Claims (14)

.....: P.E./EP O 657S2 6T1 EP O 857? 92g A1: europäische Patentanmeldung (21) Anmeldenummer: 98200363.4 (30) Priorität: 06.02.1997 NL 1005204 (71) Anmelder: Coöperatief Advies en Onderzoeksburo u.a. Ecofys 3533 HH Utrecht (NL) Ansprüche
1. Vorrichtung, mit der ein oder mehrere Solarmodule auf einer Fläche, zum Beispiel einem Flachdach, aufgestellt werden können, wobei die Vorrichtung umfaßt:
• einen Boden
• eine Hinterwand, die von dem hinteren Rand des Bodens aufragt
• zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände, die integral mit den Seiten des Bodens und der Hinterwand verbunden sind, wobei die Seitenwände von der Hinterwand zu einer Vorderecke des Bodens abfallen und wobei die Vorrichtung aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
2. Vorrichtung im Sinne des Anspruches 1, hergestellt aus recyceltem spritzgegossenem oder vakuumgeformtem chlorfreiem Polyethylen.
3. Vorrichtung im Sinne des Anspruches 1 oder 2, wobei die oberen Ränder der Hinterwand und der Seitenwände eine Auflegemöglichkeit für Solarmodule haben.
4. Vorrichtung im Sinne des Anspruches 3, wobei die Auflegemöglichkeit eine Fläche umfaßt, die integral mit den oberen Rändern der Hinterwand und der Seitenwände verbunden ist.
5. Vorrichtung im Sinne einiger der obengenannten Ansprüche, die auch Befestigungsmittel zur Befestigung eines Solarmoduls umfaßt.
6. Vorrichtung im Sinne des Anspruches 5, wobei die Befestigungsmittel Löcher für Schrauben/Muttern umfassen.
7. Vorrichtung im Sinne einiger der obengenannten Ansprüche, wobei sich die Seitenwände von der Hinterwand bis zur Vorderwand in einem Winkel von annähernd 25° gegenüber der Horizontale nach unten neigen.
8. Vorrichtung im Sinne einiger der obengenannten Ansprüche, wobei ein oder mehrere Luftkanäle in die Hinterwand und/oder Seitenwände integriert sind.
9. Vorrichtung im Sinne einiger der obengenannten Ansprüche, das weiter ein oder mehrere Entwässerungslöcher hat.
10. Vorrichtung im Sinne einiger der obengenannten Ansprüche, das weiter Versteifungselemente in den Wänden hat.
11. Vorrichtung im Sinne einiger der obengenannten Ansprüche, das.weiter einen oder mehrere Abstandhalter, um einen gewissen Abstand zwischen der Vorrichtung und dem Dach (zum Beispiel) zu gewährleisten, umfaßt.

12. Kombination, umfassende einer Vorrichtung im Sinne einiger der oben genannten Ansprüche i*nd ein Solarmodul und/oder einen Sonnenkollektor, das/der an der Vorrichtung befestigt ist.
13. Kombination im Sinne des Anspruches 12, weiter umfassend Stabilisationsmittel, die in der Vorrichtung arrangiert sind, um die Kombination in seiner Position zu halten.
14. Methode, ein oder mehrere Solarmodule und/oder Sonnenkollektoren auf einem Flachdach zu installieren, die folgenden Schritte umfassende:
i manuelles Plazieren einiger oben genannten Vorrichtungen im Sinne der Ansprüche 1-10 an
einem bestimmten Ort in einem vorbestimmten Muster auf einem Flachdach, ii Befestigen und Sicheren eines oder mehrerer Solarmodule an diesen Vorrichtungen
