PATENTSCHRIFT
KLASSE 12: Chemische Verfahren und Apparate.
Zusatz zum Patent ,M'97673 vom 27. Juli 1897.
Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom 17. Oktober 1897 ab. Längste Dauer: 26. Juli 1912.
In dem Patent Nr. 97673 ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung von (6)-Oxy-(2, 8)-dichlorpurin
beschrieben, welches darin besteht, dafs man Trichlorpurin mit alkoholischem Alkali in (6)-Aethoxy-(2,
8)-dichlorpurin überführt und dieses zu Oxydichlorpurin verseift.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dafs man vom Trichlorpurin direct zum Oxydichlorpurin gelangen
kann, wenn man statt des alkoholischen wässeriges Alkali anwendet. Das Chloratom (6)
des Trichlorpurins wird hierbei glatt durch die Hydroxylgruppe ersetzt.
Man verfährt z. B. folgendermafsen:
Trichlorpurin wird in so viel Normal-Kalilauge gelöst, dafs die Menge des Alkalis
3 Molecülen entspricht, und die Flüssigkeit 3 Stunden auf ioo° erwärmt, wobei sie
sich schwach rosa färbt. Beim Uebersättigen der Lösung mit Salzsäure fällt dann das (6)-0xy-(2,
8)-dichlorpurin in feinen, röthlich gefärbten Nadeln aus.
Die weitere Reinigung geschieht, wie im Haupt-Patent angegeben.
Claims (1)
- Patent-Anspruch:Die durch das Patent Nr. 97673 geschützte Darstellung von (6)-0xypurin (Hypoxanthin) und dessen Alkylderivaten dahin abgeändert, dafs man die Umwandlung des Trichlorpurins in das (6)-Oxy-(2, 8)-dichlorpurin in einer einzigen Operation vermittelst verdünnten wässerigen Alkalis vollzieht und dieses Purinderivat dann, wie nach dem Haupt-Patent, nach event, vorangegangener Alkylirung reducirt.
