Særlig foretrukne repræsentanter for forbindelserne med den almene formel I er nedenstâende derivater: 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-nitro-1,3-diacetoxypropan, 1-cyclohexyl-2-nitro-1,3-diacetoxypropan, 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-nitro-3-acetoxy-propen-l, 5 1-(3,4-methylendioxypheny1)-2-nitro-3-acetoxy-propen-1, 1-(3-fluor- phenyl)-2-nitro-l,3-diacetoxy-propan, 1,3-diacetoxy-2-nitro-4-hexen og 1-(2-furyl)-2-nitro-3-acetoxy-propen-l.

Den foreliggende opfindelse omfatter aile de mulige isomerer og isomere blandinger af forbindelserne med den almene formel I samt fremstillingen deraf og plantebeskyttelsesmidler, som indeholder sàdanne isomerer eller isomerblandinger som aktive forbindelser.

Fra litteraturen kendes lignende nitroalkanolderivater, hvor imid-lertid betegner usubstitueret phenyl. Fx er l-phenyl-2-nitro-3-acet-oxy-propen-1 (R^ = phenyl, R2 og R4 danner sammen en valensbinding, R3 betegner hydrogen, og R5 betegner methyl) beskrevet i littera-5 turen (C.A. 63, 14750 g (1964); Bull. Chem. Soc. Jap. 38 (8), 1237-40) som et mellemprodukt, men imidlertid uden angivelse om dens mulige biologiske virkninger. Ligeledes beskrives i DK 2987/77 nitroalkanolderivater, hvor Rj_ betegner usubstitueret phenyl. Forbindelser med den almene formel I, hvor R^ betegner substitueret phenyl, har 10 imidlertid vist sig at hâve en fungicid aktivitet, der er ca. 2 gange sterre end aktiviteten af tilsvarende forbindelser, hvor R^ betegner usubstitueret phenyl.
Den foreliggende opfindelse angâr især bactéricide og fungicide præ-parater, som indeholder én eller flere forbindelser med den almene 15 formel I, hvori symbolerne har den ovenfor angivne betydning.
De pesticide præparater ifelge den foreliggende opfindelse kan frem-stilles pâ i og for sig kendt mâde under anvendelse af konventionelle bærere og/eller hjælpemidler. Disse præparater kan ud over den aktive bestanddel indeholde sædvanlige additiver sâsom solubiliserende 20 midler, bærere, diluenter, strækmidler, dispergeringsmidler, overfla-deaktive midler, midler til ændring af virkningsvarigheden, klæbe-midler og/eller stabiliseringsmidler.
De aktive forbindelser med den almene formel I kan formuleres til sædvanlige præparater sâsom oplosninger, emulsioner, suspensioner, 25 puddere, dispergerbare pulvere, sprojtepuddere, befugtelige pulvere, skum, masse, granulater, aerosoler, emulgerbare koncentrater, suspens ionskoncentrater, præparater til frodressing osv. Blandt disse præparater foretrækkes især befugtelige pulvere (WP, primært sâdanne, som indeholder 50% aktiv bestanddel), emulgerbare koncentrater (EC), 30 colloïdale suspensionskoncentrater (Col.), mikrogranulater, sprays og ultralawolumenpræparater (ÜLV).
Præparaterne fremstilles pâ i og for sig kendt mâde, f.eks. ved at blande de aktive forbindelser med bærere, f.eks. flydende oplosnings-midler, kondenserede gasser og/eller faste bærere, eventuelt i nærvæ-

5 relse af overfladeaktive midler, f.eks. emulgeringsmidler og/eller dispergeringsmidler, og/eller skummidler. Nâr der anvendes vand som oplasningsmiddel, kan der ogsâ blandes organiske væsker til præpara-tet som co-oplesningsmidler.
5 Som oplosningsmidler eller flydende bærere kan f.eks. anvendes neden-stâende stoffer: Aromatiske forbindelser sàsom xylen, toluen eller alkylnaphthalener, chlorerede aromatiske forbindelser sàsom chlorben-zen, chlorerede aliphatiske carbonhydrider sàsom methylenchlorid eller ethylenchlorid, aliphatiske carbonhydrider sàsom paraffincar-10 bonhydrider, alicycliske carbonhydrider sàsom cyclohexan, alkoholer sàsom butylalkohol eller glycol, ethere eller estere af disse alkoholer, ketoner sàsom acetone, methylethylketon eller cyclohexanon, polære organiske oplosningsmidler sàsom dimethylformamid eller dime-thylsulfoxid og endvidere vand.
15 Som kondenserede gasser, f.eks. kondenserede drivmidler til aero-solpræparater kan f.eks. anvendes halogenerede carbonhydrider og endvidere kondenseret butan, propan, nitrogen og carbondioxid. Blandt de faste bærere skal folgende nævnes: Naturlige stenmel sàsom kaolin, lermineraler, talkum, kridt, kvarts, montmorillonit eller diatoméjord 20 og syntetisk stenmel sàsom hojdispers kiselsyre, aluminiumoxid og silicater. Ved fremstillingen af granulære præparater kan ferst og fremmest anvendes nedenstàende bærere: Knuste og fraktionerede natur-sten sàsom calcit, marmor, pimpsten, sepiolit og dolomit og endvidere mel af organisk oprindelse sàsom formalede tobaksstilke, formalede 25 kokosneddeskaller osv. Som emulgerings- og/eller skummidler kan anvendes ikke-ioniske og anioniske stoffer sàsom polyoxyethylen-fedtsyreestere, polyoxyethylen-fedtalkoholethere, f.eks. alkylaryl-polyglycolethere, alkylsulfater, alkylsulfonater, arylsulfonater samt hydrolyserede proteiner. Blandt dispergeringsmidlerne skal 30 nedenstàende nævnes: lignin, sulfitaffaldslud og methylcellulose.
Præparaterne kan ogsâ indeholde klæbemidler sàsom carboxymethylcel-lulose eller pulverformige, granulære eller latexlignende polymerer af naturlig eller syntetisk oprindelse, f.eks. gummi arabicum, poly-vinylalkohol eller polyvinylacetat.

Der kan, om 0nsket, ogsâ blandes farvestoffer sâsom uorganiske pigmenter og endvidere sporelementer sâsom salte af bor, jern, kobber, cobalt, mangan, molybden eller zink til de aktive bestanddele.
Præparaterne ifolge den foreliggende opfindelse kan pâfores pâ det 5 areal, der skal behandles, enten som de er eller efter fortynding deraf til den hensigtsmæssige slutkoncentration. For at lette hândte-ringen, transport og lagring foretrækkes det at fremstille præparaterne i form af koncentrater, som kan fortyndes til den onskede slutkoncentration umiddelbart for anvendelsen.
10 Indholdet af aktiv bestanddel i præparaterne til direkte anvendelse kan variere inden for vide grænser. Disse præparater kan indeholde fra 0,01 til 95 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis fra 0,01 til 10 vægtprocent, aktiv bestanddel. Præparaterne pâfores pâ det areal, der skal behandles, ved hjælp af kendte teknikker sâsom besproj tning eller 15 vanding.

Fremstilling af mikrogranuler 26 vægtdele pulveriseret kaolin homogeniseres sammen med 15 vægtdele stivelse, 1 vægtdel talkum og 5 vægtdele af den i eksempel 1 fremstil-20 lede forbindelse, og til blandingen sættes 0,5 vægtdele "Tween" 80.
