Abstract
Description
図1は、製造後、犠牲レリーフから取り外す前の、犠牲レリーフ10の上にまだ残っている構造ファサードパネル5の図を示す。
以下を除き、実施例1と同様にして実施例2を作製する:(a)犠牲レリーフ上に剥離層を適用しない;および(b)ファサード層としてアクリルエラストマーコーティングを使用する代わりに、アルミニウム箔(厚さ0.04ミリメートル)を犠牲レリーフ上に適用して、ファサード層として機能させる。実施例2は、剥離層を必要とせずに、シートタイプのファサード層を使用して作製されたパネルを示している。
Claims (15)
- a.犠牲材料の多層堆積の加法的プロセスにより、幅寸法、長さ寸法、および高さ寸法を有する犠牲レリーフを構築するステップであって、前記犠牲レリーフは、任意選択で1つまたは複数の開窓メサを画定することができるステップと;
b.前記犠牲レリーフの輪郭に一致するように、前記犠牲レリーフの上にファサード層を適用するステップと;
c.前記ファサード層の上に発泡性組成物を堆積させるステップと
を含む方法であって、前記発泡性組成物は、前記ファサード層に接着されるポリマーフォームに膨張し、前記ポリマーフォームは、前記ファサード層に接着する方法。 - 前記犠牲レリーフの最小幅寸法が1メートルであり、前記犠牲レリーフの最小長さ寸法が1メートルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 堆積の各層が前記犠牲レリーフの幅および長さ寸法に広がり、前記犠牲レリーフの構築が、前記犠牲レリーフの高さ寸法に沿って犠牲材料の複数の層を堆積することを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記犠牲材料が、非結合微粒子および結合微粒子からなる群から選択される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記犠牲レリーフの構築が、前記犠牲材料の輪郭形成を支援するために、前記犠牲材料を堆積した後に、前記犠牲材料にローラまたは他の成形デバイスを適用することをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、前記犠牲レリーフの上にファサード層を適用する前に、前記犠牲レリーフの上に剥離コーティングを適用することをさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ファサード層が、液体、連続固体フィルム、微粒子材料、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせとして適用される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡性組成物が、膨張および硬化してポリウレタンフォームを形成する一成分および二成分ポリウレタンフォーム配合物から選択される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 発泡性組成物を堆積させることが、発泡性組成物の複数の層を互いに堆積させることを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 発泡性組成物の後続の層が、異なる組成を有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ファサード層への堆積後に、前記発泡性組成物に機械的固定要素を挿入することをさらに含み、前記機械的固定物体は、前記発泡性組成物およびそれから形成されるポリマーフォームから突出する物体、ならびに前記発泡性組成物およびそれから形成されるポリマーフォーム内の空洞を画定する物体からなる群から選択される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記発泡性組成物を堆積させた直後に、前記発泡性組成物の少なくとも一部の上に繊維材料を堆積させることをさらに含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記発泡性組成物が構造支持成分に結合したポリマーフォームを形成するように、前記発泡性組成物に前記構造支持成分を埋め込むことをさらに含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ファサード層から前記犠牲レリーフを除去することをさらに含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記犠牲層上に製造されたパネルよりも高く延びる前記犠牲レリーフの周囲にフレームワークが存在し、前記ファサード層および発泡性組成物層が前記フレームワーク内にある、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
