Claims (16)
1. Lydabsorberende struktur valgt fra lofter og vægge og omfattende en flerhed af i alt væsentligt sammensluttede, lydabsorberende elementer, fyldstof, som er støbt og hærdet mellem elementerne, hvorved fyldstoffet og elementerne giver strukturen en i alt væsentligt flad overflade og et fysisk eller kemisk hærdet, monolitisk puds bundet til og strækkende sig i alt væsentligt fuldkommen over den i alt væsentligt flade overflade og som er glat, kendetegnet ved at de lydabsorberende elementer har en akustisk absorptionskoefficient aw på mindst 0,7, og strukturen har en akustisk absorptionskoefficient aw på mindst 0,6, hvor pudset er porøst, hvor porerne af det monolitiske puds er åbne porer der er indbyrdes forbundet mellem den forreste overflade af pudset og overfladen af elementerne på hvilken pudset er påført.
2. Struktur ifølge krav 1, i hvilken elementerne har en akustisk absorptionskoefficient aw på mindst 0,85 og strukturen har en nedre akustisk absorptionskoefficient på mindst 0,8.
3. Struktur ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, i hvilken det monolitiske puds har en tykkelse på ikke mere end 2mm.
4. Struktur ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, i hvilken det monolitiske puds har en tørvægt på op til 2kg/m2.
5. Struktur ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, i hvilken det monolitiske puds har en overflade-ruhed således at Sa er under 140pm, Sq er under 170pm og Sz er under 900pm.

9. Struktur ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, i hvilken det støbte fyldstof er vandabsorberende og der er et vandabsorption-reducerende grundingslag mellem fyldstoffet og pudset til at fremme binding af pudset til fyldstoffet.
10. Struktur ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, i hvilken porøsiteten af det hærdede monolitiske puds hovedsageligt skyldes porerne skabt af mikrobobler der undslipper pudset før og under hærdning af pudset.
11. Struktur ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, i hvilken det hærdede monolitiske puds omfatter partikelmateriale bundet af fysisk eller kemisk hærdet bindingsmiddel hvor partikelmaterialet består af partikelmateriale med en maksimal dimension under 2mm og en partikelstørrelsesdistribution som tillader opnåelsen af den definerede glathed.
12. Struktur ifølge krav 11, i hvilken bindemidlet er et filmdannende vandopløseligt eller dispergerbar organisk polymermateriale hærdet kemisk og/eller hærdet fysisk ved at tørre bindemidlet mens i flydende form.
13. Struktur ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, i hvilken det hærdede monolitiske puds er fri for uorganiske fibre, men eventuelt omfatter syntetiske polymerfibre.
14. Struktur ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, i hvilken det monolitiske puds omfatter 1 til 20% fysisk eller kemisk hærdet bindemiddel, 70 til 99% vand-uopløseligt partikelmateriale, hvor partikelmaterialet har en maksimal dimension på 2mm og 0 til 20% vandopløselige eller dispergerbare additiver og 0-5% organiske fibre.
15. Fremgangsmåde til at danne en struktur ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 14, omfattende at samle på overfladen af en væg eller et loft flerheden af i alt væsentligt sammensluttede lydabsorberende elementer, støbe fyldstoffer mellem de i alt væsentligt sammensluttede elementer og fysisk eller kemisk hærdning af det støbte fyldstofog, hvis nødvendigt, udglatning af det hærdede støbte fyldstof og derved at tilvejebringe den i alt væsentligt flade overflade, hvis nødvendigt, at påføre et grundingslag over det hærdede støbte fyldstof for at reducere dets vandabsorption, at påføre over i alt væsentligt hele den i alt væsentligt flade overflade et ikke-hærdet puds, som er en viskøs fluidsammensætning indeholdende en vandig fluidfase i hvilken er opslæmmet uopløseligt partikelmateriale der består af partikelmateriale med en maksimal dimension under 1 mm og hvor den vandige fase omfatter et ikke-hærdet bindemiddel og indesluttede gas-mikrobobler, og fysisk eller kemisk at hærde bindemidlet og derved danne det glatte, hærdede, porøse monolitiske puds hvor porerne af det monolitiske puds er åbne porer der er indbyrdes forbundet mellem den forreste overflade af pudset og overfladen af elementerne på hvilken pudset er påført.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 15, i hvilken den fluide fase dannes ved at blande partikelmaterialet, bindemidlet og vandet og at skabe mikroboblerne, og eventuelt større bobler, med kemisk nedbrydning af et karbonat i den fluide fase og at røre den deraf resulterende fluidsammensætning for at fordele mikroboblerne jævnt igennem sammensætningen og for at dispergere og/eller bryde hvilke som helst større bobler til mikrobobler.
