Claims (1)

1. Fremgangsmåde til videoindkodning, der omfatter en forudsigelsesløkke, idet forudsigelsesløkken omfatter: a) at udføre heltalstransformation af en billedblok for at opnå en første matrix af heltalstransformerede koefficienter Kl[i][j] under benyttelse af en heltalstransformation, som har basisfunktioner med forskellige normer; b) at udføre en kombineret kvantisering og normalisering af den første matrix af heltalstransformerede koefficienter Kl[i][j] for at udlede en kvantiseret datamatrix L[i][j] under benyttelse af en kombineret kvantiserings- og normaliseringsmatrix A(QP) [i] [j ] ; c) at udføre en kombineret afkvantisering og normalisering af den kvantiserede datamatrix L[i] [j] for at opnå en anden matrix af heltalstransformerede koefficienter K2[i] [j], hvorved den kombinerede afkvantisering og normalisering indbefatter: cl) at indføre en kvantiseringsparameter QP (206); c2) at afgrænse en kombineret afkvantiserings- og normaliseringsmatrix B (QP) [i] [j], således at alle heltalstransformerede koefficienter K2[i][j] har den samme normalisering, hvorved den kombinerede kvantiserings- og normaliseringsmatrix A(QP)[i][j] og den kombinerede afkvantiserings- og normaliseringsmatrix B (QP) [i] [j] er forbundne med en normaliseringsrelation, som er A (QP) [i] [j] *B(QP) [i] [j] = N [ i ] [j] ; d) at udføre en invers heltalstransformation af den anden matrix af heltalstransformerede koefficienter K2[i][j], hvor de basale funktioner fra den inverse heltalstransformation har forskellige normer, for at opnå en invers heltalstransformeret koefficientmatrix; og e) at udføre en yderligere normalisering på den inverse heltalstransformerede koefficientmatrix under benyttelse af en enkelt skalar værdi 2N; kendetegnet ved, at den kombinerede kvantiserings- og normaliseringsmatrix A(QP)[i][j] er faktoriseret til mantisse- og eksponentled, og den kombinerede afkvantisering og normalisering fra punkt c) yderligere indbefatter c3) at repræsentere den kombinerede afkvantiserings- og normaliseringsmatrix B (QP) [i] [j] i mantisse- og eksponentformat, idet en mantissedelsmatrix Bm(QP)[i][j] er en funktion af kvantiseringsparameteren QP, og en eksponentdelsmatrix Be (QP) [i] [j] er en funktion af kvantiseringsparameteren QP og er uafhængig af i, j og QP i intervallet [0,P — 1], hvor Bm(QP) [i] [j] og Be (QP) [i] [j] opfylder Bm(QP) [i] [j] = Bm(QP mod P) [i] [j] og Be (QP) [i] [j] = Be(0) + QP/P, hvor P er et heltal, og QP/P repræsenterer heltallet, der bliver opnået ved at afrunde resultatet af at dividere QP med P imod nul; og c4) at beregne den anden matrix af heltalstransformerede koefficienter K2[i][j] under benyttelse af K2[i][j] = [L[i] [j]*Bm(QP) [i] [j]] << Be (QP) [i] [j], hvor "<<" udtrykker en skift til venstre operation.
