Claims (6)

1. Fremgangsmåde til at fremstille en katalysator til vandgasskift ved lav temperatur omfattende fra 5 vægt-% til 70 vægt-% kobberoxid, fra 20 vægt-% til 50 vægt-% zinkoxid og fra 5 vægt-% til 50 vægt-% aluminiumoxid, omfattende A) at fremstille et udgangsmateriale omfattende en hydrotalcit, nævnte hydrotalcit er defineret som (Ου,Ζη)6ΑΙ2(ΟΗ)ι6Οθ3·4Η20, hvori fra 5% til 45% af aluminiummet fra nævnte aluminium-indeholdende komponent er til stede i form af hydrotalciten, hvori mængden af aluminium i hydrotalciten er beregnet ud fra vandmængden tabt mellem 90°C og 180°C som målt med TGA, nævnte udgangsmateriale fremstilles ved (i) at blande kobbersalte og zinksalte i en vandig opløsning, (ii) at bundfælde kobber- og zinkkomponenterne ved hjælp af et bundfældningsmiddel i et pH-interval fra 6 til 9 og ved en temperatur fra rumtemperatur til 80°C, (iii) at fremstille en aluminiumskomponent omfattende aluminium både i form af alumina og ionisk aluminium ved at neutralisere en natriumaluminatopløsning eller en kaliumaluminatopløsning med et surt materiale indtil et pH på 6 til 9 opnås, hvori forholdet mellem aluminiummet i form af alumina og det ioniske aluminium styres for at danne udgangsmaterialet med nævnte aluminiumskoncentration hydrotalcitformen, og (iv) at kombinere aluminiumkomponenten med kobber/zink-opløsningen, B) at forme udgangsmaterialet til formgivne udgangskatalysatorlegemer, C) at kalcinere de formgivne udgangsstoffer.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori det sure materiale er valgt fra kuldioxid, nitrogenoxider, svovloxider, eller en organisk syre såsom eddikesyre, citronsyre, oxalsyre, eller en uorganisk syre såsom borsyre, salpetersyre, svovlsyre, saltsyre, phosphorsyre eller salte med syreegenskaber, såsom natriumnitrat eller kaliumnitrat eller kombinationer deraf.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvori det sure materiale er kuldioxid eller nitrogenoxid, fortrinsvis nitrogenoxid.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, hvori forholdet mellem aluminiummet i form af alumina og det ioniske aluminium er således, at den relative koncentration af aluminaet er større end koncentrationen af aluminiumkationen i det ioniske aluminium, eller således at koncentrationen af aluminaet er fra 40% til større end 95%, eller 50% til større end 95%.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, yderligere omfattende at tilsætte en accelerator valgt fra et Gruppe l-A oxid, et Gruppe IV-B metal og en kombination deraf.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvori Gruppe IV-B metallet er valgt fra titanium, zirconium og en kombination deraf.
