Description

The present invention relates to a reinforced insulating body for a thermally insulated prefabricated concrete wall and insulation with the features of the preamble of claim 1. It also relates to a prefabricated wall made with the insulating body and a method for their preparation.

Thermally insulated precast walls are well known. They come in different versions, on the one hand as one-sided insulated prefabricated walls (thermal insulation composite wall), which must be poured on the site, or already finished in the factory, one-sided insulated prefabricated walls, in which the thermal insulation in the form of thermal insulation boards on the lying Concrete pressed and connected during curing with this. Furthermore, there are the so-called sandwich walls, both sides of the insulating material, usually in the form of insulation boards, both sides have a concrete shell. The wall thicknesses of these concrete shells are usually different strength according to their function as an outer wall or as an inner wall. In particular, the production of sandwich prefabricated walls is complex, and their size is limited due to the transport dimension to the site. Usually, these walls are made lying by first and then turned in a second concrete layer is pressed. This production is time consuming and labor intensive. In order to make the thermally insulated prefabricated part walls sufficiently rigid for transport and / or for a high load-bearing capacity, lattice girders and reinforcing grid mats connected to the lattice girders are usually completely or partially embedded in the at least one concrete shell. The state of the art is exemplified in the published patent applications EP 0 586 361 A1 and DE 1 804 703 A1 directed.

The publication EP 0 586 361 A1 describes a component according to the preamble of claim 1 with a plate of insulating foam material, on which at least on one longitudinal side, a surface relief is provided, which is composed of elongated recesses. In the recesses, which are wider in the foam material substantially with increasing depth, fasteners are introduced at predetermined intervals to each other, to which a reinforcing grid is attached. The fasteners have a substantially gutter-shaped profile and are fastened by means of fastening parts to the Schaummaterialptatte, wherein the fasteners extend through holes in the recesses of the plate and the fasteners.

The publication DE 1 804 703 A1 discloses a prefabricated reinforcement for reinforced concrete slabs. Reinforced concrete slabs are understood to mean prefabricated reinforced concrete elements with a thickness of four to five centimeters, into which lattice girders, which have a lower flange and a grid projecting perpendicularly therebetween, are cast in with the lower flange for bending reinforcement. In the lattice girders is a prefabricated spatial reinforcement structure, in which one or more upper lattice works are mounted on a flat lower latticework, which form by bending perpendicular to the lower lattice ersteckende, mutually parallel stiffening ribs are embedded in the diagonal stiffeners.

The present invention is therefore based on the object to propose a possibility in which the production of a thermal insulation composite wall or Sandwich wall is simplified and it also allows to finish insulated prefabricated walls easily on site.

This object is achieved by a reinforced insulating body with the features of claim 1 and by a precast wall with this reinforced insulating body with the features of claim 5, and by a method for producing the same according to the independent method claim 6. Further advantageous embodiments are the respective back related Subclaims refer.

In the insulating body according to the invention, the fixing elements on a support plate, with which they are attached to the at least one insulating board. , The fixing elements are at least one side spaced from each other and arranged perpendicular to the flat side of the insulation board. The support plate of the fixing element has in the direction of insulation board directed engagement edges for engagement in corresponding grooves in the insulation board. Thus, the fixing elements are securely and force-transmitting fixed to the insulation board to intercept the forces occurring during concreting The fixing elements extend substantially over the entire width of the flat side and may have the usual lattice girder profile. It is important that these fixing elements are stably fixed to the insulation board to fix this insulation board later during concreting. Furthermore, the reinforced insulating body has at least one reinforcing mat arranged on the fixing elements remote from the insulating board. In principle, it is possible to fasten this reinforcing mat in the usual manner at the ends of the fixing elements, but it is also conceivable, depending on the configuration of the fixing the reinforcing mats to be arranged such that the fixing still tower over this. In addition, the reinforced insulating body still has spacers on the ends of the fixing elements remote from the insulating panels and / or on the side of the reinforcing mat facing away from the insulating panels so as to make a distance from the outer surface of the later concrete wall.

According to a further embodiment of the reinforced insulating body according to the invention, the fixing bodies are glued to the insulation board. This allows easy and quick creation of the insulating body.

When using a reinforced Dämmkörpers in a sandwich panel with both sides of the insulation board arranged fixing projecting from the insulation board on both sides stabilization elements that prevent unwanted movements in the precast wall. These stabilizing elements are known plate-shaped, made of metal or plastic or carbon fiber bearing anchors, cylindrical torsion anchors and U-shaped composite needles.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the reinforced insulating body as a whole unit is movable and transportable, so that it can also be used on the construction site between vertically arranged formwork panels. The reinforced insulating body can be manufactured in the factory or on the construction site and / or further processed. It can be used either in an existing battery formwork or in a formwork wall composed of individual formwork parts, with vertically arranged formwork intermediate spaces, standing. This can be done from above or laterally not closed shuttering space from the side before the shuttering space is closed laterally by adding a second formwork wall. The special feature is that it is hereby possible to produce an insulated precast wall in a vertical position by then from above into the space or the interstices in situ concrete is introduced.

Of course, the reinforced insulating body can also be placed horizontally in a horizontally oriented, upwardly open mold for a thermal composite wall. In this case, the insulating body can be inserted from above into the formwork, if this is not yet, partially or completely filled with in-situ concrete. For faultless, complete embedding of the insulating body in the in-situ concrete, it is helpful to shake the insulating body into the in-situ concrete. This can be done by shaking the insulating body and / or the in-situ concrete or by shaking the formwork together with the insulating body and the in-situ concrete.

  • Herstellen eines Dämmkörpers mit einer Dämmplatte und daran angebrachter Bewehrung;
  • Bereitstellen eines seitlich abgeschalten Vergussraumes für den Dämmkörper;
  • Einbringen des Dämmkörpers in den Vergussraum und Fixieren im Vergussraum;
According to the method of the invention, the production of an insulated precast concrete wall and an insulating layer as a composite of insulating material with concrete, in the following steps:
  • Producing a Dämmkörpers with an insulating board and attached reinforcement;
  • Providing a laterally switched Vergussraumes for the insulating body;
  • Introducing the insulating body into the casting space and fixing in the casting space;
  • Backfilling the cavity formed between the insulating body and the shuttering with in-situ concrete from above; and
  • Compacting the in-situ concrete.

It has proved to be expedient to leave the casting space for the introduction of the insulating body unilaterally on a flat or front side open and close only when the insulating body is introduced into the Vergussraum, aligned and fixed. This facilitates the necessary work.

Preferably, a damping body is used, which forms a cavity between the insulating board and the shuttering on both sides of the insulating board, wherein in one operation, the cavities are filled with in-situ concrete to produce a sandwich wall. To absorb forces stabilizing elements are arranged in the insulating body.

Der Dämmkörper wird dabei wie folgt hergestellt:

  • Bereitstellen einer Dämmplatte;
  • Einbringen von beabstandeten, definierten Nuten auf mindestens einer Flachseite;
  • Bereitstellen von Fixierelementen mit einer Tragplatte und aus der Oberfläche heraus ragenden Eingriffskanten;
  • Verkleben der Fixierelemente auf der Flachseite mit der Tragplatte, wobei die Eingriffskanten in die Nuten der Flachseite eingreifen;
  • Anbringen von Bewehrungsmatten an den Fixierelementen entfernt von der Dämmplatte;
The insulating body is made as follows:
  • Providing an insulation board;
  • Introducing spaced, defined grooves on at least one flat side;
  • Providing fixing elements with a support plate and engagement edges projecting out of the surface;
  • Gluing the fixing elements on the flat side with the support plate, wherein the engagement edges engage in the grooves of the flat side;
  • Attaching reinforcing mats to the fixing elements away from the insulation board;
  • Attaching spacers to the fixing and / or reinforcing mats to create a distance between them and the Seitenabschalung.

With the inventively embodied reinforced insulating body insulated precast walls can be made with smooth shuttering walls for direct further processing. By additional insertion of structures on the shuttering, the surface can optionally also be formed with a structure. The vertical production of the walls directly at the site reduces the workload and beyond the transport costs.

FIG. 1 shows in the FIGS. 1a to 1c the reinforced insulating body 1 in different views for a thermal insulation composite wall 2 according to Figure 1d , The reinforced insulating body has several stable, solid insulation boards 3 of conventional insulation materials. On the flat side 4 spaced grooves 5 are arranged in the surface, engage in the folds 8 a support plate 7 on the fixing supports 6. The fixing body 6 are arranged so that they also cover the shock at aneinadergrenzenden insulation boards. The attachment of the Fixierträger 6 via an adhesive between the support plate 7 and the flat side 4. The Fixierträger 6 has a conventional reinforcing grid 11, which is perpendicular to the respective Support plate 7 extends away. Between the fixing supports 6 is substantially parallel to the insulation board 3, the usual reinforcement, for example in the form of mild steel mats. In the exemplary embodiment spacers are still arranged at the end of the reinforcing grid, which keep the reinforcement away from the concrete surface of the finished composite thermal insulation wall 2. Figure 1d shows the thermal insulation composite wall 2 with the finished applied concrete layer 15th

FIG. 2 shows in the FIGS. 2a to 2c a reinforced insulating body 1 'in different representations for a sandwich wall 2', the both sides of the insulation board 3 in connection with FIG. 1 has described structure. The same parts are therefore provided with the same reference numerals, regardless of the fact that the resulting wall thicknesses are different. In addition, stabilizing elements in the form of support anchors 12 and Torsionsankern 13 are still provided in this embodiment, which are plate-shaped in this embodiment. In addition, there are still horizontally arranged U-shaped composite needles 14 in the reinforced Dämmkörper 1. The stabilizing elements protrude on both sides of the insulation board 3 out. These serve to fix the entire wall in a manner familiar to the person skilled in the art in order to counteract changes due to temperature fluctuations. Figure 2d shows the finished sandwich wall 16 with concrete layers 17 and 18 arranged on both sides.
