Das erfindungsgemäße Schalungselement wird bereits ab Werk vorgefertigt, wobei die Schalungswandung 2 zugeschnitten, mit den mittleren Strukturen, beispielsweise der trapezförmigen Verzahnungsrippe 2c durch Biegen versehen, die Aufnahmevertiefungen 8 eingeschnitten und die Randbereiche 2d, 2e im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ebene E derart hochgebogen werden, dass sie an derjenigen Seite der Ebene E, und nur an dieser Seite, vorstehen, an der die Betondeckungsleiste 4 angebracht werden soll. Sollte es jedoch erforderlich sein, die Betondeckungsleiste mittig zur Ebene E auszurichten, so kann dies entweder geschehen, indem die Betondeckungsleiste an den Abstütz- und Befestigungseinrichtungen 3 der Fig. 1 bezüglich der Ebene E mittig befestigt wird, oder die Randbereiche 2d, 2e zick-zack-förmig oder zwischen den Aufnahmevertiefungen abwechselnd zur einen oder zur anderen Seite abgebogen oder in anderer Weise ausgebildet werden. Das Schalungselement 1 wird, insbesondere wenn es keine Aufnahmevertiefungen für die Bewehrung enthält, außerhalb der Hauptschalung 10 bereits mit den Betondeckungsleisten 4 versehen und als Einheit eingebaut. Enthält das erfindungsgemäße Schalungselement 1 die dargestellten, randseitigen offenen Aufnahmevertiefungen 8, so kann das Schalungselement 1 gleichzeitig als Lehre für die korrekte Positionierung der Bewehrung 9 dienen, das heißt durch die Aufnahmevertiefungen wird Lage und Abstand der Bewehrungsstäbe 9 der Längsbewehrung sowie der Stäbe 11 der Querbewehrung 11 festgelegt. Anschließend wird die Betondeckungsleiste an der Abstütz- und Befestigungseinrichtung 3 befestigt, beispielsweise durch die Schrauben 7 angeschraubt. Die Stellung der Schalung umfasst somit die folgenden Schritte:

Claims (8)

  1. Formwork element (1) for a stop-end formwork with a formwork wall (2) which defines a plane (E) and which on at least an edge portion (2d and 2e, respectively) forms a supporting and fastening device (3), characterized in that the formwork wall (2) consists of a bendable material and the edge portion (2d and 2e, respectively) is bent at a right angle relative to the plane (E) and forms a support surface (5) of a concrete covering bar fastened thereto by way of fastening means (6, 7).
  2. Formwork element according to claim 1, characterized in that the supporting and fastening device (3) protrudes only at one side of the plane (E) beyond the plane (E) of the formwork wall (2).
  3. Formwork element according to any one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that in the formwork wall (2) accommodating recesses (8) are provided for positioning reinforcement elements (9) and are open at the edge side.
  4. Formwork element according to claim 3, characterized in that the formwork wall (2) consists of a cuttable material and the accommodating recesses (8) are cut into the material of the formwork wall (2).
  5. Formwork element according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the accommodating recess (8) is formed as a fitting recess for accommodating a reinforcement bar (9).
  6. Formwork element according to claim 1, characterized in that the fastening means (6, 7) contains at least one hole (6) in the supporting and fastening device (3).
  7. Formwork element according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the formwork wall (2) consists of expanded metal.
  8. Formwork element according to claim 6 and 7, characterized in that the fastening means (6, 7) contains an opening (6), preferably accommodating a screw (7), in the expanded metal.
