- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Aminoacetonitrilderivat der Formel (I) und ein Insektizid für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau, das dieses Derivat als Wirkstoff enthält. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein Verfahren für die Verwendung des Insektizids.
- Stand der Technik
- Die offengelegte japanische Patentanmeldung Nr. Hei 9-48750 (1997) offenbart ein Phenylalkansäureamidderivat und die europäische Patentanmeldung
EP 0 246 507 (1987) N-Cyanoalkylisonicotinamidderivate als Fungizide für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau, die japanische PatentanmeldungJP 4 112 872 JP 55089254 - Zusammenfassung der Erfindung
- Im Hinblick auf die Entwicklung neuer Insektizide für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau haben die vorliegenden Erfinder intensive Forschung betrieben, und als Ergebnis haben sie nun festgestellt, dass ein Aminoacetonitrilderivat der Formel (I) eine neue Verbindung ist und eine bemerkenswerte Insektizide Wirkung besitzt, und so die vorliegende Erfindung ausgeführt.
- Detaillierte Beschreibung der Erfindung
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Aminoacetonitrilderivat der Formel (I) und ein Insektizid für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau, das dieses Derivat als Wirkstoff enthält: (worin Ar1 und Ar2 gleich oder verschieden sein können und jeweils darstellen:

R3 ein Wasserstoffatom, eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe, eine Halogen-C1-C6-alkylgruppe, eine Cyano-C1-C6-alkylgruppe eine C1-C6-Alkylthiogruppe, eine Halogen-C1-C6-alkylthiogruppe, eine C2-C6-Alkenylgruppe oder eine C2-C6-Alkinylgruppe darstellt;
R4 und R5 gleich oder verschieden sein können und jeweils ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Halogenatom, eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe, eine Halogen-C1-C6-alkylgruppe, eine C3-C6-Cycloalkylgruppe, eine substituierte C3-C6-Cycloalkylgruppe mit zumindest einem Substituenten, der gleich oder verschieden sein kann und aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus einem Halogenatom und einer C1-C6-Alkylgruppe besteht, eine Phenylgruppe oder eine substituierte Phenylgruppe mit zumindest einer Substituentengruppe darstellen, die gleich oder verschieden sein kann und aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus einem Halogenatom, einer Nitrogruppe, einer Cyanogruppe, einer C1-C6-Alkylgruppe, einer Halogen-C1-C6-alkylgruppe, einer C1-C6-Alkoxygruppe, einer Halogen-C1-C6-alkoxygruppe, einer C1-C6-Alkylthiogruppe, einer Halogen-C1-C6-alkylthiogruppe, einer C1-C6-Alkylsulfinylgruppe, einer Halogen-C1-C6-alkylsulfinylgruppe, einer C1-C6-Alkylsulfonylgruppe, einer Halogen-C1-C6-alkylsulfonylgruppe, einer C1-C6-Alkylaminogruppe und einer Di-C1-C6-alkylminogruppe besteht, und R4 und R5 zusammen eine C1-C6-Alkylengruppe bilden können;
W -O-, -S-, -SO2- oder -N(R9)- ist (worin R9 ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe ist) und
a 0 oder eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 4 ist)). - In der vorliegenden Erfindung enthalten bevorzugte Substituenten des Aminoacetonitrilderivats der Formel (I) z.B. eine Phenylgruppe als Substituenten für Ar1 und Ar2, ein Halogenatom, eine Halogen-C1-C6-alkylgruppe und eine Halogen-C1-C6-Alkoxygruppe als Substituenten im Ring von Ar1 und Ar2, ein Wasserstoffatom als Substituenten für R1, R2, R3 und R5, eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe als Substituenten für R4, -O- als Substituenten für W, und a ist bevorzugt eine ganze Zahl 1.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Aminoacetonitrilderivat der Formel (I) enthält Verbindungen, die Stereoisomere besitzen, und die vorliegende Erfindung enthält auch solche Stereoisomeren.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Aminoacetonitrilderivat der Formel (I) kann z.B. mit Hilfe des folgenden Herstellungsverfahrens hergestellt werden. worin R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, Ar1, Ar2, Q, W, a, b und d dieselben Bedeutungen wie oben beschrieben haben, M ein Alkalimetallatom darstellt und Hal ein Halogenatom darstellt.
- 1. Formel (IV) → Formel (2)
- Das Aminoacetonitrilderivat der Formel (I) kann durch Umsetzen von Aminoacetonitrilderivaten der Formel (IV) mit Säurehalogeniden der Formel (III) in der Gegenwart einer Base (z.B. Triethylamin, Pyridin etc.) hergestellt werden. Das Aminoacetonitrilderivat der Formel (I) kann ebenso durch Kondensationsreaktion von Aminoacetonitrilen der Formel (IV) mit Säuren der Formel (II) unter Verwendung eines Kondensierungsagenses (z.B. Dicyclohexylcarbodiimid, 2-Chlor-1-methylpyridiniumiodid, etc.) hergestellt werden. Die Säuren der Formel (II) können durch bekannte Verfahren hergestellt werden (z.B. J. Org. Chem. 763, 1948, Organic Synthesis Coll., Band 1, 436, J. Org. Chem. 763, 1948, Organic Synthesis Coll., Band 1, 336, Beilsteins Handbuch 9, 573, Beilsteins Handbuch 9, 633, etc.).
- 2. Formel (VII) → Formel (IV)
- Die Aminoacetonitrile der Formel (IV) können z.B. durch Umsetzen von Carbonylverbindungen der Formel (VII) mit Metallcyaniden der Formel (VI) (z.B. Natriumcyanid, Kaliumcyanid, etc.) mit Aminen der Formel (V) hergestellt werden. Als CN-Quelle können organische Cyanide, wie z.B. Trimethylsilylnitril und Acetoncyanhydrin verwendet werden. Diese Umsetzungen sind als Verfahren bekannt als Strecker-Reaktion (z.B. Bildung von C-C Bindungen, Band 1, Georg Thieme Verlag 1973, Organic Synthesis Coll., Band 3, 88, etc.).
- Die Carbonylverbindungen der Formel (VII) können z.B. durch das folgende Herstellungsverfahren hergestellt werden. worin R3, R4, R5, Ar1, Ar2 und a dieselben Bedeutungen wie oben beschrieben haben, L eine Abgangsgruppe wie z.B. ein Halogenatom, eine Methylsulfonyloxygruppe oder eine p-Methylbenzolsulfonyloxygruppe darstellt, W' OH, SH oder NHR9 ist (worin R9 dieselbe Bedeutung wie oben beschrieben hat, Rs C1-C6-Alkylgruppen sind, die gleich oder verschieden sein können und eine C1-C4-Alkylengruppe darstellen, oder Rs zusammen eine C1-C4-Alkylengruppe bilden).
- Die Carbonylverbindungen der Formel (VII) können z.B. durch Umsetzen einer Verbindung der Formel (VIII-1), die eine Abgangsgruppe L hat, mit einer Verbindung der Formel (IX-1) in der Gegenwart einer Base hergestellt werden.
- Ähnlich können die Carbonylverbindungen der Formel (VII) durch Umsetzen einer Verbindung der Formel (VIII-2) mit einer Verbindung der Formel (IX-2) hergestellt werden.
- Darüber hinaus können die Carbonylverbindungen der Formel (VII) durch Entschützungsreaktion einer Verbindung der Formel (XII) hergestellt werden, die durch Umsetzung einer Verbindung der Formel (X-1), deren Carbonylgruppe mit einer Verbindung der Formel (IX-1) in der Form eines Acetals, Ketals oder ähnlichem geschützt ist, unter sauren Bedingungen abgeleitet wird. Ähnlich können die Verbindungen der Formel (XII) durch Umsetzen einer Verbindung der Formel (X-2) mit einer Verbindung der Formel (IX-2) hergestellt werden. Darüber hinaus können die Carbonylverbindungen der Formel (VII) durch Oxidation einer Verbindung der Formel (XIII) hergestellt werden, die durch Umsetzung einer alkoholischen Verbindung der Formel (XI-1) mit einer Verbindung der Formel (IX-1) unter Verwendung eines geeigneten Oxidationsmittels (z.B. Kaliumpermanganat, etc.) abgeleitet wird. Ähnlich kann die Verbindung der Formel (XIII) durch Umsetzung einer alkoholischen Verbindung der Formel (XI-2) mit einer Verbindung der Formel (IX-2) hergestellt werden.
- Typische Verbindungen des erfindungsgemäßen Aminoacetonitrilderivats der Formel (I) sind in Tabelle 1 gezeigt. - In Tabelle 1 steht Ph für Phenylgruppe, Pyr für Pyridylgruppe, Naph für Naphthylgruppe und c stellt alicyclischen Kohlenwasserstoff dar.
- Tabelle 4 zeigt die physikalischen Eigenschaften der Verbindungen, die in Tabelle 1 aufgelistet sind. - In Tabelle 4 bezeichnen RF-H oder Rf-L Stereoisomere; Rf-H bezeichnet ein Isomer aus den Stereoisomeren mit einem hohen Rf-Wert und Rf-L bezeichnet Isomere mit einem niedrigen Rf-Wert.
- Hier folgen erfindungsgemäße typische Beispiele, Formulierungsbeispiele und Testbeispiele.
- Beispiele
- Beispiel 1
- Herstellung von Verbindung Nr. 63
- 4-Chlorphenol (2,56 g), Bromacetaldehyd-Dimethylacetal (3,4 g), wasserfreies Kaliumcarbonat (2,76 g) und eine katalytische Menge Natriumiodid wurden zu DMF (Dimethylformamid) (20 ml) gegeben und unter Rückfluss für 3 Stunden erhitzt. Wasser wurde zu der Reaktionsmischung gegeben, die dann mit Ethylacetat extrahiert wurde, und die organische Schicht wurde über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet und das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert. Der Rückstand wurde durch Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie aufgereinigt (Ethylacetat-Hexan), um 4-Chlorphenoxyacetaldehyddimethylacetal (2,37 g) zu erhalten.
- 4-Chlorphenoxyacetaldehyddimethylacetal (1,0 g) wurde in Aceton (10 ml) gelöst, wozu 2N Salzsäure (1,0 g) gegeben wurde, und die Mischung wurde 8 Stunden unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach dem Auf konzentrieren der Reaktionsmischung wurde Wasser zugegeben, und die Mischung wurde mit Ethylacetat extrahiert. Die Extrakte wurden über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert, um 4-Chlorphenoxyacetaldehyd als Rohprodukt zu erhalten.
- Rohes 4-Chlorphenoxyacetaldehyd (0,5 g), Natriumcyanid (0,17 g) und Ammoniumchlorid (0,27 g) wurden in 28 Ammoniakwasser (20 ml) gegeben und für 2 Tage gerührt. Zu der Reaktionslösung wurde Ethylacetat gegeben, und die Mischung wurde mit Wasser gewaschen und über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet, und das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert. Das resultierende Öl wurde in THF (Tetrahydrofuran) (5 ml) gelöst und 4-Chlorphenylacetylchlorid (0,38 g) und Triethylamin (0,22 g) zugegeben. Die Mischung wurde 6 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur gerührt, Wasser wurde zu der Reaktionsmischung gegeben, die mit Ethylacetat extrahiert wurde, und die Extrakte wurden über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet und das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Der Rückstand wurde durch Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie (Ethylacetat-Hexan) aufgereinigt, um die gewünschte Verbindung zu erhalten (0,21 g; Ausbeute 24 %; Schmelzpunkt 122–128°C).
- Beispiel 2
- Herstellung von Verbindung Nr. 64
- 4-Chlorphenol (10 g), Chloraceton (10,8 g), wasserfreies Kaliumcarbonat (12,9 g) und Kaliumiodid (1,3 g) wurden zu Aceton (100 ml) gegeben und 6 Stunden unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wurde filtriert und das Filtrat wurde auf konzentriert, um 4-Chlorphenoxyaceton zu erhalten (14 g).
- 4-Chlorphenoxyaceton (6,0 g), Natriumcyanid (1,91 g) und Ammoniumchlorid (2,6 g) wurden zu 28 % Ammoniakwasser (20 ml) gegeben und 24 Stunden kräftig gerührt. Zu der Reaktionsmischung wurde Ethylacetat gegeben, und die Mischung wurde mit Wasser gewaschen und über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet, und das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert, um 2-Amino-2-methyl-3-(4-chlorphenoxy)propannitril zu erhalten (6,5 g).
- 4-Chlorphenylessigsäure (0,4 g) wurde zu Thionylchlorid (1 ml) gegeben und 1 Stunde unter Rückfluss erhitzt, und überschüssiges Thionylchlorid wurde unter reduziertem Druck abdestilliert. Das resultierende Säurechlorid wurde zu einer THF-Lösung (5 ml) gegeben, in der 2-Amino-2-methyl-3-(4-chlorphenoxy)propannitril (0,49 g) und Triethylamin (0,26 g) unter Eiskühlung gelöst wurden, und 3 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Zu dieser Reaktionsmischung wurde Wasser gegeben, und die Mischung wurde mit Ethylacetat extrahiert. Die Extrakte wurden über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet, und das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert. Der feste Rückstand wurde mit Hexan-Ether gewaschen, um die gewünschte Verbindung zu erhalten (0,56 g; Ausbeute: 66 %; Schmelzpunkt 152°C).
- Beispiel 3
- Herstellung von Verbindung Nr. 81
- 4-Chlorphenoxyaceton (1,84 g), Natriumcyanid (0,5 g), Ammoniumchlorid (0,9 g) wurden in Methanol (10 ml) gelöst, wozu ein Überschuss an wässriger Ethylaminlösung gegeben wurde. Die Mischung wurde 2 Tage bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Nach Beendigung der Umsetzung wurde das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert und der Rückstand mit Ethylacetat extrahiert, gefolgt von einem üblichen Verfahren, um 2-Ethylamino-2-methyh-3-(4-chlorphenoxy)propannitril zu erhalten (2,2 g).
- 2-Ethylamino-2-methyl-3-(4-chlorphenoxy)propannitril (0,5 g) und 4-Chlorphenylacetylchlorid (0,38 g) wurden in THF (10 ml) gelöst, wozu Pyridin (0,16 g) gegeben wurde, und die Mischung wurde 5 Stunden unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur wurde unlösliches Material abfiltriert und das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Das resultierende Öl wurde durch Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie aufgereinigt (Ethylacetat-Hexan), um die gewünschte Verbindung zu erhalten (0,16 g; Ausbeute: 20 %; Schmelzpunkt 83–84°C).
- Beispiel 4
- Herstellung von Verbindung Nr. 166
- 4-Methoxyphenylessigsäure (0,67 g) und 2-Chlor-1-methylpyridiniumiodid (1,10 g) wurden in THF (10 ml) suspendiert, wozu Triethylamin (0,50 g) bei Raumtemperatur tropfenweise zugegeben wurde. Nachdem 5 Minuten gerührt wurde, wurde 2-Amino-2-methyl-3-(4-chlorphenoxy)butannitril (0,90 g) zugegeben, und die Mischung wurde 6 Stunden gerührt. Nach Beendigung der Umsetzung wurde unlösliches Material abfiltriert und das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Der Rückstand wurde durch Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie (Ethylacetat-Hexan) aufgereinigt, um die gewünschte Verbindung zu erhalten (0,78 g; Ausbeute: 52 %; Schmelzpunkt 129–131°C).
- Beispiel 5
- Herstellung von Verbindung Nr. 253
- 2-(5-Trifluormethyl-2-pyridyl)essigsäure-hydrochlorid (0,74 g), 2-amino-2-methyl-3-(4-trifluormethylphenoxy)propannitril (0,65 g), 2-Chlor-1-methylpyridiniumiodid (1,17 g) und Triethylamin (0,93 g) wurden zu Acetonitril (10 ml) gegeben und 6 Stunden unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Zu dieser Reaktionsmischung wurde Wasser gegeben, und die Mischung wurde mit Ethylacetat extrahiert und über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Danach wurde das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Der Rückstand wurde durch Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie aufgereinigt (Ethylacetat-Hexan), um die gewünschte Verbindung zu erhalten (0,34 g; Ausbeute 28 %; Schmelzpunkt 97–99°C).
- Das Insektizid für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau, das das erfindungsgemäße Aminoacetonitrilderivat der Formel (I) als Wirkstoff enthält, eignet sich für die Bekämpfung verschiedener Landwirtschafts-, Forstwirtschafts-, Gartenbau-, Vorratsschädlingen sowie Sanitätsungeziefer oder Fadenwürmern, die schädlich sind für Reisfelder, Obstbäume, Gemüse, andere Kulturpflanzen und Blumen. Es besitzt starke Insektizide Wirkung auf Schädlinge, z.B. Insektenschädlinge der Gattung Lepidoptera, wie z.B. Wurzelnematode (Pratylenchussp.), Kartoffelnematode (Globodera rostochiensis), Wurzelgallennematode (Meloidogyne sp.), Zitrusnematode (Tylenchulus semipenetrans), Aphelenchus avenae, Chrysanthemenblattnematode (Aphelenchoides ritzemabosi).
- Das Insektizid für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau, das das erfindungsgemäße Aminoacetonitrilderivat der Formel (I) enthält, besitzt bemerkenswerte bekämpfende Wirkung auf die oben erwähnten Schädlinge, die schädlich sind für Reisfeldfrüchte, Farmfeldfrüchte, Obstbäume, Gemüse und andere Kulturpflanzen und Blumen, so dass die Behandlung von Reisfeldwasser, Stengeln und Blättern oder Boden, wie z.B. Reisfeld, Farm, Obstbäumen, Gemüse, anderen Kulturpflanzen und Blumen, rechtzeitig, wenn das Auftreten von Schädlingen erwartet wird, und bevor das Auftreten von Schädlingen oder nachdem ihr Auftreten bestätigt wurde, die gewünschten Wirkungen des erfindungsgemäßen Insektizids für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau zeigen wird.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Insektizid für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau wird vor seiner Verwendung im Allgemeinen in einer für die zweckmäßige Verwendung geeigneten Formulierung nach konventionellen Verfahren für die Herstellung von Agrarchemikalien formuliert.
- Das heißt, dass das Aminoacetonitrilderivat der Formel (I) in geeigneter Menge mit einem geeigneten inerten Träger und, falls erforderlich, mit einem Hilfsmittel gemischt werden kann, um Lösen, Dispergieren, Suspendieren, Mischen, Eintauchen, Adsorbieren oder Absorbieren durchzuführen, und die Mischung kann in eine Suspension, Emulsion, Flüssigkeit, Spritzpulver, Granalien oder Staub, Tabletten oder ähnliches formuliert werden.
- Der inerte Träger, der in der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendet werden kann, kann ein beliebiger Feststoff oder Flüssigkeit sein. Materialien, die als fester Träger verwendet werden können, schließen z.B. Sojamehl, Weizenmehl, Holzmehl, Rindenmehl, Sägemehl, Tabakstengelmehl, Walnußschalenmehl, Weizenkleie, Cellulosefasern, Rückstand nach Bildung eines Pflanzenextraktes, synthetische Polymere wie z.B. pulverisiertes synthetisches Harz, Tone (wie z.B. Kaolin, Bentonit, saurer Ton etc.), Talk (wie z.B. Talk, Pyrophillit, etc.), Silica (wie z.B. Kieselalgenerde, Quarzsand, Glimmer, weißer Kohlenstoff (feines hydratisiertes Silikon, auch als Kieselsäurehydrat bezeichnet, welches hochdisperse Kieselsäure enthält; manche Produkte enthalten hauptsächlich Calciumsilikat), Aktivkohle, Schwefelpulver, Bimsstein, kalzinierte Diatomeenerde, Steinmahlerzeugnis, Flugasche und Sand, anorganische Mineralpulver wie z.B. Calciumcarbonat, Calciumphosphat, chemische Düngemittel oder Kompost aus Ammoniumsulfat, Ammoniumphosphat, Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoff und Ammoniumchlorid. Diese können einzeln oder als Mischung von zwei oder mehreren daraus verwendet werden.
- Der flüssige Träger schließt solche mit Lösungsmittelwirkung ein und solche, die frei von einer Lösungsmittelwirkung sind, aber den Wirkstoff unter Verwendung eines Hilfsmittels dispergieren können. Typische Beispiele schließen die folgenden Träger ein, die einzeln oder als Mischung von zwei oder mehreren davon verwendet werden können, z.B. Wasser, Alkohole (z.B. Methanol, Ethanol, Isopropanol, Butanol, Ethylenglykol, usw.), Ketone (z.B. Aceton, Methylethylketon, Methylisobutylketon, Diisobutylketon, Cyclohexanon, usw.), Ether (z.B. Ethylether, Dioxan, Cellosolv, Dipropylether, Tetrahydrofuran, usw.), aliphatische Kohlenstoffe (z.B. Kerosen, Mineralöl, usw.), aromatische Kohlenstoffe (z.B. Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Lösungsmittel Naphtha, Alkylnaphthalin, usw.), halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe (z.B. Dichlorethan, Chloroform, Kohlenstofftetrachlorid, chloriertes Benzol, usw.), Ester (z.B. Ethylacetat, Phthalat, Diisopropylphthalat, Dibutylphthalat, Dioctylphthalat, usw.), Amide (z.B. Dimethylformamid, Diethylformamid, Dimethylacetamid, usw.), Nitrile (z.B. Acetonitril, usw.), Dimethylsulfoxid und ähnliche.
- Andere Hilfsmittel schließen typische Hilfsmittel ein, die unten exemplarisch aufgeführt sind. Diese Hilfsmittel werden abhängig vom Verwendungszweck eingesetzt und können einzeln verwendet werden oder zwei oder mehr der Hilfsmittel können in Kombination verwendet werden. Alternativ kann in manchen Fällen kein Hilfsmittel verwendet werden.
- Für den Zweck des Emulgierens, Dispergierens, Lösens und/oder Benetzens der Wirkstoffverbindung wird ein Tensid verwendet. Beispiele des Tensids schließen z.B. Polyoxyethylenalkylether, Polyoxyethylenalkylarylether, Polyoxyethylen hoher Fettsäureester, Polyoxyethylenharzsäureester, Polyoxyethylensorbitmonolaurat, Polyoxyethylensorbitmonooleat, Alkylarylsulfonat, Naphthalinsulfonsäurekondensat, Ligninsulfonat, höheres Alkoholsulfat, etc. ein.
- Das Hilfsmittel kann verwendet werden, um die Wirkstoffverbindung zu stabilisieren und die Wirkstoffverbindung zu befestigen oder zu binden. Beispiele für ein solches Hilfsmittel schließen Casein, Gelatin, Stärke, Methylcellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose, Gummi Arabicum, Polyvinylalkohol, Wurzelterpentinöl, Reiskleieöl, Bentonit, Ligninsulfonat, etc. ein.
- Das Hilfsmittel kann verwendet werden, um die Fließfähigkeit des Feststoffproduktes zu verbessern. Beispiele für solche Hilfsmittel sind z.B. Wachs, Stearate, Alkylphosphate, etc.
- Als Entflockungsmittel für Suspensionsprodukte können Hilfsmittel wie z.B. Naphthalinsulfonsäurekondensate, kondensierte Phosphate etc. verwendet werden.
- Als Entschäumungsmittel können Hilfsmittel, wie z.B. Silikonöl verwendet werden.
- Die Menge der Wirkstoffverbindung kann, falls gewünscht, eingestellt werden. Zum Beispiel eignen sich 0,01 bis 50 Gew.% im Fall von Staub oder Granalien, und 0,01 bis 50 Gew.% eignet sich ebenfalls im Fall von Emulsionen und Spritzpulver.
- Um unterschiedliche Schädlinge zu bekämpfen, kann das erfindungsgemäße Insektizid für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau so wie es ist oder geeignet verdünnt mit oder suspendiert in Wasser oder ähnlichem in einer Menge, die wirksam ist, um Insektenschäden vorzubeugen, auf den Feldern, auf denen das Auftreten der Schädlinge erwartet wird, oder an dem Ort, an dem das Auftreten der Schädlinge unerwünscht ist, ausgebracht werden.
- Die Menge des erfindungsgemäßen Insektizids für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau kann abhängig von unterschiedlichen Faktoren, wie z.B. Zweck, zu behandelnde Schädlinge, Wachstumszustand der Kulturpflanzen, Hang zum Auftreten von Schädlingen, Wetter, Umweltbedingungen, Formulierungen, Anwendungsverfahren, Anwendungsort und Anwendungsdauer, variieren. Allerdings kann sie abhängig vom Zweck geeignet ausgewählt werden aus dem Bereich von 0,1 g bis 10 kg/10 Ar als Wirkstoffverbindung.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Insektizid für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau kann in Kombination mit anderen Mitteln für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau zur Bekämpfung von Insektenschädlingskrankheiten verwendet werden, um Krankheiten und Schädlinge, optimale Bekämpfungszeit auszuweiten oder die Dosis zu reduzieren.
- Im weiteren werden typische Beispiele und Testbeispiele der vorliegenden Erfindung gezeigt. Allerdings ist die vorliegenden Erfindung nicht darauf beschränkt.

- Die obigen Bestandteile werden gemischt und einheitlich pulverisiert, um ein Spritzpulver zu erhalten.
- Testbeispiel 1
- Insektizide Wirkung gegen Kohlmotte (Plutella xylostella)
- Ein Setzling eines Chinakohls wurde erwachsener Kohlmotte (Plutella xylostella) zum Brüten und um Eier zu legen überlassen, und 2 Tage nach Brutbeginn wurden die Setzlinge eines Chinakohls, auf dem Eier abgelegt wurden, für 30 Sekunden in eine chemische Flüssigkeit getaucht, die durch Verdünnen eines chemischen Mittels hergestellt wurde, das eine in Tabelle 1, 2 oder 3 beschriebene Verbindung enthält. Nach Lufttrocknung wurde der Setzling in einem thermostatisch regulierten Schrank bei 25°C stehengelassen. 6 Tage nach dem Eintauchen in die chemische Lösung wurde die Anzahl der geschlüpften Insekten untersucht. Die Insektensterblichkeit wurde anhand der folgenden Formel berechnet und die Bestimmung wurde gemäß der folgenden Standards durchgeführt. Eine Gruppe, 10 Insekten, 3 Seriensystem. - Testbeispiel 2
- Insektizide Wirkung gegen Apfelschalenwickler (Smaller tea tortrix, Adoxophyes sp.)
- Teeblätter (Art: Yabukita) wurden für 30 Sekunden in eine chemische Lösung getaucht, die durch Verdünnen eines chemischen Mittels auf 500 ppm hergestellt wurde, das eine in Tabelle 1, 2 oder 3 beschriebe Verbindung enthält. Nach Lufttrocknung wurden sie in einer Plastikschale mit 9 cm Durchmesser platziert, in der Larven der zweiten Erscheinungsform des Apfelschalenwicklers (Adoxophyes sp.) angesetzt wurden.
- Danach wurde die Schale mit einem Deckel abgedeckt und in einem thermostatisch regulierten Schrank bei 25°C und bei einer Feuchtigkeit von 40 % stehengelassen. 8 Tage nach dem Ansetzen wurde die Sterblichkeitszahl der Insekten untersucht und die Bestimmung wurde in Übereinstimmung mit Testbeispiel 1 durchgeführt. 1 Gruppe, 10 Insekten, 3 Seriensystem.

R3 ein Wasserstoffatom, eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe, eine Halogen-C1-C6-alkylgruppe, eine Cyano-C1-C6-alkylgruppe eine C1-C6-Alkylthiogruppe, eine Halogen-C1-C6-alkylthiogruppe, eine C2-C6-Alkenylgruppe oder eine C2-C6-Alkinylgruppe darstellt; R4 und R5 gleich oder verschieden sein können und jeweils ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Halogenatom, eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe, eine Halogen-C1-C6-alkylgruppe, eine C3-C6-Cycloalkylgruppe, eine substituierte C3-C6-Cycloalkylgruppe mit zumindest einem Substituenten, der gleich oder verschieden sein kann und aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus einem Halogenatom und einer C1-C6-Alkylgruppe besteht, eine Phenylgruppe oder eine substituierte Phenylgruppe mit zumindest einer Substituentengruppe darstellen, die gleich oder verschieden sein kann und aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus einem Halogenatom, einer Nitrogruppe, einer Cyanogruppe, einer C1-C6-Alkylgruppe, einer Halogen-C1-C6-alkylgruppe, einer C1-C6-Alkoxygruppe, einer Halogen-C1-C6-alkoxygruppe, einer C1-C6-Alkylthiogruppe, einer Halogen-C1-C6-alkylthiogruppe, einer C1-C6-Alkylsulfinylgruppe, einer Halogen-C1-C6-alkylsulfinylgruppe, einer C1-C6-Alkylsulfonylgruppe, einer Halogen-C1-C6-alkylsulfonylgruppe, einer C1-C6-Alkylaminogruppe und einer Di-C1-C6-alkylminogruppe besteht, und R4 und R5 zusammen eine C1-C6-Alkylengruppe bilden können; W -O-, -S-, -SO2- oder -N(R9)- ist (worin R9 ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe ist) und a 0 oder eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 4 ist).
- Pestizid für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau, das als Wirkstoff das Aminoacetonitrilderivat gemäß Anspruch 1 enthält.
- Verfahren für die Verwendung des Pestizids für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau, das die Anwendung einer wirksamen Menge des Pestizids für die Landwirtschaft und den Gartenbau gemäß Anspruch 2 auf Nutzpflanzen für den Schutz der Nutzpflanzen umfaßt.
