Description
- Gebiet der Erfindung:
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft viskoelastische Fluide (Flüssigkeiten), die ein Tensid (oberflächenaktive Substanz) enthalten, und Verfahren zum Suspendieren von Partikeln (Teilchen) unter Verwendung dieser viskoelastischen Fluide.
- Hintergrund der Erfindung:
- Es ist wohlbekannt, die wäßrige Phase einer Suspension aus festen Teilchen oder emulgierten Tröpfchen einzudicken bzw. zu verdicken. Die Zugabe von Verdikkungsmitteln erhöht die Viskosität der wäßrigen Phase und verzögert somit das Absetzen (Ablagern) der Teilchen oder Tröpfchen. Eine solche Verzögerung ist nützlich, um die Teilchen oder Tröpfchen während der Lagerung, der Verwendung und/oder des Transports der Suspension in Suspension zu halten.
- Polymere Verdickungsmittel, wie z. B. Stärken, welche durch Verhakung (Verwickelung) der Polymerketten eindicken, sind zur Erhöhung der Viskosität von wäßrigen Phasen von Suspensionen verwendet worden. Diese Verdickungsmittel können unter dem Einfluß von mechanischer Scherung oder chemischer Spaltung (z. B. durch Oxidation oder Hydrolyse) der Polymerketten abgebaut werden, was zu einem Verlust der Viskosität und somit der Suspensionsstabilität führt.
- Kationische Tenside sind gefunden worden, die unter bestimmten Bedingungen stabartige Micellen ausbilden. Die Gegenwart von stabartigen Micellen verleiht dem Fluid viskoelastische Eigenschaften. Jedoch neigen kationische Tenside dazu, eine hohe Toxizität und eine sehr geringe biologische Abbaubarkeit aufzuweisen.
- Zusammenfassung der Erfindung
- Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt ein viskoelastisches Fluid bereit, das als Verdickungsmittel für Partikelsuspensionen eingesetzt werden kann. Das viskoela stische Fluid enthält ein amphoterisches/zwitterionisches Tensid und eine organische Säure/organisches Salz und/oder anorganische Salze.
- Somit betrifft diese Erfindung insbesondere ein viskoelastisches Fluid, das
- (1) ein wäßriges Medium;
- (2) ein Tensid (oberflächenaktive Substanz), ausgewählt aus der Gruppe von amphoteren Tensiden, zwitterionischen Tensiden und deren Mischungen, wobei das Tensid den Hauptgewichtsanteil sämtlicher in dem Fluid vorhandener Tenside ausmacht; und
- (3) einen Bestandteil, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe von organischen Säuren, Salzen organischer Säuren, anorganischen Salzen und Kombinationen von einer oder mehreren organischen Säuren oder Salzen organischer Säuren mit einem oder mehreren anorganischen Salzen; umfaßt, wobei das Fluid viskoelastische Eigenschaften aufweist.
- Gemäß einer weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsform betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein viskoelastisches Fluid, das im wesentlichen
- (1) ein wäßriges Medium;
- (2) eine Menge eines Tensids, enthaltend ein Aminoxidtensid; und
- (3) ein anionisches Tensid, das ein Hydrophob mit mindestens 14 Kohlenstoffatomen enthält, umfaßt.
- Die Bezeichnung "viskoelastisch" bezieht sich auf viskose Flüssigkeiten, die elastische Eigenschaften besitzen, d. h. die Flüssigkeit nimmt zumindest teilweise ihre ursprüngliche Form ein, wenn ein angelegter Druck abgesetzt wird. Die verdickten wäßrigen viskoelastischen Flüssigkeiten sind als wasserbasierende Hydraulikflüssigkeiten in Schmierstoffen und als Flüssigkeiten zur hydraulischen Bruchbildung (Rißbildung) zur Erhöhung der Durchlässigkeit (Permeabilität) in der Ölförderung verwendbar.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft gleichermaßen ein Verfahren zur Verteilung suspendierter fester Teilchen, wie Abbau- bzw. Abtragungsnebenprodukte in einer Flüssigkeit, die Bestandteil des erfindungsgemäßen viskoelastischen Fluids ist, wobei die festen Teilchen für einen vergrößerten Zeitraum an einer Stelle suspendiert bleiben und das Fluid zu einer Stelle transportiert wird, während die festen Teilchen in dem Fluid suspendiert bleiben und das Fluid an einer solchen Stelle abgelagert wird.
- Kurzbeschreibung der Figuren:

1 zeigt die Viskosität in Abhängigkeit von dem Schergrad (Scherrate, Schergeschwindigkeit) für eine viskoelastische Tensidlösung, die durch Zugabe von 5% Dinatriumtalgiminodipropionat (Mirataine T2C®) und 2,25% Phthalsäure in Wasser hergestellt wurde. -

- Die Eigenschaft der Viskosität ist im allgemeinen wohlbekannt, und es kann bezug genommen werden auf S. Gravsholt, Journal of Coll. and Interface Sci., 57(3), 575 (1996); Hoffmann et al., "Influence of Ionic Surfactants on the Viscoelastic Properties of Zwitterionic Surfactant Solutions", Langmuir, 8, 2140– 2146 (1992); und Hoffmann et al., The Rheological Behaviour of Different Viscoelastic Surfactant Solutions, Tenside Surf. Det., 31, 389–400, 1994. Unter den in diesen Bezugnahmen angeführten Verfahren zur Bestimmung, ob eine Flüssigkeit viskoelastische Eigenschaften aufweist, wird bei einem Test, der sich in bezug auf die Bestimmung der Viskoelastizität einer wäßrigen Lösung als nützlich erwiesen hat, eine Durchwirbelung der Flüssigkeit durchgeführt und optisch beobachtet, ob die durch die Durchwirbelung entstandenen Blasen abprallen (rückstoßen), nachdem die Durchwirbelung gestoppt wird. Ein Abprallen (Rückstoßen) der Blasen ist ein Zeichen für eine Viskoelastizität. Bei einem weiteren einsetzbaren Test wird der Speichermodul (G') und der Verlustmodul (Viskositätsmodul) (G'') bei einer gegebenen Temperatur gemessen. Wenn bei gegebener Temperatur G' > G'' für irgendeinen Punkt oder für irgendeinen Punktbereich kleiner etwa 10 rad/sec, typischerweise zwischen etwa 0,001 und etwa 10 rad/sec, insbesondere zwischen etwa 0,1 und etwa 10 rad/sec, ist, und wenn G' > 10–2 Pascal, bevorzugt 10–2 Pascal ist, wird das Fluid bei dieser Temperatur typischerweise als viskoelastisch erachtet. Rheologische Messungen, wie von G' und G'', werden ausführlicher in "Rheological Measurements", Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology, Vol. 21, Seiten 347 bis 372 (John Wiley & Sons, Inc., N. Y., N. Y., 1997, 4. Auflage) beschrieben. In bezug auf die zur Vervollständigung notwendige Erweiterung sind die oben genannten Offenbarungen hiermit durch Bezugnahme eingeschlossen.
- Die Viskoelastizität wird durch einen Typ der Micellenbildung verursacht, der von dem herkömmlichen Typ verschieden ist, bei dem sich kugelförmige Micellen bilden, wie es für die meisten Tenside der Fall ist. Viskoelastische Tensidfluide bilden in Lösung wurmartige, stabartige oder zylindrische Micellen. Die Bildung langer, zylindrischer Micellen führt zu nützlichen rheologischen Eigenschaften. Die viskoelastische Tensidlösung besitzt ein scherentzähendes bzw. strukturviskoses Verhalten und bleibt trotz hoher Schereinwirkung stabil. Im Vergleich hierzu wird das herkömmliche polymere Verdickungsmittel ineversibel zersetzt bzw. abgebaut, wenn es einer großen Scherung ausgesetzt wird.
- In der Zusammenfassung der Erfindung und in dieser detaillierten Beschreibung sollte jeder Zahlenwert einerseits als mit dem Ausdruck "etwa" versehen gelesen werden (sofern nicht bereits ausdrücklich derart angegeben) und dann wiederum als nicht derart versehen gelesen werden, sofern es nicht anders im Zusammenhang aufgezeigt ist.
- Die viskoelastischen Tenside können entweder ionisch oder nichtionisch sein. Die vorliegende Erfindung umfaßt ein wäßriges viskoelastisches Tensid, das auf amphoterische oder zwitterionische Tenside basiert. Das amphoterische Tensid stellt eine Tensidklasse dar, die über einen bestimmten pH-Bereich (z. B. typischerweise schwach sauer) sowohl eine positiv geladene Einheit als auch eine negativ geladene Einheit aufweist, die über einen bestimmten pH-Bereich (z. B. typischerweise schwach alkalisch) lediglich eine negativ geladene Einheit aufweist und die bei einem anderen pH-Wert (z. B. typischerweise mäßig sauer) nur eine positiv geladene Einheit aufweist, während ein zwitterionisches Tensid eine permanent positiv geladene Einheit im Molekül unabhängig vom pH-Wert und eine negativ geladene Einheit bei alkalischem pH aufweist.
- Das viskoelastische Fluid umfaßt Wasser, Tensid und eine wasserlösliche Komponente, die ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe von organischen Säuren, Salzen organischer Säuren, anorganischen Salzen und deren Mischungen. Wahlweise kann das viskoelastische Fluid Wasser, ein Aminoxidtensid und ein anionisches Tensid, das ein Hydrophob mit mindestens 14 Kohlenstoffatomen enthält, aufweisen. Die viskoelastische Tensidlösung ist als Bruchbildungsfluid (Rißbildungsfluid) oder als wasserbasierende Hydraulikflüssigkeit verwendbar. Das als Bruchbildungsfluid eingesetzte viskoelastische Fluid kann ein Gas, wie Luft, Stickstoff oder Kohlendioxid enthalten, um ein aktiviertes Fluid oder einen Schaum bereitzustellen.
- Der Bestandteil des Fluids, welcher in der größten Konzentration vorhanden ist, ist Wasser, d. h. typischerweise besitzt Wasser den Hauptgewichtsanteil des viskoelastischen Fluids. Wasser ist typischerweise mit einem Gewichtsanteil größer oder gleich etwa 50 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Fluid, vorhanden. Das Wasser kann von jeder Quelle stammen, sofern die Quelle keine Verunreinigungen enthält, die in bezug auf die anderen Bestandteile des viskoelastischen Fluids inkompatibel sind (z. B. durch Verursachen einer ungewünschten Präzipitation (Ausfällung)). Somit ist es nicht erforderlich, daß das Wasser Trinkwasser ist, und es kann Brackwasser sein, oder andere Stoffe bzw. Materialien beinhalten, die für Wasserquellen, die in oder in der Nähe von Ölfeldern gefunden werden, typisch sind.
- Beispiele für zwitterionische Tenside, die in der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendbar sind, werden durch die folgende Formel dargestellt: wobei R1 eine hydrophobe Alkyl-, Alkylarylalkyl-, Alkoxyalkyl-, Alkylaminoalkyl- und eine Alkylamidoalkyleinheit darstellt, wobei die Alkylgruppe verzweigt oder linear sein kann und die gesättigt oder ungesättigt sein kann und etwa 12 bis etwa 24 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist. Beispielhafte langkettige Alkylgruppen umfassen Tetradecyl (Myristyl), Hexadecyl (Ketyl), Octadecenyl (Oleyl), Octadecyl (Stearyl), Docosen (Erucyl) und Derivate von Talg-, Kokos-, Soja(bohnen)- und Rapsöl. Die bevorzugten Alkyl- und Alkenylgruppen sind Alkyl- und Alkenylgruppen mit etwa 16 bis etwa 22 Kohlenstoffatomen. Ein Beispiel für Alkylamidoalkyl ist Alkylamidopropyl mit einem wie oben beschriebenen Alkyl.
- R2 und R3 sind unabhängig voneinander eine aliphatische Kette (d. h. im Gegensatz zur der aromatischen Kette an dem Atom, das an dem quartären bzw. quaternären Stickstoff gebunden ist, z. B. Alkyl, Alkenyl, Arylalkyl, Hydroxyalkyl, Carboxyalkyl und Hydroxyalkylpolyoxyalkylen, z. B. Hydroxyethylpolyoxyethylen oder Hydroxypropylpolyoxypropylen) mit etwa 1 bis etwa 30 Atomen, vorzugsweise etwa 1 bis etwa 20 Atomen, besonders bevorzugt etwa 1 bis etwa 10 Atomen und ganz besonders bevorzugt etwa 1 bis etwa 6 Atomen, wobei die aliphatische Gruppe verzweigt oder linear, gesättigt oder ungesättigt verknüpft sein kann. Bevorzugte Alkylketten sind Methyl, Ethyl, ein bevorzugtes Arylalkyl ist Benzyl und bevorzugte Hydroxyalkyle sind Hydroxethyl oder Hydroxypropyl, wogegen bevorzugte Carboxyalkyle Acetat und Propionat sind.
- R4 ist ein Hydrocarbylrest (z. B. Alkylen) mit einer Kettenlänge von 1 bis 4. Bevorzugt sind Methylen- oder Ethylengruppen.

- Ein übliches chemisches Verfahren zur Herstellung von Dihydroxyethoxylatglycinat, das von ethoxyliertem Alkylamin ausgeht, ist das folgende:
- Die Endprodukte können gleichermaßen einige nichtreagierte Dihydroxyethylalkylamin-Ausgangssubstanzen und geringe Mengen an Natriumglykolat, Diglykolat und Natriumchlorid als Nebenprodukte enthalten. Ein vergleichbares Verfahren kann zur Herstellung von propoxylierten Analoga verwendet werden.
- Ein herkömmliches chemisches Verfahren zur Herstellung von Alkyliminodipropionat aus Alkylamin lautet wie folgt:
- Die Endprodukte enthalten ebenso eine geringe Menge an Methanol, nichtreagierter Acrylsäure, Alkylamin und einige oligomere Acrylate oder Säure als Nebenprodukte.
- Ein herkömmliches chemisches Verfahren zur Herstellung von Alkylamidopropylbetain aus Alkylamin lautet wie folgt:
- Die Endprodukte enthalten ebenso geringe Mengen an Natriumglykolat, Diglykolat, Natriumchlorid und Glycerin als Nebenprodukte.

- Die Tenside werden in einer Menge eingesetzt, die in Kombination mit den anderen Inhaltsstoffen ausreicht, ein viskoelastisches Fluid zu bilden und deren Gehalt typischerweise ein geringer Gewichtsanteil, bezogen auf das Fluid, ist (z. B. weniger als etwa 50 Gew.-%). Die Konzentration des Tensids kann von etwa 0,5 bis etwa 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Fluid, besonders bevorzugt von etwa 0,5 bis etwa 8 Gew.-% und ganz besonders bevorzugt von etwa 0,5 bis etwa 6 Gew.-%, betragen. Die für eine bestimmte Parameterzusammenstellung optimalen Konzentrationen können experimentell bestimmt werden.
- Das Fluid enthält ebenso ein oder mehrere Bestandteile aus der Gruppe von organischen Salzen, Salzen organischer Säuren und anorganischen Salzen. Mischungen der oben genannten Bestandteile werden spezifisch in Betracht gezogen, wobei sie in dem Rahmen der Erfindung liegen. Dieser Bestandteil liegt typischerweise nur in einer geringen Menge vor (z. B. weniger als etwa 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Fluid).
- Die organische Säure ist typischerweise eine Sulfonsäure oder eine Carbonsäure und das anionische Gegenion des Salzes der organischen Säure ist typischerweise ein Sulfonat oder Carboxylat. Beispiele für derartige organische Moleküle umfassen verschiedene aromatische Sulfonate und Carboxylate, wie p-Toluolsulfonat, Naphthalinsulfonat, Chlorbenzoesäure, Salicylsäure, Phthalsäure und dergleichen, bei denen diese Gegenionen wasserlöslich sind. Ganz besonders bevorzugt sind Salicylat, Phthalat, p-Toluolsulfonat, Hydroxynaphthalincarboxylate, z. B. 5-Hydroxy-1-naphthoesäure, 6-Hydroxy-1-naphtoesäure, 7-Hydroxy-1-naphtoesäure, 1-Hydroxy-2-naphthoesäure, bevorzugt 3-Hydroxy-2-naphthoesäure, 5-Hydroxy-2-naphthoesäure, 7-Hydroxy-2-naphthoesäure, 1,3-Dihydroxy-2-naphthoesäure und 3,4-Dichlorbenzoat. Die organische Säure oder ihr Salz unterstützt typischerweise die Entwicklung einer erhöhten Viskosität, was charak teristisch für die bevorzugten Fluide ist. Ohne sich auf eine Theorie festlegen zu wollen – sofern es im Kontext nicht anders erwähnt ist –, wird angenommen, daß die Assoziation der organischen Säure oder ihres Salzes mit der Micelle die Aggregationskrümmung der Micelle verringert und somit die Bildung einer wurmartigen oder stabartigen Micelle unterstützt. Die organische Säure oder ihr Salz ist in dem viskoelastischen Fluid typischerweise mit einer Gewichtskonzentration (einem Gewichtsanteil) von etwa 0,1% bis etwa 10%, besonders bevorzugt etwa 0,1% bis etwa 7% und ganz besonders bevorzugt etwa 0,1% bis etwa 6% zugegen.
- Die anorganischen Salze, die sich insbesondere zur Verwendung in dem viskoelastischen Fluid eignen, umfassen wasserlösliche Kalium-, Natrium- und Ammoniumsalze, wie Kaliumchlorid und Ammoniumchlorid. Darüber hinaus können gleichermaßen Calciumchlorid, Calciumbromid und Zinkhalidsalze verwendet werden. Die anorganischen Salze können die Entwicklung einer erhöhten Viskosität unterstützen, wie sie für die bevorzugten Fluide charakteristisch ist. Darüber hinaus kann das anorganische Salz möglicherweise die Aufrechterhaltung der Stabilität einer geologischen Formation, zu der das Fluid gegeben wird, unterstützen. Die Stabilität einer Formation und insbesondere die Stabilität von Ton (durch Inhibierung (Unterbindung) der Hydratation des Tons) wird bei einer Konzentrationsstufe von einigen Gewichtsprozent erreicht, bei der die Dichte des Fluids durch die Gegenwart des anorganischen Salzes nicht signifikant verändert wird, ausgenommen daß, wenn der Fluiddichte eine wichtige Berücksichtigung zukommt, ab diesem Punkt schwerere anorganische Salze verwendet werden können. Das anorganische Salz liegt in dem viskoelastischen Fluid typischerweise mit einer Gewichtskonzentration (einem Gewichtsanteil) von etwa 0,1% bis etwa 30%, besonders bevorzugt etwa 0,1% bis etwa 10% und ganz besonders bevorzugt etwa 0,1% bis etwa 8% vor. Organische Salze, z. B Trimethylammoniumhydrochlorid und Tetramethylammoniumchlorid, können gleichermaßen in Ergänzung zu oder als Ersatz für die anorganischen Salze verwendet werden.
- Als eine Alternative zu den organischen Salzen und anorganischen Salzen oder als ein teilweiser Ersatz für diese kann man einen mittleren bis langkettigen Alkohol (vorzugsweise ein Alkanol), vorzugsweise mit 5 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen oder ein Alkoholethoxylat (vorzugsweise ein Alkanolethoxylat) vorzugsweise mit einem Alkohol mit 12 bis 16 Kohlenstoffatomen und mit 1 bis 6, vorzugsweise 1 bis 4, Oxyethyleneinheiten, verwenden.
- In der Ausführungsform, in welcher das ausgewählte Tensid ein Aminoxid ist, wird es vorzugsweise gemeinsam mit einem anionischen Tensid, das ein Hydrophob mit mindestens etwa 14 Kohlenstoffatomen enthält, verwendet. Beispiele für geeignete anionische Tenside umfassen Alkylsulfate oder Sulfonate mit Alkalimetallgegenionen oder Alkylcarboxylate, wobei Alkyl eine Gruppe mit etwa 14 bis etwa 24 Kohlenstoffatomen darstellt, die verzweigt oder linear und gesättigt oder ungesättigt sein kann und die besonders bevorzugt zwischen etwa 16 und etwa 22 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist.
- Für diese Ausführungsform (Aminoxid/anionisches Tensid) reicht das Aminoxid/anionisches Tensid-Gewichtsverhältnis von etwa 100 : 1 bis etwa 50 : 50.
- Zusätzlich zu den zuvor beschriebenen wasserlöslichen Salzen und Verdikkungsmitteln kann das als hydraulisches Bruchbildungsfluid verwendete viskoelastische Fluid andere herkömmliche Bestandteile aufweisen, die spezifisch gewünschte Funktionen erfüllen, z. B. Korrosionsinhibitoren, fluiddämpfende bzw. flüssigkeitsverringernde Additive und dergleichen. In dem Bruchbildungsfluid kann ein Stützmittel suspendiert werden. Der pH-Wert des Fluids reicht typischerweise von stark sauer (z. B. weniger als ein pH-Wert von etwa 3) bis etwa schwach alkalisch (z. B. von einem pH-Wert geringfügig größer als 7 bis etwa 8,5, besonders bevorzugt bis etwa 8,0) oder mäßig alkalisch (z. B. ein pH-Wert von etwa 8,5 bis etwa 9,5), stark alkalische pH-Werte (z. B. ein pH-Wert von etwa 10) sollten vermieden werden.
- Es ist für einen Fachmann gleichermaßen denkbar, die oben genannten amphoterischen/zwitterionischen Tenside mit herkömmlichen anionischen, nichtionischen und kationischen Tensiden zu kombinieren, um das gewünschte viskoelastische Fluid zu erhalten. Das amphoterische/zwitterionische Tensid liegt mit einem Hauptgewichtsanteil, bezogen auf sämtliche Tenside, vor und ist typischerweise im wesentlichen das einzig vorhandene Tensid. Typischerweise ist das viskoelastische Fluid im wesentlichen frei von anionischen Tensiden, z. B. ent hält es weniger als etwa 0,5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt weniger als etwa 0,2 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt weniger als 0,1 Gew.-% anionische Tenside.
- Zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen wäßrigen Fluide wird das Tensid zu einer wäßrigen Lösung gegeben, in der ein wasserlösliches anorganisches Salz, z. B. Kaliumchlorid oder Ammoniumchlorid und/oder mindestens eine organische Säure oder ein wasserlösliches Salz einer organischen Säure gelöst wird, um eine selektive Kontrolle des Verlustes der Partikelsuspensionseigenschaften zu gewährleisten. In der Ausführungsform, bei welcher das Fluid eine Mischung aus Wasser und einem Aminoxidtensid und einem anionischen Tensid ist, wird eine einfache Mischung der drei Komponenten verwendet. Es können herkömmliche, aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Mischverfahren verwendet werden, da ein Erwärmen der Lösung und insbesondere Rührbedingungen nicht erforderlich sind. Selbstverständlich sollten übliche Erwärmungsverfahren verwendet werden, wenn es unter extremen Kältebedingungen, wie sie in Alaska gefunden werden, verwendet wird. Es wurde gefunden, daß es in einigen Fällen bevorzugt ist, das Verdickungsmittel in einem Alkohol mit geringerem Molekulargewicht zu lösen, bevor es mit der wäßrigen Lösung vermischt wird. Der Alkohol mit geringerem Molekulargewicht, z. B Isopropanol, unterstützt die Solubilisierung des Verdickungsmittels. Andere vergleichbare Mittel können gleichermaßen verwendet werden. Weiterhin kann ein Schaumverhütungsmittel, wie ein Polyglykol, verwendet werden, um ein unerwünschtes Schäumen während der Herstellung des viskoelastischen Fluids zu vermeiden, sofern ein Schaum unter den Behandlungsbedingungen nicht erwünscht ist. Wenn ein Schaum oder ein mit Gas angereichertes Fluid gewünscht ist, kann jedes Gas, wie Luft, Stickstoff, Kohlendioxid und dergleichen zugegeben werden.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Fluid ist besonders für die Handhabung (Behandlung) von Teilchen geeignet, die während des Abbaus einer geologischen Formation, z. B. Schürfen, Bohren, Sprengen, Baggerarbeiten, Tunnelarbeiten und dergleichen z. B. während des Baus von Straßen, Brücken, Gebäuden, Minen, Tunneln und dergleichen anfallen. Die Partikel werden mit dem viskoelastischen Fluid auf eine Weise gemischt, welche zu einem Dispergieren der Partikel in dem Fluid führt. Die Partikel besitzen im allgemeinen eine Partikelgröße, die von einem feinen Pulver bis zu groben Kies bzw. groben Geröll, z. B. Staub, Sand und Kies bzw. Geröll, reicht. Die Partikelgröße beeinflußt die Suspendierbarkeit von Abfällen (Abraum) aus Abbauprozessen. Zum Beispiel suspendieren kleine Teilchen besser als große Teilchen und sehr kleine Teilchen suspendieren so gut, daß die Mischung zu dick werden kann, um sie mittels einer Pumpe oder in vergleichbarer Weise zu befördern. Die Größenverteilung des Abfalls aus Abbauprozessen ist ebenfalls wichtig, da Abfall mit Partikeln, die einen breiten Größenbereich aufweisen, leichter suspendiert werden kann als Abfall, bei dem die Teilchen etwa die gleiche Größe aufweisen. Daher kann es bevorzugt sein, die Abfallteilchen vor Anwendung des vorliegenden Verfahrens zu sieben, um die Teilchen, welche zum Suspendieren zu groß sind, zu entfernen, so daß eine bessere Teilchengrößenverteilung erreicht wird.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen viskoelastischen Fluide können zur Aufnahme von Erde oder von Materialien, die während Bohr-, Abbau- und Grabungsvorgängen in der (Tief-)Fundamentbauindustrie, der Tiefbauindustrie und im Tunnelbau, im Tiefbohren und in anderen Anwendungen für erdtragende (erdaufnehmende) Fluide anfallen, verwendet werden. Die Fähigkeit der Abbaugeräte oder -systeme, eine vergrößerte Erdladung aufzunehmen und zu entfernen, wird aufgrund der suspendierenden Eigenschaften und der schmierenden Eigenschaften der viskoelastischen Tensidfluide verbessert.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung kann das Tensid mit einigen in der Industrie bekannten flüssigkeitsverlustkontrollierenden Additiven (Fluid-loss-Kontrolladditiven), wie wasserlöslichen oder in Wasser dispergierbaren Polymeren (Guar und Guarderivaten, Xanthan, Polyacrylamid, Stärke und Stärkederivaten, Cellulosederivaten, Polyacrylaten, PolyDADMAC [Poly(diallyl)dimethylammoniumchlorid] und deren Kombinationen), Ton (Bentonit und Attapulgit) kombiniert werden, um dem Bruchbildungsfluid flüssigkeitskontrollierende Eigenschaften zu verleihen und um zur Stabilisierung der Abbaustrecke beizutragen. Umfassendere Informationen können in The University of Houston, Department of Chemical Engineering, Publikationsnummer UHCE 93-1 mit dem Titel "Effect of Mineral and Polymer Slurries on Perimeter Load Transfer in Drilled Shafts", veröffentlicht im Januar 1993 und in der PCT/WO 96/23849 gefunden werden, deren Offenbarungen hiermit durch Bezugnahme eingeschlossen sind.
- Das oben genannte Verfahren zum Suspendieren von Feststoffen weist zahlreiche Anwendungen auf, insbesondere im Bergbau und im Umgang mit Abraum aus dem Bergbau. Die Offenbarung des US-Patents Nr. 5 439 317 (Bishop et al.) wird hiermit durch Bezugnahme eingeschlossen. Eine Anwendung besteht darin, mineralische Prozeßabfälle in unterirdischen Gruben oder unterirdischen Hohlräumen zu transportieren und abzulegen. Eine weitere Anwendung besteht in der Verfüllung offener Schächte bzw. von (Bohr-)Löchern oder Steinbrüchen ohne Einsatz von teurer und arbeitsintensiver Ausrüstung zum Erdtransport. Zudem kann das Verfahren verwendet werden, Ton oder andere Einlagen in Halte- oder Speicherbecken, die zur Speicherung von Flüssigkeiten und zur Vermeidung des Eintritts dieser Flüssigkeiten in das Grundwassersystem verwendet werden, zu verfüllen und/oder mit der gleichen Zielsetzung die Einlagen in Deponien einzubringen. Eine andere Anwendung des Verfahrens besteht in dem Löschen und/oder in der Eindämmung von Grubenfeuern durch Einbringen von Feststoffmengen unter die Erde, um das Feuer gegenüber Sauerstoffquellen abzudichten. Noch eine weitere Anwendung des Verfahrens besteht darin, Feststoffe in Gruben bzw. Hohlräumen einzubringen, in denen zuvor Bergbau betrieben wurde, um ein Absenken der Oberfläche zu vermeiden.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren der hydraulischen Bruchbildung (hydraulische Rißbildung) verwendet andererseits übliche Techniken. Die Offenbarung des US-Patentes Nr. 5 551 516 (Norman et al.) ist hiermit durch Bezugnahme eingeschlossen. Die Anwendungen verschiedener Materialien in Bezug auf Ölfelder werden in "Oil-field Applications", Encyclopedia of Polymer Science and Engineering, Vol. 10, Seiten 328 bis 366 (John Wiley & Sons, Inc., New York, New York, 1987) und den darin angeführten Bezugnahmen beschrieben, deren Offenbarungen hiermit durch Bezugnahme eingeschlossen sind.
- Hydraulische Bruchbildung (hydraulische Rißbildung) ist ein Ausdruck, der für eine Vielzahl von Verfahren verwendet wird, die zur Förderungssteigerung von Flüssigkeiten, wie Öl, Erdgas etc. aus unterirdischen Formationen eingesetzt werden. Beim hydraulischen Abbrechen wird ein Abbruchfluid durch ein Bohrloch und gegen die Fläche (Oberfläche) einer Formation bei einem Druck und einer Flußrate eingespritzt, die zumindest ausreichen, den Abraumdruck zu überwinden und einen Bruch (Brüche) bzw. einen Riß (Risse) in der Formation hervorzurufen und/oder sie zu erweitern. Das Abbruchfluid enthält üblicherweise ein Stützmittel, wie Sand mit 20 bis 40 mesh, Bauxit, Glaskügelchen etc., das in dem Fraktionierungsfluid suspendiert ist und in den Bruch (Riß) transportiert wird. Das Stützmittel verhindert den Wiederverschluß der Formation, wenn der Druck vermindert wird. Die mit Stützmittel gefüllten Brüche bilden durchlässige Kanäle, durch welche die Formationsflüssigkeiten zu dem Bohrloch fließen können und anschließend entnommen werden können. Viskoelastische Fluide sind ebenso umfangreich in der Schotterverpackungsbehandlung eingesetzt worden.
- Zusätzlich zu den zuvor angesprochenen Verwendungen können die viskoelastischen Fluide ebenso als industrielles Driftkontrollmittel oder als Rheologiemodifizierer in Körperpflegeformulierungen (z. B. Reiniger, Konditionierer etc.) und Haushaltsreinigern (z. B. Reinigungsformulierungen) eingesetzt werden. Eine Reinigungsformulierung aus dem erfindungsgemäßen viskoelastischen Fluid enthält weiterhin ein Reinigungstensid. Beispiele für Reinigungstenside und andere übliche Tensidinhaltsstoffe und/oder Körperpflegeprodukte sind unter der US-Seriennr. 08/726 437, angemeldet am 4. Oktober 1996, offenbart, die hiermit durch Bezugnahme eingeschlossen ist.
- Typischerweise ist das Reinigungstensid anionisch oder nichtionisch. Hier bevorzugte wasserlösliche anionische organische Tenside umfassen lineare Alkylbenzolsulfonate mit etwa 10 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen in der Alkylgruppe; verzweigte Alkylbenzolsulfonate mit etwa 10 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen in der Alkylgruppe; Talgbereichsalkalysulfate; Kokosnußbereichsalkylglycerylsulfonate; (ethoxylierte) Alkylethersulfate, wobei die Alkyleinheit etwa 12 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatome enthält und wobei der mittlere Ethoxylierungsgrad zwischen 1 und 12, insbesondere von 3 bis 9, variiert; sulfaltierte Kondensationsprodukte des Talgalkohols mit etwa 3 bis 12, vorzugsweise 6 bis 9, mol Ethylenoxid; und Olefinsulfonate mit etwa 14 bis 16 Kohlenstoffatomen.
- Besonders bevorzugte anionische Substanzen, die hier verwendet werden können, umfassen: lineare C10-C14-Alkylbenzolsulfonate (LAS); verzweigte C10-C14-Alkylbenzolsulfonate (ABS); Talgalkylsulfate, Kokosnußalkylglycerylethersulfonate; sulfatierte Kondensationsprodukte aus gemischten C10-C18-Talgalkohole mit etwa 1 bis etwa 14 mol Ethylenoxid; und Mischungen höherer Fettsäuren mit 10 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen.
- Bevorzugte nichtionische Tenside zur Verwendung in Flüssig-, Pulver- und Gelanwendungen umfassen das Kondensationsprodukt von C10-Alkohol mit 3 mol Ethylenoxid; das Kondensationsprodukt von Talgalkohol mit 9 mol Ethylenoxid; das Kondensationsprodukt von Kokosnußalkohol mit 5 mol Ethylenoxid; das Kondensationsprodukt von Kokosnußalkohol mit 6 mol Ethylenoxid; das Kondensationsprodukt von C12-Alkohol mit 5 mol Ethylenoxid; das Kondensationsprodukt von C12-C13-Alkohol mit 6,5 mol Ethylenoxid und dasselbe Kondensationsprodukt, das gestrippt (abgestreift, nackt) ist, so daß im wesentlichen sämtliche niederen ethoxylierten und nichtethoxylierten Fraktionen abgespalten sind; das Kondensationsprodukt von C12-C13-Alkohol mit 9 mol Ethylenoxid; das Kondensationsprodukt von C14-C15-Alkohol mit 2,25 mol Ethylenoxid; das Kondensationsprodukt von C14-C15-Alkohol mit 4 mol Ethylenoxid; das Kondensationsprodukt von C14-C15-Alkohol mit 7 mol Ethylenoxid; und das Kondensationsprodukt von C14-C15-Alkohol mit 9 mol Ethylenoxid.
- Spezielle Reinigungsmittelanwendungen, für die sich das viskoelastische Fluid eignet, enthalten ein Verdickungsmittel für saure Badezimmerreiniger, wie solche, die in dem US-Patent Nr. 5 639 722 (Kong et al.), und Duschgele, wie sie in dem US-Patent Nr. 5 607 678 (Moore et al.) offenbart sind, deren Offenbarungen hiermit durch Bezugnahme eingeschlossen sind. Die viskoelastischen Fluide sind ebenso in der Herstellung von Bauprodukten verwendbar, welche auf Gips, Gips/Kalk, Kalk/Zement oder Zement, wie solche, die in dem US-Patent Nr. 5 470 383 (Schermann et al.) offenbart sind, und Schaumfluide basieren, wie solche, die in dem US-Patent Nr. 5 258 137 (Bonekamp et al.) offenbart sind, deren Offenbarungen hiermit durch Bezugnahme eingeschlossen sind. Insbesondere ist das Fluid zur Verbesserung des Wasserrückhaltevermögens von Zementschlämmen und Mörteln geeignet, so daß eine bessere Pumpfähigkeit und Verarbeitbarkeit mit einer minimalen Menge an freiem Wasser ermöglicht wird. Die Fluide können ebenso als Verdickungsmittel für saure (z. B. pH-Wert kleiner als etwa 5) wäßrige Schlämmen von Mineralcarbonaten oder Oxiden, z. B. Eisenoxid, Ceroxid, Kieselgelsuspensionen, Titanoxid, Calciumcarbonat und Zirconiumoxid eingesetzt werden. In diesem Zusammenhang wird die Offenbarung des US-Patents Nr. 4 741 781 (De Witte) hiermit durch Bezugnahme eingeschlossen.
- Das erfindungsgemäße viskoelastische Fluid ist ebenso für Formulierungen für agrarwirtschaftliche Anwendungen von festen Düngern und Pestiziden, wie Mikronährstoffen, biologischen Substanzen, Insektiziden, Herbiziden, Fungiziden und Pflanzenwachstumsregulatoren, geeignet. Solche Formulierungen sind typischerweise wäßrige Suspensionen oder Lösungen, welche einen Hauptanteil von Wasser und einen agrarwirtschaftlichen (landwirtschaftlich) effektiven Gehalt einer landwirtschaftlich verwendbaren Chemikalie aufweisen. Das viskoelastische Fluid wird typischerweise mit den anderen Inhaltsstoffen der Formulierung in einer Menge kombiniert, welche die Anzahl (Größe) von Tröpfchen unter etwa 150 microns (d. h. die für Driftprobleme verantwortlichen Tropfen), wirksam reduziert.
- Die nachfolgenden Beispiele werden zur Veranschaulichung der Herstellung und der Eigenschaften der wäßrigen viskoelastischen, auf Tensiden basierenden hydraulischen Fluide dargestellt und sollten nicht so ausgelegt werden, daß sie den Rahmen der Erfindung begrenzen, sofern es nicht anderweitig in den nachfolgenden Ansprüchen ausdrücklich angegeben ist. Sämtliche Prozentangaben, Konzentrationen, Verhältnisse, Teile etc. sind gewichtsbezogen, sofern es nicht anderweitig angemerkt ist oder aus dem Zusammenhang ihrer Verwendung ersichtlich ist.
- Beispiele:
- Beispiel 1:
- Viskoelastische Tensidlösungen werden durch Zugabe von 5% Ammoniumchlorid und 3 bis 5% Dihydroxyethyltalgglycinat (Mirataine TM®) in Wasser hergestellt. Die Systeme wurden gerührt, bis sämtliche Tenside gelöst waren. Sämtliche Proben wurden mittels des Blasenrückstoßtestes (bubble recoil test) als viskoelastisch eingestuft. Die Rheologie der Lösung wurde mit einem ARES-Rheometer bei 25°C gemessen. Die Resultate werden nachfolgend in Tabelle 1 dargestellt.
- Beispiel 2:
- In zu Beispiel 1 vergleichbarer Weise wurden 0,3% Phthalsäure und 2 bis 4% Dihydroxyethyltalgglycinat (Mirataine TM®) in Lösung gebracht. Sämtliche Proben wurden mittels des Blasenrückschlagtests als viskoelastisch eingestuft. Rheologische Messungen wurden gemäß der in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Weise bei 25°C durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse sind nachfolgend in Tabelle 2 gezeigt:

- Die rheologischen Messungen wurden ebenso für höhere Temperaturen mittels FANN-Rheometer durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse für 4% Dihydroxyethyltalgglycinat (Mirataine TM®) und 0,3% Phthalsäurelösung sind nachfolgend in Tabelle 3 aufgezeigt:
- Beispiel 4:
- Die viskoelastischen Tensidlösungen werden durch Zugabe von 5% Dinatriumtalgiminodipropionat (Mirataine T2C®) und 2,25% Phthalsäure in Wasser hergestellt. Die Systeme wurden gerührt und auf 50°C erwärmt, bis die gesamte Phthalsäure gelöst war. Sämtliche Proben wurden mittels des Blasenrückschlagtests als viskoelastisch eingestuft. Die Rheologie wurde für die Viskosität und den dynamischen Modul G' (Speichermodul) und G'' (Verlustmodul) mittels eines SR-200-Rheometers bei 25°C und 50°C gemessen. Die Ergebnisse sind in den
1 und2 dargestellt. - Beispiel 5:
- In einer zu Beispiel 4 vergleichbaren Weise wurden 5% Dinatriumtalgiminodipropionat (Mirataine T2C®), 4% NH4Cl und 1,75 ~ 2,0% Phthalsäure in Wasser gemischt. Sämtliche Proben wurden mittels des Blasenrückstoßtests als viskoelastisch eingestuft. Rheologische Messungen wurden gemäß der in Beispiel 4 beschriebenen Weise bei 25°C durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse sind in
3 gezeigt. - Beispiel 6:
- Die viskoelastischen Tensidlösungen werden durch Zugabe von 4 bis 5% Oleamidopropylbetain (Mirataine BET-O®), 3% KCl und 0,5% Phthalsäure in Wasser hergestellt. Das System wurde gerührt bis die gesamte Phthalsäure gelöst war. Die Rheologie wurde in bezug auf die konstante Viskosität und den dynamischen Modul G'/G'' mittels ARES-Rheometer bei 25°C gemessen. Die Ergebnisse sind in
4 und5 gezeigt. - Beispiel 7:
- Eine viskoelastische Tensidlösung wird durch Mischen von 95,65 Teilen Wasser und 4 Teilen euricischem Amidopropylendimethylaminoxid und 0,35 Teilen Natriumoleylsulfat hergestellt. Der pH-Wert wird durch Zugabe von NaOH auf 8 eingestellt. Ihre Temperaturstabilität wird durch Messung ihrer Viskosität in cps (bei einem Schergrad von 100 sec–1) gemessen. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 4 gezeigt.
- Beispiel 8:
- Eine viskoelastische Tensidlösung wird durch Mischen von 95,50 Teilen Wasser, 4 Teilen euricischem Amidopropylendimethylaminoxid und 0,50 Teilen Natriumoleylsulfat hergestellt. - Beispiel 9:
- Eine viskoelastische Tensidlösung wird durch Mischen von 96,1 Teilen Wasser, 3,0 Teilen euricischem Amidopropylendimethylaminoxid und 0,9 Teilen Natriumbehenylsulfat hergestellt. Der pH-Wert wird durch Zugabe von NaOH auf 9 eingestellt. Ihre Temperaturstabilität wird durch Messung ihrer Viskosität in cps (bei einem Schergrad von 100 sec–1) bestimmt. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 5 dargestellt.
- Beispiel 10:
- Eine viskoelastische Tensidlösung wird durch Zusammenmischen von 94,8 teilen Wasser, 4,0 Teilen euricischem Amidopropylendimethylaminoxid und 1,2 Teilen Natriumbehenylsulfat hergestellt. Der pH-Wert wird durch Zugabe von NaOH auf 9 eingestellt. Ihre Temperaturstabilität wird durch Messung ihrer Viskosität in cps (bei einem Schergrad von 100 sec–1) bestimmt. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 5 dargestellt.
Claims (36)
- Viskoelastisches Fluid (Flüssigkeit), umfassend (1) ein wäßriges Medium; (2) ein Tensid (oberflächenaktive Substanz), ausgewählt aus der Gruppe von amphoteren Tensiden, zwitterionischen Tensiden und deren Mischungen, wobei das Tensid den Hauptgewichtsanteil sämtlicher in dem Fluid vorhandener Tenside ausmacht; und (3) einen Bestandteil, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe von organischen Säuren, Salzen organischer Säuren, anorganischen Salzen und Kombinationen von einer oder mehreren organischen Säuren oder Salzen organischer Säuren mit einem oder mehreren anorganischen Salzen; wobei das Fluid viskoelastische Eigenschaften aufweist.
- Fluid nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Tensid ein zwitterionisches Tensid ist, das eine quaternäre hydrophile Ammoniumeinheit umfaßt.
- Fluid nach Anspruch 2, wobei die quaternäre Ammoniumeinheit des zwitterionischen Tensids kovalent an eine Alkyl- oder Hydroxyalkylgruppe gebunden ist.
- Fluid nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Tensid eine hydrophile Carboxylateinheit umfaßt.
- Fluid nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Tensid durch die Formel (I) dargestellt wird, wobei R1 Alkyl, Alkenyl, Alkylarylalkylen, Alkenylarylalkylen, Alkylaminoalkylen, Alkenylaminoalkylen, Alkylamidoalkylen oder Alkenylamidoalkylen darstellt, wobei jede der Alkylgruppen etwa 14 bis etwa 24 Kohlenstoffatome enthält und verzweigt oder linear und gesättigt oder ungesättigt sein kann und wobei die Alkylengruppen etwa 1 bis etwa 6 Kohlenstoffatome enthalten, und R2 und R3 unabhängig voneinander aliphatische Ketten mit etwa 1 bis etwa 30 Kohlenstoffatomen sind; R4 ein Hydrocarbylrest mit einer Kettenlänge von etwa 1 bis etwa 4 ist.
- Fluid nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Alkylgruppen bzw. Alkylengruppen von R1 ausgewählt sind aus Alkylgruppen bzw. Alkylengruppen mit etwa 16 bis etwa 22 Kohlenstoffatomen.
- Fluid nach Anspruch 5, wobei R1 ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe von Tetradecyl, Hexadecyl, Octadecenyl und Octadecyl.
- Fluid nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei R1 eine von Talg-, Kokos-, Soja(bohnen)- oder Rapsöl abgeleitete Alkylgruppe ist.
- Fluid nach Anspruch 5, wobei R1 RCONHCH2CH2CH2- ist, wobei R eine Alkylgruppe mit etwa 14 bis etwa 24 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise 16 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, ist, die verzweigt oder linear sein kann und die gesättigt oder ungesättigt sein kann.
- Fluid nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, wobei R2 oder R3 unabhängig voneinander Alkyl, Alkenyl, Arylalkyl, Hydroxyalkyl, Carboxyallcyl oder Hydroxyalkylpolyoxyalkylen sind und jeweils etwa 1 bis etwa 10 Kohlenstoffatome besitzen.
- Fluid nach Anspruch 10, wobei R2 oder R3 unabhängig voneinander Methyl, Ethyl, Benzyl, Hydroxyethyl, Hydroxypropyl, Carboxymethyl oder Carboxyethyl sind.
- Fluid nach Anspruch 11, wobei R2 oder R3 unabhängig voneinander Methyl oder β-Hydroxyethyl sind.
- Fluid nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 12, wobei R4 Methylen oder Ethylen ist.
- Fluid nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zwitterionische Tensid ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe von Dihydroxyethylglycinaten und Alkylamidopropylbetainen.
- Fluid nach Anspruch 14, wobei das zwitterionische Tensid ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe von Dihydroxyethyltalgglycinatoleamidopropylbetain.
- Fluid nach Anspruch 1, wobei das zwitterionische Tensid ein Aminoxidtensid ist.
- Fluid nach Anspruch 16, wobei das Aminoxidtensid die Formel aufweist, wobei R1 Alkyl, Alkenyl, Alkylarylalkylen, Alkenylarylalkylen, Alkylaminoalkylen, Alkenylaminoalkylen, Alkylamidoalkylen oder Alkenylamidoalkylen darstellt, wobei jede der Alkylgruppen etwa 14 bis etwa 24 Kohlenstoffatome enthält und verzweigt oder linear und gesättigt oder ungesättigt sein kann, und wobei die Alkylengruppen etwa 1 bis etwa 6 Kohlenstoffatome enthalten, und R2 und R3 unabhängig voneinander aliphatische Ketten mit etwa 1 bis etwa 30 Kohlenstoffatomen sind.
- Fluid nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zwitterionische Tensid 77 Gew.-% oder mehr, vorzugsweise 89 Gew.-% oder mehr, besonders bevorzugt 92 Gew.-% oder mehr, sämtlicher im Fluid vorhandener Tenside ausmacht.
- Fluid nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein anionisches Tensid vorhanden ist, das ein Hydrophob mit mindestens 14 Kohlenstoffatomen enthält.
- Fluid nach Anspruch 19, wobei das anionische Tensid ein Alkylsulfat oder -sulfonat mit Alkalimetallgegenionen oder ein Alkylcarboxylat ist, wobei das Alkyl eine Gruppe darstellt, die etwa 14 bis etwa 24 Kohlenstoffatome, vorzugsweise etwa 16 bis etwa 22 Kohlenstoffatome, enthält, die verzweigt oder linear sein kann und die gesättigt oder ungesättigt sein kann.
- Fluid nach einem der Ansprüche 19 und 20, wobei das anionische Tensid mit 1,2 Gew.-% oder weniger, vorzugsweise mit 0,9 Gew.-% oder weniger, bezogen auf das Fluid, vorhanden ist.
- Fluid nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei das anionische Tensid mit 0,5 Gew.-% oder weniger, bezogen auf das Gewicht des Fluids, vorhanden ist.
- Fluid nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 22, wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis des zwitterionischen Tensids zum anionischen Tensid 3,3 : 1 und mehr, vorzugsweise 8 : 1 und mehr, besonders bevorzugt 11 : 1 und mehr, beträgt.
- Fluid nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 22, wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis des Aminoxidtensids zum anionischen Tensid von etwa 100 : 1 bis 50 : 50 reicht.
- Fluid nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Tensid ein amphoteres Tensid ist, dargestellt durch die Formel (VI) wobei R1 Alkyl, Alkenyl, Alkylarylalkylen, Alkenylarylalkylen, Alkylaminoalkylen, Alkenylaminoalkylen, Alkylamidoalkylen oder Alkenylamido alkylen darstellt, wobei jede der Alkylgruppen etwa 14 bis etwa 24 Kohlenstoffatome enthält und verzweigt oder linear und gesättigt oder ungesättigt sein kann, und wobei die Alkylengruppen etwa 1 bis etwa 6 Kohlenstoffatome enthalten, und R2 ist ausgewählt aus der Gruppe von Alkyl, Alkenyl, Arylalkyl, Hydroxyalkyl, Carboxyalkyl oder Hydroxyalkylpolyoxyalkylen, wobei jedes etwa 1 bis etwa 10 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist, und R4 ein Hydrocarbylradikal mit einer Kettenlänge von etwa 1 bis etwa 4 ist.
- Fluid nach Anspruch 25, wobei R1 eine Alkylgruppe ist, die etwa 16 bis etwa 22 Kohlenstoffatome enthält.
- Fluid nach einem der Ansprüche 25 oder 26, wobei R1 RCONHCH2CH2CH2- ist, wobei R eine Alkylgruppe mit etwa 14 bis etwa 24 Kohlenstoffatomen ist, die verzweigt oder linear sein kann und die gesättigt oder ungesättigt sein kann.
- Fluid nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 27, wobei R2 oder R3 unabhängig voneinander Methyl, Ethyl, Benzyl, Hydroxyethyl, Hydroxypropyl, Carboxymethyl oder Carboxyethyl sind.
- Fluid nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 28, wobei R4 Methylen oder Ethylen ist.
- Fluid nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 29, wobei das Tensid ausgewählt ist aus amphoteren Dipropionaten, die von Imidazolin abgeleitet sind.
- Fluid nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Bestandteil eine aromatische Einheit umfaßt, die ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe von Sulfonsäure-, Sulfonat-, Carbonsäure- und Carboxylateinheiten.
- Fluid nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die aromatische Einheit ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe von Salicylationen, Phthalationen, Hydroxynaphthalincarboxylationen und deren Mischungen.
- Fluid nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Bestandteil ein anorganisches Salz ist, das aus der Gruppe von wasserlöslichen Salzen ausgewählt ist.
- Fluid nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Gehalt des Tensids etwa 0,5 Gew.-% bis etwa 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise etwa 0,5 Gew.-% bis etwa 8 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt etwa 0,5 Gew.-% bis etwa 6 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Fluid, beträgt.
- Fluid nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Bestandteil ein anorganisches Salz ist und in einer Menge von etwa 0,1 Gew.-% bis etwa 30 Gew.-%, bevorzugt etwa 0,1 Gew.-% bis etwa 8 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Fluid, vorhanden ist.
- Fluid nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Bestandteil eine organische Säure oder deren Salz ist und in einer Menge von etwa 0,1 Gew.-% bis etwa 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise etwa 0,1 Gew.-% bis etwa 8 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Fluid, vorhanden ist.
