Description
- TECHNISCHES GEBIET
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein neues Adamantanderivat und insbesondere eine 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-alkyl-2'-adamantyl)esterverbindung, welche nicht nur als Fotolackadditiv, sondern auch als Arzneimittel und agrochemisches Zwischenprodukt, Harzadditiv (Hitzebeständigkeitsverbesserer) und Ähnliche, nützlich ist.
- TECHNISCHER HINTERGRUND
- Adamantan und Analoge, welche mit einem außerordentlich stabilen Kohlenstoffskelett ausgestattet sind und daneben besondere Funktionen zeigen, sind bisher aufgrund ihrer optischen Eigenschaften und Hitzebeständigkeit zu einer Vielzahl von Zwecken verwendet worden, insbesondere als Basis von Bildplatten, Lichtleitfasern, Linsen und Ähnlichen {offengelegte
japanische Patentanmeldung Nr. 302077/1997 305044/1994 - Darüber hinaus werden Adamantanester und Analoge unter Ausnutzung des Vorteils ihrer Ansprechempfindlichkeit auf Säure und Transparenz für ultraviolette Strahlen als Fotolackadditiv genutzt.
- Forschung und Entwicklung sind durch die gegenwärtigen Erfinder bisher betrieben worden an einer Dicarbonsäure-diadamantyl analogen Verbindung {Hinweis auf offengelegte
japanische Patentanmeldung Nr. 252149/1999 japanische Patentanmeldung Nr. 15341/2000 japanische Patentanmeldung Nr. 65930/2000 - Alle oben genannten Verbindungen sind Verbindungen, in welchen zwei Adamantangerüste direkt oder durch mehrere Kohlenstoffbindungen oder mehrere Esterbindungen miteinander verbunden sind.
JP 2001072645 - OFFENBARUNG DER ERFINDUNG
- Ein Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die Bereitstellung einer auf Trisadamantan basierenden Verbindung, von welcher unter Ausnutzung nicht nur eines außerordentlich stabilen Kohlenstoffgerüstes, sondern auch der Ansprechempfindlichkeit auf Säure und der Transparenz für ultraviolette Strahlen, eine breitere Anwendung und Nutzung als Fotolackadditiv zu erwarten ist.
- Im Besonderen lässt die oben erwähnte Trisadamantan basierende Verbindung einen umfassenden Effekt bei der Ansprechempfindlichkeit auf Säure pro Gewichtseinheit aufgrund ihrer beiden Estergruppen im Vergleich mit einer Monoesteradamantanverbindung erwarten. Als Ergebnis umfangreicher intensiver Forschung und Untersuchungen, die von den gegenwärtigen Erfindern durchgeführt wurden, um das oben erwähnte Ziel zu erreichen, ist gefunden worden, dass eine 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-alkyl-2'-adamantyl)esterverbindung als Trisadamantan basierende Verbindung, welche eine neue Verbindung ist, die nie in der Literatur offenbart wurde, für das oben erwähnte Ziel brauchbar ist.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft speziell eine durch die allgemeine Formel (I) dargestellte 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-alkyl-2'-adamantyl)esterverbindung, worin R1 und R2 jeweils eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen sind; X1 und X2 sind jeweils Wasserstoffatom, ein Halogenatom, eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, Hydroxylgruppe, eine Alkoxygruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, Carboxylgruppe oder COOR3, in welcher R3 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen ist.
- DIE AM MEISTEN BEVORZUGTE AUSFÜHRUNGSFORM DER ERFINDUNG
- In der oben erwähnten allgemeinen Formel (I) ist die durch ein R1, R2, R3, X1 und X2, dargestellte Alkylgruppe (gerade Kette oder verzweigte Kette) mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, beispielhaft speziell eine Methylgruppe, Ethylgruppe, n- Propylgruppe, Isopropylgruppe, n-Butylgruppe, Isobutylgruppe, sec-Butylgruppe, tert-Butylgruppe, n-Amylgruppe, Isoamylgruppe, n-Hexylgruppe, Isohexylgruppe, n-Heptylgruppe, Isoheptylgruppe, n-Octylgruppe, Isooctylgruppe, 2-Ethyl-hexylgruppe und Ähnliche.
- Darin ist das durch ein X1 und X2 dargestellte Halogenatom vertreten durch Chloratom, Bromatom und Jodatom.
- Darin ist die Alkoxygruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, dargestellt durch ein X1 und X2, speziell zum Beispiel eine Methoxygruppe, Ethoxygruppe, n-Propoxygruppe, Isopropoxygruppe, n-Butoxygruppe, Isobutoxygruppe, sec-Butoxygruppe, tert-Butoxygruppe, n-Pentoxygruppe, Isopentoxygruppe, n-Hexoxygruppe, Isohexoxygruppe, n-Heptoxygruppe, Isoheptoxygruppe, n-Octoxygruppe, Isooctoxygruppe, 2-Ethyl-hexoxygruppe und Ähnliche.
- Darin ist COOR3, in welcher R3 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffen bedeutet (gerade Kette oder verzweigte Kette), und für X1 oder X2 dargestellt wird, speziell zum Beispiel COOCH3, COOC2H5, COOnC3H7, COOiC3H7, COOnC4H9, COOiC4H9, COOsecC4H9, COOtertC4H9, COOnC5H11, COOiC5H11, COOnC6H13, COOiC6H13, COOnC7H15, COOiC7H15, COOnC5H17, COOiC8H17 und Ähnliche.

1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(1-n-octoxycarbonyl-2'-methyl-2'-adamantyl)ester und Ähnliche. - Für das Verfahren zur Herstellung der durch Formel (I) dargestellten 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-alkyl-2'-adamantyl)esterverbindung der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht keine besondere Beschränkung. Die Verbindung kann beispielsweise durch Reaktion eines Derivats von 2-Alkyl-2-adamantanol und 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure hergestellt werden, wobei das genannte Derivat durch die allgemeine Formel (II) dargestellt ist, worin R1 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen ist; X1 ist Wasserstoffatom, Halogenatom, eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, Hydroxylgruppe, eine Alkoxygruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, Carboxylgruppe oder COOR3, worin R3 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen ist; oder durch Reaktion eines lithiomodifizierten Derivates eines 2-Alkyl-2-adamantanols mit halogenierter 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure, wobei das Derivat durch die allgemeine Formel (II) dargestellt ist; oder durch eine ähnliche Reaktion.
- Im Fall der Herstellung eines gemischten Diesters der durch die allgemeine Formel (I) dargestellten 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-alkyl-2'-adamantyl)esterverbindungen entsprechend der vorliegenden Erfindung, ist es lediglich notwendig, zwei Typen des durch die allgemeine Formel (II) dargestellten 2-Alkyl-2-adamantanols zu verwenden.
- Spezielle Beispiele für R1 und X1 in der allgemeinen Formel (II) schließen dieselben, wie in der allgemeinen Formel (I), ein.
- Spezielle Beispiele für das oben erwähnte durch die allgemeine Formel (II) dargestellte Derivat von 2-Alkyl-2-adamantanol, entsprechend der vorliegenden Erfindung, schließen ein

Sie kann speziell hergestellt werden durch Umsetzung von 1,3-Adamantandiol oder 1,3-dihalogeniertem Adamantan mit einem Carbonylierungsmittel, wie Kohlenmonoxid oder Ameisensäure, bei einer Reaktionstemperatur im Bereich von minus 78 bis 100°C, bevorzugt minus 20°C bis Raumtemperatur, bei einem Reaktionsdruck im Bereich von 0,1 bis 10 MPa (G), während einer Reaktionszeit im Bereich von 1 bis 24 Stunden, bevorzugt 3 bis 6 Stunden.
- Obwohl bei der oben erwähnten Reaktion ein Lösungsmittel nicht eigens notwendig ist, wird es bevorzugt verwendet und ist zum Beispiel ein aliphatischer Kohlenwasserstoff, wie Hexan, Heptan und Octan und ein aromatischer Kohlenwasserstoff, wie Benzol, Toluol und Xylol.
- Im Fall, wo ein Lösungsmittel bei der Reaktion verwendet wird, kann die Konzentration des Ausgangsmaterials so hoch wie die gesättigte Löslichkeit, ohne besondere Begrenzung, ausgewählt werden, sie liegt jedoch bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,5 bis 1,0 mol/Liter.
- Im Fall, wo Ameisensäure bei der Reaktion verwendet wird, ist es notwendig, dass ein Entwässerungsmittel, wie konzentrierte Schwefelsäure, konzentrierte Chlorwasserstoffsäure, konzentrierte Salpetersäure oder Ähnliche, verwendet wird.
- 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäuredichlorid kann hergestellt werden durch Reaktion von 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure mit einem Chlorierungsmittel, wie Phosphorpentachlorid, Phosphortrichlorid oder Ähnliche, bei einer Reaktionstemperatur im Bereich von 0 bis 200°C, bevorzugt Raumtemperatur bis 100°C, bei einem Reaktionsdruck im Bereich von 0,1 bis 10 MPa (G), während einer Reaktionszeit im Bereich von 1 bis 24 Stunden, bevorzugt 3 bis 6 Stunden.
- Obwohl bei der oben erwähnten Reaktion ein Lösungsmittel nicht speziell notwendig ist, wird es bevorzugt verwendet und ist beispielhaft ein aliphatischer Kohlenwasserstoff, wie Hexan, Heptan und Octan, ein aromatischer Kohlenwasserstoff, wie Benzol, Toluol und Xylol und ein halogenierter Kohlenwasserstoff, wie Dichlormethan, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff und 1,2-Dichlorethan.
- Im Fall, wo ein Lösungsmittel bei der Reaktion verwendet wird, kann die Konzentration des Ausgangsmaterials so hoch wie die gesättigte Löslichkeit, ohne besondere Begrenzung, ausgewählt werden, sie liegt jedoch bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,5 bis 1,0 mol/Liter.
- Ein Katalysator, der bei der oben erwähnten Reaktion nicht speziell notwendig ist, ist beispielsweise N,N-Dimethylformamid, Hexamethylphosphorsäureamid und Ähnliche.
- Ein Reaktionsbeschleuniger, der darin nicht speziell notwendig ist, ist zum Beispiel Benzylammoniumchlorid.
- Die Reaktion des Derivates von 2-Alkyl-2-adamantanol mit 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure, wobei das Derivat durch die allgemeine Formel (II) dargestellt ist, kann in Gegenwart einer Base, wie Trimethylamin, Triethylamin, Pyridin, N,N-Dimethylanilin oder Ähnlichen, bei einer Reaktionstemperatur im Bereich von minus 78 bis 100°C, bevorzugt 0°C bis Raumtemperatur, bei einem Reaktionsdruck im Bereich von 0,1 bis 10 MPa während einer Reaktionszeit im Bereich von 1 bis 24 Stunden, bevorzugt 1 bis 3 Stunden, ausgeführt werden.
- Obwohl bei der oben erwähnten Reaktion ein Lösungsmittel nicht eigens notwendig ist, wird es bevorzugt verwendet und ist beispielsweise ein aliphatischer Kohlenwasserstoff, wie Hexan, Heptan und Octan, ein aromatischer Kohlenwasserstoff, wie Benzol, Toluol und Xylol, ein halogenierter Kohlenwasserstoff, wie Dichlormethan, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff und 1,2-Dichlorethan und eine Etherverbindung, wie Diethylether, Tetrahydrofuran und Dioxan.
- Im Fall, wo ein Lösungsmittel bei der Reaktion verwendet wird, kann die Konzentration des Ausgangsmaterials so hoch wie die gesättigte Löslichkeit, ohne besondere Begrenzung, ausgewählt werden, sie liegt jedoch bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,5 bis 1,0 mol/Liter.
- Bezüglich der Reaktion eines lithiomodifizierten Derivates von 2-Alkyl-2-adamantanol mit einer halogenierten 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure, wobei das Derivat durch die allgemeine Formel (II) dargestellt ist, wird das durch die allgemeine Formel (II) dargestellte Derivat von 2-Alkyl-2-adamantanol zuerst lithiomodifiziert und dann mit der halogenierten 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure umgesetzt.
- Die Bedingungen der oben erwähnten Reaktion schließen ein eine Reaktionstemperatur von minus 78 bis 100°C, bevorzugt minus 78°C bis Raumtemperatur, einen Reaktionsdruck im Bereich von 0,1 bis 10 MPa (G) und eine Reaktionszeit im Bereich von 1 bis 24 Stunden, bevorzugt 1 bis 3 Stunden.
- Ein darin verwendetes Lösungsmittel ist zum Beispiel ein aliphatischer Kohlenwasserstoff, wie Hexan, Heptan und Octan und ein aromatischer Kohlenwasserstoff, wie Benzol, Toluol und Xylol.
- Bei der Reaktion kann die Konzentration des Ausgangsmaterials so hoch wie die gesättigte Löslichkeit, ohne spezielle Begrenzung, gewählt werden, sie liegt jedoch bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,5 bis 1,0 mol/Liter.
- Beispiele
- Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung mehr im Einzelnen mit Bezug auf Vergleichsbeispiele und Arbeitsbeispiele beschrieben, die jedoch auf keinen Fall die vorliegende Erfindung einschränken sollen.
- Beispiel 1
- [Synthese von 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-methyl-2'-adamantyl)ester]
- (1) Synthese von 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure
- In einen Einliter-Dreihalskolben, ausgestattet mit einem Tropftrichter, wurden 21,515 g (127,9 Millimol) 1,3-Adamantandiol und 200 Milliliter (ml) 95 Masse% Schwefelsäure eingefüllt, so dass während einer Spanne von einer Stunde bei Raumtemperatur eine einheitliche Lösung erhalten wurde.
- Nachfolgend wurde der oben erwähnte Kolben in ein Eisbad gestellt und während einer Spanne von 2 Stunden 10 ml 95 Masse% Ameisensäure aus dem Tropftrichter unter mäßigem Rühren dem Kolben tropfenweise zugesetzt.
- Nach dem tropfenweisen Zusatz wurde der Kolben aus dem Eisbad herausgenommen und das resultierende Gemisch darin etwa 2 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur weiter umgesetzt. Danach wurde die so gebildete gemischte Reaktionsflüssigkeit in einen Liter zerstoßenes Eis übergeführt und die resultierenden weißen Kristalle durch ein Glasfilter filtriert.
- Darüber hinaus wurden die weißen Kristalle in 50 ml einer 30 Masse% wässrigen Lösung von Natriumhydroxid gelöst und durch ein Glasfilter filtriert. Zum resultierenden Filtrat wurden 100 ml 95 Masse% Schwefelsäure zugesetzt, so dass weiße Kristalle ausgefällt wurden.
- Die ausgefallenen weißen Kristalle wurden filtriert, mit Wasser gewaschen und weiter mit Methanol gewaschen und so 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure, wie unten beschrieben, erhalten.
- Ausbeute: 24,365 g (108,65 Millimol), Ausbeute-Prozentsatz: 85,0%, Reinheit: 92,8%
- (2) Synthese von 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäuredichlorid
- In einen 100 ml Zweihalskolben wurden 7,168 g (32,0 Millimol) 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure gefüllt und 46,0 ml (638 Millimol) Thionylchlorid bei Raumtemperatur unter Rühren nach und nach zugegeben. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt veränderte sich die Reaktionsflüssigkeit zu einem weißen Brei.
- Nachfolgend wurde die so erhaltene Reaktionsflüssigkeit in einem Ölbad bei 50°C erhitzt um die Reaktion ungefähr 6 Stunden fortzusetzen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war die Reaktionsflüssigkeit eine fließfähige, nicht klebrige, weiße Lösung.
- Dann wurde die so erhaltene Reaktionsflüssigkeit in einem Ölbad bei 95°C erhitzt, um überschüssiges Thionylchlorid abzudestillieren. Als Ergebnis veränderte sich die Reaktionsflüssigkeit zu einer transparenten Lösung, nachdem ungefähr 25 ml Thionylchlorid abdestilliert waren und schließlich wurden etwa 35 ml davon abdestilliert. Weiterhin wurde restliches Thionylchlorid bei 50°C unter 133,3 Pa abdestilliert.
- Nachfolgend wurde die zurückbleibende Reaktionsflüssigkeit gekühlt und so 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäuredichlorid in Form weißer Kristalle, wie unten beschrieben, erhalten.
- Ausbeute: 7,757 g (29,7 Millimol), Ausbeute-Prozentsatz: 93,0%
- Alle Arbeitsgänge bei der Synthese von 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäuredichlorid einschließlich Befüllung mit dem Ausgangsmaterial, Endbehandlung und Lagerung wurden in einem Stickstoffstrom durchgeführt und nicht durch Feuchtigkeit beeinträchtigt.
- (3) Synthese von 2-Methyl-2-adamantylalkoxylithium
- In einen 50 ml Zweihalskolben wurden 1,611 g (10 Millimol) 2-Methyl-2-adamantanol eingebracht und zur Lösung desselben 10 ml trockenes Tetrahydrofuran zugesetzt.
- Bei Abkühlen des Kolbeninhalts mit einem Kühlmedium auf minus 65°C veränderte sich die einheitliche Lösung zu einem Brei.
- Zum resultierenden Brei wurden tropfenweise 6,25 ml (10,0 Millimol, 1,6 M) einer Lösung von n-Butyllithium in Hexan während einer Spanne etwa 1 bis 2 Minuten zugesetzt, mit dem Ergebnis, dass sich der Brei zu einer gelben transparenten Lösung veränderte.
- Nachfolgend wurde die resultierende Lösung der natürlichen Temperaturerhöhung auf Raumtemperatur unterworfen, um die Reaktion 3 Stunden fortschreiten zu lassen und die so erhaltene Reaktionsflüssigkeit als solche für die nächste Synthese verwendet.
- (4) Synthese von 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-methyl-2'-adamantyl)ester
- In einen 20 ml Kolben, ausgerüstet mit einem Dreiwegehahn, wurden 1,306 g (5,0 Millimol) 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäuredichlorid eingefüllt und zur Lösung desselben 5 ml trockenes Tetrahydrofuran zugesetzt.
- Die resultierende Lösung wurde zur oben erhaltenen Lösung von 2-Methyl-2-adamantylalkoxylithium bei Raumtemperatur unter Verwendung einer Kanüle während einer Spanne von etwa 1 bis 2 Minuten tropfenweise zugesetzt. Weiter wurde das im Kolben verbliebene 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäuredichlorid in 5 ml Tetrahydrofuran gelöst und die resultierende Lösung tropfenweise dazugegeben, um die Reaktion fortzuführen.
- Die Reaktion wurde durch Zugabe von 10 ml Wasser zur Reaktionslösung, nach einer Spanne von 12 Stunden vom Beginn derselben an, beendet. Die so erhaltene Reaktionslösung wurde mit Wasser dreimal gewaschen und mit wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet, um sie zu konzentrieren.
- Nachfolgend wurde die konzentrierte Reaktionslösung durch Silicagel-Chromatographie unter Verwendung einer Entwicklungsflüssigkeit, bestehend aus Hexan/Ether in einem Verhältnis 10/1, gereinigt. Als Ergebnis wurde 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-methyl-2'-adamantyl)ester in Form weißer Kristalle, wie unten beschrieben, erhalten.
- Ausbeute: 1,95 g (3,7 Millimol), Ausbeute-Prozentsatz: 74,7%, Reinheit: 96,1%
- Infrarot-Absorptionsspektren (cm-1): 1714,6 (C = O)
- Massenspektrometrische Analyse (DI – MS):[m/e]: 520 (M+, 0,5%), 440 (1,2%), 224 (9,2%), 148 (100%)
- Schmelzpunkt (mp): (°C); 91,3 bis 97,4 (DSC-Messung)
- Elementaranalyse (Gew.-%): C34 H48 O4
- Beispiel 2
- [Synthese von 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-ethyl-2'-adamantyl)ester]
-
- (1) Synthesen von 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure und 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäuredichlorid wurden auf gleiche Weise wie in Beispiel 1 durchgeführt.
- (2) Synthese von 2-Ethyl-2-adamantylalkoxylithium
- In einen 100 ml Zweihalskolben wurden 3,603 g (20 Millimol) 2-Ethyl-2-adamantol eingefüllt und zur Lösung desselben 20 ml trockenes Tetrahydrofuran zugesetzt.
- Der Inhalt des Kolbens wurde mit einem Kühlmedium auf 0°C gekühlt und 6,25 ml (10,0 Millimol, 1,6M) einer Lösung von n-Butyllithium in Hexan während einer Spanne von ungefähr 1 bis 2 Minuten tropfenweise dazugesetzt, mit dem Ergebnis, dass die Lösung sich zu einer gelben transparenten Lösung veränderte.
- Wenn nachfolgend die resultierende Lösung einer natürlichen Temperaturerhöhung auf Raumtemperatur unterworfen wurde, bildete sich ein weißer Niederschlag. Danach wurde die Reaktion eine Stunde und 40 Minuten ausgeführt und die so erhaltene Reaktionsflüssigkeit als solche für die nächste Synthese verwendet.
- (3) Synthese von 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-ethyl-2'-adamantyl)ester
- In einen 20 ml Kolben, ausgerüstet mit einem Dreiwegehahn, wurden 2,601 g (10,0 Millimol) 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäuredichlorid eingefüllt und zur Lösung desselben 5 ml trockenes Tetrahydrofuran zugesetzt.
- Die resultierende Lösung wurde zur oben erhaltenen Lösung von 2-Methyl-2-adamantylalkoxylithium bei Raumtemperatur unter Verwendung einer Kanüle während einer Spanne von etwa 1 bis 2 Minuten tropfenweise zugesetzt. Weiter wurde das im Kolben verbliebene 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäuredichlorid in 5 ml Tetrahydrofuran gelöst und die resultierende Lösung tropfenweise dazugegeben, um die Reaktion fortzusetzen.
- Die Reaktion wurde durch Zugabe von 10 ml Wasser zur Reaktionslösung, nach einer Spanne von 20 Stunden vom Beginn derselben an, beendet. Die so erhaltene Reaktionslösung wurde mit Wasser dreimal gewaschen und mit wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet, um dieselbe zu konzentrieren.
- Nachfolgend wurde die konzentrierte Reaktionslösung aus Diethylether rekristallisiert. Als Ergebnis wurde 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-ethyl-2'-adamantyl)ester in Form weißer Kristalle, wie unten beschrieben, erhalten.
- Ausbeute: 4,020 g (7,3 Millimol), Ausbeute-Prozentsatz: 73,5%, Reinheit: 98,3%
- Infrarot-Absorptionsspektren (cm-1): 1717,7 (C = O)
- Massenspektrometrische Analyse (DI – MS): [m/e]: 548 (M+, 0,3%), 448 (0,4%), 224 (11,9%), 162 (100%)
- Schmelzpunkt (mp): (°C); 127,3 bis 129,2 (DSC-Messung)
- Elementaranalyse (Gew.-%): C34 H48 O4
- INDUSTRIELLE ANWENDBARKEIT
- Von der 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-alkyl-2'-adamantyl)esterverbindung entsprechend der vorliegenden Erfindung wird unter Ausnutzung des Vorteils nicht nur eines extrem stabilen Kohlenstoffgerüstes, sondern auch Ansprechempfindlichkeit auf Säure und Transparenz für ultraviolettes Licht, die Ausdehnung ihrer Anwendung und Nutzung als Fotolackadditiv erwartet.
- Insbesondere hat die Verbindung entsprechend der vorliegenden Erfindung einen umfassenden Effekt auf die Ansprechempfindlichkeit auf eine Säure pro Gewichtseinheit aufgrund ihrer beiden Estergruppen im Vergleich zu einer herkömmlichen Adamantanmonoesterverbindung.

1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-alkyl-2'-adamantyl)esterverbindung, dargestellt
durch die allgemeine Formel (I) worin
R1 und R2 jeweils
eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen sind; X1 und
X2 sind jeweils ein Wasserstoffatom, ein
Halogenatom, eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine
Hydroxylgruppe, eine Alkoxygruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen,
eine Carboxylgruppe oder COOR3, in welcher
R3 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen
ist.
1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-alkyl-2'-adamantyl)esterverbindung gemäß Anspruch
1, worin R1 und R2 jeweils
ausgewählt
sind aus Methylgruppe, Ethylgruppe, n-Propylgruppe, Isopropylgruppe,
n-Butylgruppe, Isobutylgruppe, sec-Butylgruppe, tert-Butylgruppe,
n-Amylgruppe und Isoamylgruppe; und X1 und
X2 jeweils ein Wasserstoffatom sind.
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer 1,3-Adamantandicarbonsäure-bis(2'-alkyl-2'-adamantyl)esterverbindung, dargestellt
durch die allgemeine Formel (I) worin
R1 und R2 jeweils
eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen sind; X1 und
X2 sind jeweils ein Wasserstoffatom, ein
Halogenatom, eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine
Hydroxylgruppe, eine Alkoxygruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen,
eine Carboxylgruppe oder COOR3, in welcher
R3 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen
ist, welches Verfahren umfasst Umsetzen eines lithiomodifizierten
Derivates von einem 2-Alkyl-2-adamantanol, dargestellt durch die
allgemeine Formel (II) worin R1 eine
Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen ist; X1 ist
ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Halogenatom, eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis
8 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Hydroxylgruppe, eine Alkoxygruppe mit
1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Carboxylgruppe oder COOR3, in welcher R3 eine
Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen ist,
eines lithiomodifizierten
Derivates von einem 2-Alkyl-2-adamantanol, dargestellt durch die
allgemeine Formel (III) worin R2 eine

ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Halogenatom, eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis

Verfahren gemäß Anspruch
3, worin R1 und R2 jeweils
ausgewählt
sind aus Methylgruppe, Ethylgruppe, n-Propylgruppe, Isopropylgruppe,
n-Butylgruppe, Isobutylgruppe, sec-Butylgruppe, tert-Butylgruppe,
n-Amylgruppe und Isoamylgruppe; und X1 und
X2 jeweils Wasserstoff sind.
