Claims (5)
1. Formværktøj, som har en antiklæbebelægning på basis af organomodifice-rede SiC>2-partikler i nanostørrelse, hvilket opnås (1) ved reaktion af a) kolloidale siliciumdioxid-opløsninger med en gennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse på 5 til 150 nanometer i diameter, b) organofunktionelle trialkoxysilaner med den almene formel R'-Si(OR)3, hvor R' betegner en eventuelt fluoreret alkylsubstituent med 1 til 6 carbonatomer, vinyl-, acryloyl-, methacryloyl-, γ-glycidoxypropyl- eller y-methacryloxypropyl-substituent og R er en alkylsubstituent med 1 til 8 carbonatomer, hvor udgangskomponent b) består af trialkoxyalkylsilan med op til mindst 70 vægtprocent, der fremstilles et belægningsmiddel, (2) påføring af det således fremstillede belægningsmiddel på overfladen af et formværktøj af metal eller kunststof, og (3) hærdning af den i trin (2) frembragte belægning.
2. Formværktøj ifølge krav 1, hvor trialkoxyalkylsilanen udvælges blandt trial-koxymethylsilan, trialkoxyethylsilan og trialkoxypropylsilan.
3. Formværktøj ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor antiklæbebelægningen kan tilvejebringes på basis af organomodificerede SiC>2-partikler i nanostørrelse ved reaktion af komponenterne a) og b) som defineret i krav 1, samt c) tilsætningsstoffer, der regulerer pH-værdien, udvalgt blandt uorganiske eller organiske syrer, d) en katalysator til øgning af hærdningshastigheden.
4. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et formværktøj ifølge krav 1 eller 2, ved hvilken et belægningsmiddel, der fremstilles ved reaktion af komponenterne a) og b), som defineret i krav 1, påføres på overfladen af et formværktøj af metal eller kunststof og hærdes.
5. Anvendelse af et formværktøj ifølge krav 1 til fremstilling af formdele af kunststof.
