpulveret ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7 til lagring af latent varme i varmebærende væsker.
14. Anvendelse ifølge krav 13 i et system omfattende en varmeoptagende del og en varmeafgivende del, hvorimellem den varmebærende væske føres i kredsløb, og i givet fald en pumpe til transport af den varmebærende væske.
15. Anvendelse ifølge krav 13 i et statisk system.
