Bei der Herstellung von Arbeitsfugen in Betonwänden oder Platten wird
üblicherweise ein auf die jeweilige Wandstärke zugeschnittenes starkes Brett, an der vorgesehenen Stelle der Arbeitsfuge, zwischen
die äußere und innere Wandschalung eingestellt, und mit Drängbrettern etc. gegen den auftretenden Betondruck gesichert. Eine Durchführung
der Bewehrungsstähle durch oben genanntes Brett ist nur mit hohem Aufwand möglich, welcher beim Ausschalen meist die Zerstörung des
Brettes zur Folge hat.

Das Schalelement besteht aus einem Stahlblechprofil (1) u-förmig abgekantet ca. 14 cm breit und ca. 2,50 cm lang, je nach bauseits vorhandener Wandschalungshöhe. In Fig. 2 sieht man die Hüemenciächalung für eine Wandstäke von 30 cm montiert in eingebautem Zustand. Hierfür wird zwischen Kantholz (2) und Blechprofil (1) ein 3 cm starkes Brett (2.1) mit eingebaut. Die Bewehrungseisen (5) können nach der Montage des Schalelements zwischen den beiden Wandschalungstafeln (7) eingeführt werden. Nach Betonieren bzw. Abbinden des Betons werden die Wandschalungen entfernt. Danach löst man die Grobgewindeschrauben (3) und kann die beiden äußeren Kanthölzer (2) abnehmen. Nach leichtem Auseinanderdrücken der Bewehrungsstäbe läßt sich das Stahlblechprofil (1) herausnehmen. Als Ergebnis sieht man It. Fig. 4 den ersten Betonierabschnitt mit trapezförmiger Nut (12) und vorstehenden Bewehrungsstählen (5). Damit die Betonwand bzw. die Arbeitsfuge wasserdicht wird, ist in die Nut (12) ein Quellband (13) einzukleben. Nun können die Wandschalungen (7) zum zweiten Betonierabschnitt montiert werden.In Fig. 2 you can see the roof formwork for a wall thickness of 30 cm installed in the installed state.
