PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE DERIVADOS NITROALCANOLES DE FORMULA (I), EN LA QUE R1, R2, R3, R4 Y R5 PUEDEN SER VARIOS TIPOS DE RADICALES Y COMPOSICIONES PESTICIDAS QUE LOS CONTIENEN. CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE UN ALDEHIDO DE FORMULA R1CHO CON NITROETANOL EN PRESENCIA DE UNA BASE ORGANICA O INORGANICA EN UN MEDIO DISOLVENTE ORGANICO APOLAR A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE -5 GC Y 15 GC. EL NITROALCANOL OBTENIDO SE SOMETE A ACILACION CON AGENTES ACILANTES CONVENCIONALES Y EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (I) FORMADO SE SEPARA DEL DISOLVENTE DESPUES DE LAVARLO CON AGUA HELADA. OPCIONALMENTE SE PUEDE OBTENER EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (I) POR REACCION DEL ALDEHIDO CITADO CON UNA AMINA ORGANICA O ACETATO AMONICO Y POSTERIOR TRATAMIENTO DE LA BASE DE SCHIFF RESULTANTE, EXENTA DE AGUA, CON EL CORRESPONDIENTE ALCANOATO DE NITROETANOL, O CON NITROETANOL EN PRESENCIA DEL ACIDO O ANHIDRICO DE ACIDO RESPECTIVO.
