Die Erfindung betrifft Schmiermittel mit einem Gehalt an Monoestern halogensubstituierter aliphatischer
Phosphonsäuren und bzw. oder organischen Salzen solcher Monoester (Estersäuren).
Die in den Schmiermitteln nach der Erfindung enthaltenen Stoffe sind Phosphonsäuremonoester, bei
denen ein halogensubstituiertes aliphatisches Radikal durch eine Kohlenstoff-Phosphor-Bindung unmittelbar
an das Phosphoratom einer Phosphonsäuremonoestergruppe gebunden ist, und die organischen Salze dieser
Monoester (Estersäuren). Bevorzugte Verbindungen nach der Erfindung sind Phosphonsäuremonoester, in
denen das a-Kohlenstoffatom des halogensubstituierten
aliphatischen Radikals mehrere Halogenatome trägt, insbesondere mehrere Chloratome. In der Phosphonsäuremonoestergruppe
kann das esterbildende Radikal das Radikal eines beliebigen Alkohols sein. Vorzugsweise
ist es jedoch das Radikal eines aliphatischen einwertigen
Alkohols, z. B. eines niederen gesättigten oder olefinisch ungesättigten Alkohols. Das unmittelbar an
das Phosphoratom gebundene halogensubstituierte aliphatische Radikal ist vorzugsweise ein halogensubstituiertes aliphatisches Kohlenwasserstoffradikal, das
mehrere Halogenatome trägt.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Phosphonsäuremonoester können dargestellt werden durch die Formel

nicht weiter als 3 Kohlenstoffatome vom Phosphoratom entfernte Kohlenstoffatome gebundene Halogenatome
oder einTrihalogenmethylradikal enthalten oder daraus bestehen soll; R1 bedeutet das esterbildende,
von einem Alkohol R1 OH abgeleitete Radikal, und X ist jeweils Sauerstoff, Schwefel, Selen oder Tellur. In
den Verbindungen bedeutet R1 die esterbildenden Radikale eines niederen gesättigten oder ungesättigten
acyclischen Alkohols, insbesondere ist R1 ein niederes ίο Alkyl- oder Alkylenradikal, und Phosphonsäuremonoester,
in denen R das Trichlormethyl (—CCl3)-Radikal
bedeutet, sind besonders geeignet. Eine besonders bevorzugte Gruppe von Verbindungen wird dargestellt

Die Anwendung dieser Verbindungen besteht erfindungsgemäß darin, sie als Zusätze zu Schmierstoffen
60 verschiedener Art zu verwenden, um deren Eigenschaften zu verbessern. Insbesondere wird die Geeignetheit
dieser Schmierstoffe, eine wirkungsvolle Schmierung bei extrem hohen Drücken, die sonst leicht zum
Festfressen führen, aufrechtzuerhalten, durch den Zusatz wesentlich verbessert. Versuchsergebnisse haben
gezeigt, daß bei den Phosphonsäuremonoestern, die ein durch Kohlenstoff-Phosphor-Bindung unmittelbar mit
dem Phosphoratom verbundenes halogensubstituiertes aliphatisches Radikal enthalten, die Verwendungsfähigkeit
als Hochdruckbeimischung merklich gefördert wird a) durch die Gegenwart eines Trihalogenmethylradikals
(z.B. CCl3-) in dem unmittelbar an das Phosphoratom gebundenen halogensubstituierten aliphatischen
Radikal und b) durch die Gegenwart einer Mehrzahl von Halogenatomen im halogensubstituierten
Radikal sowie durch die enge Nachbarschaft dieser Halogenatome zum Phosphoratom.
Die Erfindung betrifft demgemäß Schmiermittel, die einen Schmierstoff und in geringerer Menge einen Phosphonsäuremonoester
enthalten, der entweder a) ein unmittelbar an das Phosphoratom gebundenes oder ein
in dem halogensubstituierten aliphatischen Radikal, das direkt mit dem Phosphoratom verbunden ist, enthaltenes
Trihalogenmethylradikal oder aber b) wenigstens 2 Halogenatome, die an nicht mehr als 3 Kohlenstoffatome
vom Phosphoratom entfernte Kohlenstoffatome gebunden sind, aufweist. Die Monoester der
Gruppe b enthalten somit Bestandteile von der Strukturformel

Die Monoester von halogensubstituierten aliphatischen
Phosphonsäuren, wie sie erfindungsgemäß verwendet werden, sind starke Säuren (Estersäuren) und
als solche imstande, mit vielen basischen Stoffen Salze
zu bilden. Verwendet werden können auch alle organischen Salze der genannten halogensubstituierten Phosphonsäuremonoester,
d. h. ihre Salze mit organischen, vorzugsweise stickstoffhaltigen Basen, z. B. mit Aminen
und quaternären Ammoniumverbindungen. Vertreter dieser Gruppe von Salzen mit stickstoffhaltigen Basen
sind die Ammoniumsalze, die Salze mit Monoaminen, wie Methylamin, Diisopropylamin, 1,3-Dimethylbutylamin,
Pyridin, Tributylamin, Äthanolamin, Diäthanolamin, Cyclohexylamin, Anilin, N-methylanilin und Di-
allylamin, und die Salze mit Polyaminen, wie Äthylendiamin, Diäthylentriamin, Trimethylendiamin, 1,3-D1-amino-2-propanol,
Diaminobenzol, Diacetondiamin und N, N'-Diallyltrimethylendiamin.
Auf Grund ihrer Löslichkeit in sehr vielen öligen Stoffen, besonders in Schmierölen aus Erdölen, und auf
Grund ihrer Wirksamkeit, in geringen Mengen die Schmiereigenschaften öliger Stoffe zu verbessern, sind
die Salze organischer stickstoffhaltiger Basen mit einem unmittelbar an das Stickstoffatom gebundenen
lyophilen Radikal, wie einem langkettigen aliphatisehen Kohlenwasserstoffradikal oder einem substituierten
Kohlenwasserstoffradikal, besonders geeignet, insbesondere auch die Salze mit Aminen, vorzugsweise
aliphatischen und cycloaliphatischen Aminen, die 10 bis 36 Kohlenstoffatome enthalten. Als Beispiele soleher
Amine seien genannt: Dicyclohexylamin, Dicyclopentylamin,
Dodecylamin, Octadecylamin, Tetradecylamin, Octadienylamin, Dibromoctadecylamin, di-Dodecylamin,
N-Isopropyloleylamin und Ricinoleylamin.
Sehr geeignet sind auch die Salze von Aminen hohen Molekulargewichts mit einseitig veresterten niederen
aliphatischen Trichlormethanphosphonsäuren, z. B. n-Dodecylammonium-n-butyltrichlormethanphosphonat,
n-Octadecylammoniumisobutyltrichlormethanphosphonat,
n-Methyloctadecylammoniumallyltrichlormethanphosphonat,Hexadecylammonium-2-oxyäthyltrichlormethanphosphonat,
Hexadecenylammoniumisoamyltrichlormethanphosphonat, Octadecadienylammoniumäthyltrichlormethanphosphonat
und Dodecenylammoniumbutyltrichlormethanphosphonat. Die Phosphonsäuremonoester werden in hier nicht
beanspruchter Weise durch Umesterung zwischen einer zweibasischen Phosphonsäure, die ein durch Kohlenstoff-Phosphor-Bindung
unmittelbar an das Phosphoratom der Phosphonsäuregruppe gebundenes halogensubstituiertes
aliphatisches Radikal enthält, einerseits und einem Diester von vorzugsweise der gleichen Phosphonsäure
andererseits hergestellt. Hierzu kann jeder beliebige Phosphonsäurediester Verwendung finden,
unter dem Vorbehalt, daß der Diester mindestens ein esterbildendes Alkoholradikal enthalten soll, das mit
dem esterbildenden Alkoholradikal des gewünschten Endproduktes übereinstimmt.
Die zur Umesterung zu verwendenden Phosphonsäuren
können in gewissen Fällen beispielsweise durch Oxydation eines primären Phosphine hergestellt werden.
Wenn in der zweibasischen Phosphonsäure das durch eine Kohlenstoff-Phosphor-Bindung unmittelbar
an das Phosphoratom der Phosphonsäuregruppe gebundene halogensubstituierte aliphatische Radikal
mehrfach an dem dem P-Atom zunächst stehenden C-Atom halogensubstituiert ist, erfolgt die Herstellung
der Säure am besten dadurch, daß einer ihrer Dialkylester, vorzugsweise ein Di-n-alkyl- oder Di-sec.-alkylester,
pyrolysiert wird, indem man ihn in flüssigem Zustand auf etwa 160 bis etwa 2250 erhitzt und das sich
entwickelnde Gas abzieht. Die mit Hilfe dieser oder anderer Methoden hergestellte zweibasische Phosphonsäure
findet dann für die Umesterung mit dem gewählten neutralen Phosphonat Verwendung.
Die zur Herstellung der Phosphonsäuremonoester verwendbaren Diester können nach bekannten Methoden
aus Kohlenwasserstoffhalogeniden und Phosphorsäuretriestern oder aus Kohlenwasserstoffhalogeniden
und den Alkalisalzen der Phosphorsäurediester hergestellt werden.
Die zu den Phosphonsäuremonoestern führende Reaktion wird nachstehend durch die Gleichung (b) erläutert,
in der die Herstellung von Butyltrichlormethanphosphonsäure aus Trichlormethanphosphon-
säuredibutylester und Trichlormethanphosphonsäure dargestellt ist. Der letztere Reaktionsbestandteil kann

Bei der Umesterung können Temperaturen von etwa 35 bis etwa 2000 angewandt werden, wobei der
bevorzugte Temperaturbereich zwischen 50 und etwa 1350 liegt. Das Verhältnis zwischen den ursprünglich
in der Mischung vorhandenen Anteilen an Diester und an zweibasischen Säuren kann variiert werden, etwa
von ungefähr 1: 10 bis 10:1, in Mol. Ein im wesentliehen
äquimolares Verhältnis ist vorzuziehen. Die Reaktion kann gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart inerter
Lösungsmittel, wie Lösungsmittel auf Erdölbasis, z. B. Petroläther, Ketonen, z. B. Cyclohexanon, Äthern,
z. B. Diisoamyläther, oder Dioxan durchgeführt
as werden. Erhöhter Druck kann angewandt werden.
Die Reaktion zwischen der zweibasischen Phosphonsäure und dem Diester kann entweder absatzweise
oder, insbesondere bei Ausführung im großen, als kontinuierlicher Prozeß durchgeführt werden. Ein
Umesterungskatalysator kann anwesend sein.
Die Reaktion zwischen der zweibasischen Phosphonsäure und dem Diester führt zu einem Gleichgewicht
zwischen dem gewünschten Phosphonsäuremonoester und den einzelnen reagierenden Stoffen. Die für die
Erreichung des Gleichgewichts im Einzelfall benötigte Zeit hängt von der Anwendung von Katalysatoren,
von der Art der reagierenden Bestandteile und von der Reaktionstemperatur ab. Im allgemeinen werden
Reaktionszeiten von 1 bis 150 oder mehr Stunden angewendet.
Mit dem Fortschreiten der Reaktion wächst der Gehalt an starker Säure im Reaktionsgemisch.
Der Ablauf der Reaktion kann durch Titration gleicher Mengen des Reaktionsgemisches verfolgt werden.
Ausbeuten an halogensubstituierten aliphatischen Phosphonsäuremonoestern von 90% können erreicht
werden. Wird der halogensubstituierte Phosphonsäuremonoester in Abständen oder kontinuierlich aus
dem Gemisch entnommen und werden unverbrauchte Reaktionsteilnehmer dafür zugeführt, so läßt sich der
Umsatz der Reaktionsteilnehmer zum gewünschten Produkt in vollem Umfang erreichen.
Der gewünschte Phosphonsäuremonoester kann aus dem Reaktionsgemisch z. B. durch Extraktion des
Gemisches mit selektiven Lösungsmitteln, fraktionierende Destillation und Kristallisation aus Lösungsmitteln
gewonnen werden.
Der gewünschte einbasische Phosphonsäuremonoester kann, ohne daß hierfür ein Schutzanspruch erhoben
wird, unmittelbar durch Reaktion zwischen der entsprechenden halogensubstituierten zweibasischen
Phosphonsäure und dem Diester des gewählten Alkohols mit der zweibasischen Phosphonsäure dargestellt
werden. In einigen Fällen kann ein indirektes
Verfahren angewandt werden. So kann z. B. 2, 3-D1-chlorpropyltrichlormethanphosphonsäure
unmittelbar durch Einwirkung von Trichlormethanphosphonsäure auf bis- [2,3- Dichlorpropyl] - trichlormethanphosphonat
erhalten werden. Sie kann auch so hergestellt werden, daß man zuerst in der oben beschriebenen
Weise Trichlormethanphosphonsäure auf Diallyltrichlormethanphosphonat einwirken läßt, um Allyltrichlormethanphosphonsäure
herzustellen, dieses Produkt dann abtrennt und es dann chloriert, um die gewünschte 2,3-Dichlorpropyltrichlormethanphosphonsäure
zu erhalten. Die Phosphonsäuremonoester mit halogensubstituiertem esterbildendem Radikal
können auch durch substituierende Halogenierung der entsprechenden Phosphonsäuremonoester, in welchen
das esterbildende Alkoholradikal das Radikal eines gesättigten unsubstituierten Alkohols ist, erhalten
werden.
Die Wahl zwischen direkter und indirekter Methode wird gewöhnlich davon abhängen, ob reaktionsfähige
Gruppen in dem Alkoholradikal des Phosphonsäurediesters vorhanden sind, die die Umesterung stören
können, ferner von der Zugänglichkeit des für die direkte Darstellung des gewünschten Phosphonsäuremonoesters
benötigten Phosphonsäurediesters.
Salze der Phosphonsäuremonoester mit organischen Basen, wie Aminen, können in hier nicht beanspruchter
Weise hergestellt werden, indem der Monoester einer halogensubstituierten aliphatischen Phosphonsäure,
der als eine Estersäure aufgefaßt werden kann, mit der gewählten Base, vorzugsweise in Gegenwart von
Wasser oder einem anderen Lösungsmittel, erhitzt wird oder durch Umsetzung zwischen einem vorher
hergestellten Salz des Monoesters und einem anderen Salz, welches das Kation des gewünschten Salzes enthält.
Die auf die beschriebenen oder eine äquivalente Weise hergestellten Salze können durch Umkristallisieren
aus Lösungsmitteln oder in anderer Weise gereinigt werden.
Beispiel I "5
Darstellung von Butyltrichlormethanphosphonsäure
a) Darstellung von Dibutyltrichlormethanphosphonat: In ein mit einem wassergekühlten Rückflußkühler versehenes Glasgefäß werden 4000 Gewichts-
teile Tetrachlorkohlenstoff und 790 Teile Tri-n-butylphosphit eingebracht. Der Tetrachlorkohlenstoff
wurde über wasserfreiem Calciumcarbonat vorgetrocknet und dann destilliert. Das Tributylphosphit
ist ein frisch destilliertes Handelsprodukt. Die Reaktionsmischung wird 68 Stunden unter Rückfluß
zum Sieden erhitzt. Danach werden 3 Teile g
pulvertes Calciumcarbonat in das Gefäß eingebracht, und der nicht verbrauchte Tetrachlorkohlenstoff wird
bei 200 mm Hg abdestilliert. Hierauf wird die Destillation bei ungefähr ο,οΐ mm Quecksilberdruck
weitergeführt, bis der Brechungsindex [n^) des übergehenden
Destillates 1,4590 erreicht. Der in der Blase verbleibende Rückstand wird dann in einem Molekulardestillationskolben
auf 56° erhitzt. Auf diese Weise werden 722 Teile (79 % der Theorie) Di-n-butyltrichlormethanphosphonat
gewonnen,
b) Darstellung von Trichlormethanphosphonsäure:
Das wie oben dargestellte Di-n-butyltrichlormethanphosphonat
wird in einem offenen Glasgefäß auf i8o° erhitzt. Während der Erhitzung entweicht das Gas;
eine aufgefangene Teilmenge bestand vorwiegend aus Butylen. Das Erhitzen wird fortgesetzt, bis die Masse
im Kolben fest wird. Das feste Produkt wird durch Extraktion der löslichen Anteile mit Tetrachlorkohlenstoff
gereinigt. Der nach der Extraktion verbleibende Anteil besteht nach der Analyse zu mehr als 90 % aus
reiner Trichlormethanphosphonsäure.
c) Darstellung von Butyltrichlormethanphosphonsäure: Trichlormethanphosphonsäure, dargestellt wie
oben, wird in einer äquimolaren Menge Dibutyltrichlormethanphosphonat gelöst und das Gemisch 321Z2 Stunden
lang auf 100° erhitzt. Während der Erhitzungszeit werden in Zwischenräumen kleine Teilmengen des Gemisches
entnommen, in einem Lösungsgemisch aus 50 Volumprozent Benzol, 49,5 Volumprozent Isopropylalkohol
und 0,5 Volumprozent Wasser gelöst und mit einer standardisierten ungefähr 0,1 n-Lösung
von KOH in Isopropylalkohol titriert. Die Titration
zeigt, daß in dem Maße, wie der Erhitzungsprozeß fortschreitet, die schwache Säuregruppe der Trichlormethanphosphonsäure
allmählich verschwindet und die starke Säure zunimmt. Nach 321Z2 Stunden ist die
Reaktion beendet. Das so hergestellte rohe Reaktionsgemisch wird mit einer ro°/oigen Lösung von Natrium-
hydroxyd in Wasser in einer dem Säuregehalt des Gemisches äquivalenten Menge ausgezogen. Die
wäßrige Lösung wird dann mit Benzol und Äthyläther extrahiert und durch Behandlung mit Aktivkohle entfärbt.
Die Butyltrichlormethanphosphonsäure wird durch Hinzufügen von 6 Mol Salzsäure zu der wäßrigen
Lösung frei gesetzt und aus der Lösung mit Diäthyläther ausgezogen. Der Dyäthyläther wird aus dem
Extrakt schnell abdestilliert und der Rückstand in einem Molekulardestillationskolben bei 360 zu Ende
behandelt. In den Rückständen wird durch potentiometrische Titration ein Gehalt von 78 Gewichtsprozent
Butyltrichlormethanphosphonsäure, zusammen mit kleinen Mengen Trichlormethanphosphonsäure und
Dibutyltrichlormethanphosphonat gefunden. Die Rückstände haben folgende Zusammensetzung: 23,50Z0
Kohlenstoff, 4,6 °/0 Wasserstoff, 11,9 °/0 Phosphor,
37,9% Chlor.
g0 Octadecylammoniumbutyltrichlormethanphosphonat
Das Salz wird dargestellt durch Neutralisation einer
Lösung von Butyltrichlormethanphosphonsäure in Methylalkohol mit der theoretisch erforderlichen
Menge von Octadecylamin, gelöst in einem Gemisch aus gleichen Volumteilen Benzol und Äthylalkohol.
Die neutralisierte Lösung wird in der Kälte filtriert und auf dem Dampfbad zur Trockne eingedampft,
wobei das Octadecylammoniumbutyltrichlormethanphosphonat als fester Rückstand zurückbleibt. Analyse:
Gefunden: 5,92% P; 240Z0Cl; 2,480Z0N;
berechnet: 6,3 % P; 20,350ZoCl; 2,670Z0N.
Beispiel III Allyltrichlormethanphosphonsäure
Allyltrfchlormethanphosphonsäure wird dargestellt, indem zu der nach Beispiel I dargestellten Trichlormethanphosphonsäure
eine äquimolare Menge Diallyltrichlormethanphosphat zugefügt und die Mischung 42 Stunden lang auf ungefähr ioo° erhitzt
wird. Das abgekühlte Gemisch wird mit einer äquivalenten Menge Natriumhydroxyd in wäßriger Lösung
ausgezogen, worauf der wäßrige Auszug angesäuert und mit Benzol extrahiert wird. Der Benzolextrakt
wird destilliert. Die gewonnene Allyltrichlormethanphosphonsäure wird durch Hinzufügung von ungefähr
ι Gewichtsprozent Benzolperoxyd und Erhitzen auf 75° polymerisiert. Salze der neuartigen Polymeren,
die wahrscheinlich die folgende Struktur haben

können durch Behandlung mit einer Base dargestellt werden, oder das Polymere kann mit wäßriger Säure
hydrolysiert werden, um einen mehrwertigen Alkohol darzustellen.
Es ist eine der bemerkenswertesten Eigenschaften der Phosphonsäuremonoester, daß viele von ihnen die
Eigenschaften von Schmierstoffen, besonders die von öligen Schmierstoffen auf Erdöl- oder auf synthetischer
Basis verbessern und die Aufrechterhaltung wirkungsvoller Schmierung unter Bedingungen gestatten, die
bei der Einwirkung von hohen Drücken auf den Ölfilm auftreten.
Die Schmierstoffe, mit denen zusammen die Produkte nach der Erfindung besonders hochwertige
Schmiermittel ergeben, sind neutrale flüssige Medien, die Kohlenwasserstoffe oder Mischungen von Kohlenwasserstoffen
sein können, z. B. jedes beliebige Mmeralschmieröl.
Das flüssige Medium kann erfindüngsgemäß mit
einem Verdickungsmittel, z. B. Seife, zu einem Fett angedickt sein. Synthetische Öle, wie polymerisierte
Olefine, zusammengesetzte Polymere von Alkylenglykolen und Alkylenoxyden, organische Ester, z. B.
2-Äthylhexylsebacat, Allyllaurat und ihrer Polymeren, Dioctylphthalat, Trioctylphosphat, Polyalkyl-
silicon-Polymere und ähnliche sind ebenfalls geeignet.
Die Schmiermittel können Mischungen synthetischer Schmierstoffe und natürlicher Öle sein.
Die anzuwendende Menge des neuen Phosphonsäuremonoesters oder seines Salzes hängt von dem
jeweiligen Träger, dem sie beigefügt werden, und von der beabsichtigten Verwendung der Schmiermittel ab.
Mengen zwischen ο,οΐ und 20% oder mehr können verwendet werden, wobei ein bevorzugter Bereich
zwischen 0,01 und 10 % liegt.
Die Schmiermittel können außer den erfindungsgemäßen
Beimischungen noch Zusätze zur Stockpunkterniedrigung oder zur Viscositätsverbesserung
sowie Antischaum-, Reinigungs- und Antioxydationsmittel und Mittel zur Verhinderung der Korrosion
enthalten.
Als Zusatz zu den Schmiermitteln können Reinigungsmittel, wie die öllöslichen Salze verschiedener
Basen mit Säuren, Verwendung finden, und zwar die Salze der Alkali- und Erdalkalimetalle, der Metalle Mg,
Cu, Zn, Cd, Al, Sn, Pb, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Co, die Ammoniumsalze oder organische Salze, z. B. die der
Amine, mit Säuren, wie Fettsäuren mit 10 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen,
Säuren der Paraffinoxydation, verschiedenen Alkylsalizylsäuren, Sulfonsäuren, wie sie
durch Behandlung von Alkylarylkohlenwasserstoffen oder hochsiedenden Erdölbestandteilen mit Schwefelsäure
hergestellt werden können, ferner mit Arsen- und Antimonsäuremono- und Diestern und mit Säuren
des Phosphors.
Korrosionsverhindernde Mittel, die als Zusatz in den Schmiermitteln nach der Erfindung vorhanden sein
können, sind unter anderem z. B. Dicarbonsäuren mit 16 oder mehr Kohlenstoffatomen sowie organische
Verbindungen mit einem Gehalt an Säureradikalen und eng benachbarten Nitril-, Nitro- und Nitrosogruppen,
wie α-Cyanostearinsäure. Als Zusätze brauchbare Antioxydationsmittel sind u. a.: Alkylphenole,
Aminophenole und Amine.
Die nachfolgenden Untersuchungen zeigen die Überlegenheit der Schmiermittel nach der Erfindung gegenüber

Die Teste wurden durchgeführt mit einem Vierkugel-Hochdruckschmiermittel-Prüfapparat
von der Art des Boerlage-Apparates. Dieser Apparat enthält vier in Pyramidenform angeordnete Stahlkugeln. Die
oberste Kugel rotiert über eine Spindel gegen die unteren Kugeln, die in einem stationären Halter eingespannt
sind. Die Kugeln tauchen in die zu prüfende Mischung ein. Die Teste wurden unter den in der
folgenden Tabelle aufgezeigten Bedingungen durchgeführt :

Claims (4)
- Patentansprüche:i. Schmiermittel, insbesondere Mineralschmieröle, gekennzeichnet durch einen geringen Gehalt an Phosphonsäuremonoestern der allgemeinen Formel
42 bis 48 180 - 200 40 - 45 130 - 140 130 - 140 140 - 150 R —PXHXR'oder deren organischen Salzen, worin R ein halogensubstituiertes aliphatisches Radikal, das wenigstens 2 an nicht mehr als 3 Kohlenstoffatome vondem Phosphoratom entfernte Kohlenstoffatome gebundene Halogenatome oder rein Trihalogenmethylradikal enthält oder daraus besteht, R' ein esterbildendes Alkoholradikal und X Sauerstoff, Schwefel, Selen oder Tellur bedeuten. - 2. Schmiermittel nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an einem Phosphonsäuremonoester oder dessen Phosphonat, in dem R' ein niederes Alkyl- oder Alkylenradikal, z. B. ein Butyl-, Allyl-, oder ein polymerisiertes Allylradikal bedeutet.
- 3. Schmiermittel nach Anspruch 1 und 2, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an einem Phosphonat einer organischen Base, z. B. eines Amins mit 10 bis 36 Kohlenstoffatomen, ζ. B. von Octadecyl- iao amin.
- 4. Schmiermittel nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch einen zusätzlichen Gehalt an einem Verdickungsmittel, ζ. Β. einer Seife, gegebenenfalls in einer solchen Menge, daß das Schmiermittel Fettkonsistenz annimmt.© 9504 5.54
