Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von N-Phenyl-2-pyrimidinamin-Derivaten der Formel (II) für die Herstellung eines Medikaments zur Verhütung, Verzögerung des Beginns und/oder Behandlung von entzündlichen Krankheiten, wie rheumatoider Arthritis.
- Allein in den USA leiden Millionen von Menschen unter rheumatoider Arthritis, welche ungefähr 1 % der gesamten erwachsenen Bevölkerung ausmachen. (Mitchell, D., 1985. Rheumatoid Arthritis, Hrsg. J.B. Lippincott Co., Philadelphia, S. 133-150). Diese fortschreitende entzündliche Krankheit ist sowohl aus sozialer als auch wirtschaftlicher Sicht von sehr großer Bedeutung, da sie zu der Behinderung und zu starkem Leiden von Individuen führt. Die Verteilung von betroffenen und deformierten Gelenken umfasst typischerweise die kleinen Gelenke der Hände und Füße, obwohl die Gelenke der größeren Gliedmaßen, wie die Schultern und Hüften, bei einer etablierten Erkrankung oftmals betroffen sind.
- Gegenwärtige Verfahren zur Behandlung von rheumatoider Arthritis umfassen eine Verabreichung von nicht-steroidalen antünflammatorisch-wirkenden Medikamenten, wie Acetylsalicylsäure (Aspirin), Ibuprofen, Naproxen, COX-2-Inhibitoren, und anderen Mitteln, wie Penicillamin, Methotrexat, zytotoxischen Mitteln (z.B. Azothrioprin), 4-Aminochinolin-Mitteln und Immunmodulatoren. Jedoch steht gegenwärtig keine zufrieden stellende Behandlung zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich erzeugen viele der therapeutischen Mittel, die verabreicht werden, um Schmerzen und Entzündungen, die mit der Krankheit verbunden sind, zu lindern, wie die Erkrankung modifizierende Antirheuma-Arzneimittel (DMARDs; „disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs") und nicht-steroidale antiinflammatorisch-wirkende Medikamente (NSAIDs) nicht hinnehmbare Nebenwirkungen. Die Verwendung von unspezifischen immunsuppressiven Arzneimitteln, die das gesamte Immunsystem unterdrücken, ist ebenfalls vorgeschlagen worden, aber sie erhöht das Infektionsrisiko. Darüber hinaus kann eine länger andauernde Verwendung von solchen Arzneimitteln schwere toxische Nebenwirkungen zur Folge haben und ist nur teilweise wirksam, Symptome von rheumatoider Arthritis zu lindern.
- Dementsprechend werden verbesserte Behandlungen für rheumatoide Arthritis, welche Symptome, wie Entzündungen, Schwellungen, abnormale Revaskularisierung, Knochenerosion oder Knorpelerosion unterdrücken können, benötigt.
- Die Ursache von rheumatoider Arthritis ist nach wie vor unklar, aber es wird jetzt allgemein anerkannt, dass infektiöse Agentien oder Toxine, genetisch-bedingte Anfälligkeit und Immun- oder Autoimmunantworten direkte oder indirekte Rollen spielen können. Es wird angenommen, dass nach dem Beginn des Krankheitsprozesses aktivierte T-Zellen und deren Produkte für die fortschreitende Zerstörung von Gelenkknorpel und subchondralem Knochen, die für rheumatoide Arthritis charakteristisch ist, verantwortlich sind.
- Die Symptome der Erkrankung resultieren aus einer massiven Zunahme der Anzahl von Zellen, die die Synovialis des Gelenks auskleiden. Die verschiedenen Zellarten, die vorhanden sind, umfassen Typ A-Synoviozyten, die die Charakteristiken von Monozyten oder terminal differenzierten Makrophagen aufweisen, und Typ B-Synoviozyten, die fibroblastenartig sind. Wenn diese Zellen zahlenmäßig zunehmen, bewirkt die kontinuierliche Entzündung anfängliche Symptome. Schließlich baut die örtliche Freisetzung von Enzymen durch die innere Auskleidung der Synovialis die extrazelluläre Matrix ab und bewirkt Deformation. Panayi et al., 1992, Arth. Rheum., 35, S. 729-735, erwähnten, dass Rheumafaktoren bewirkt werden durch einen zellvermittelten Prozess, an welchem T-Zellen, Antigen-präsentierende Zellen (APC), Makrophagen, Synoviozyten und Zytokine beteiligt sind. Es ist gezeigt worden, dass T-Zellen (Panayi et al., 1992, Arthritis Rheum. 35, 729-735), B-Zellen (Zvaifler, 1973, Adv. Immunol. 265, 265-336) und andere Leukozyten, wie dendritische Zellen, Makrophagen und Neutrophile (Thomas und Lipsky, 1996, Arthritis Rheum. 39, 183-190), eine Rolle bei der Pathogenese dieser entzündlichen Krankheit spielen. Rheumatoide Arthritis wird auch allgemein als eine Autoimmunerkrankung angesehen, von welcher angenommen wird, dass sie mit der Aktivität von autoreaktiven T-Zellen verbunden ist (Harris, E., 1990, The New England Journal of Medicine, 322: 1277-1289).
- Es ist auch angegeben worden, dass Zytokine an der Pathophysiologie von rheumatoider Arthritis beteiligt sind. Aufmerksamkeit ist dem Tumornekrosefaktor (TNF-a) zugewandt worden, da er in der Synovialis von Patienten, welche unter rheumatoider Arthritis leiden, konsistent gefunden wird. Zusätzlich war gezeigt worden, dass anti-humanes TNF die Entwicklung von Arthritis in einem transgenen humanes TNF-a-Mausmodell verhindert. Elliott et al. (Arthritis Rheum. 1993, 36, 1681-1690) verwendeten chimäre (Maus-Mensch) Antikörper gegen TNF-a, um Patienten mit aktiver rheumatoider Arthritis zu behandeln. Jedoch ist TNF-a möglicherweise nicht der einzige Faktor, der für diese entzündliche Krankheit verantwortlich ist.
- Es gibt dementsprechend einen Bedarf an alternativen Behandlungen für diese Krankheiten, die auf lange Sicht in Hinblick auf die oben erwähnten Beobachtungen wirksamer wären und die speziell in Hinblick auf eine wiederholte Verabreichung gut vertragen werden würden.
- In Verbindung mit der Erfindung untersuchten wir die Verteilung von Mastzell-Untergruppen und deren Dichte in der Synovialis aus normalen Individuen und aus Patienten mit rheumatoider Arthritis (RA). In der normalen Synovialis gehört die Hauptzahl von Mastzellen zu der MCTC-Untergruppe, wobei sie MCT-Zellen um 5:1 übertreffen. Die mittlere Dichte von Mastzellen war in RA-Synovialis-Membranen verglichen mit normalen Synovialis-Membranen signifikant erhöht. Bei RA vermehrten sich beide Untergruppen und waren mit infiltrierenden Entzündungszellen oder mit Regionen von hochgradig zellulärem fibrösem Bindegewebe assoziiert (hauptsächlich MCTC). Zusätzlich wurde eine Korrelation zwischen klinischen Parametern der Aktivität oder des Fortschreitens der rheumatoiden Erkrankung und der Dichte von MCTC-Zellen, speziell der Dichte in der Oberflächenschicht der Synovialis, beobachtet.
- Als Ergebnis vermehren sich MCTC-Mastzellen bei RA, sind mit Regionen von „aktiver" Fibrose verbunden und korrelieren mit Parametern der Krankheitsaktivität oder des Fortschreitens von RA. Diese Ergebnisse schreiben der MCTC-Untergruppe von Mastzellen eine Beteiligung an den pathologischen Mechanismen, die bei RA Gewebeschädigungen vermitteln, zu.
- Mastzellen (MC) sind Gewebeelemente, welche von einer bestimmten Untergruppe von hämopoetischen Stammzellen, die CD34-, c-kit- und CD13-Antigene exprimieren, abgeleitet sind (Kirshenbaum et al., Blood 94: 2333-2342, 1999, und Ishizaka et al., Curr. Opin. Immunol. 5:937-43, 1993). Unreife MC-Vorläuferzellen zirkulieren im Blutstrom und differenzieren sich in Geweben. Diese Differenzierungs- und Proliferationsprozesse stehen unter dem Einfluss von Zytokinen, wobei einer von allergrößter Bedeutung der „Stern Cell Factor" (SCF), welcher auch als Kit-Ligand (KL), „Steel Factor" (SL) oder „Mast Cell Growth Factor" (MCGF) bezeichnet wird, ist. Der SCF-Rezeptor wird durch das Protoonkogen c-kit kodiert, welches zu der Typ III-Rezeptor-Tyrosinkinase-Unterfamilie gehört (Boissan und Arock, J. Leukoc Biol. 67:135-48, 2000). Dieser Rezeptor wird auch auf anderen hämopoetischen oder nicht-hämopoetischen Zellen exprimiert. Die Verbindung des c-kit-Rezeptors mit SCF induziert dessen Dimerisierung, gefolgt von dessen Transphosphorylierung, was zu der Rekrutierung und Aktivierung von verschiedenen intrazytoplasmatischen Substraten führt. Diese aktivierten Substrate induzieren eine Mehrzahl von intrazellulären Signalwegen, welche für die Zellproliferation und -aktivierung verantwortlich sind (Boissan und Arock, 2000). Heinrich, M., et al., Blood, Band 96, Nr. 3, 2000, betrifft die Inhibiton von c-kit durch STI 571 und gibt an, dass dieses eine stärkere hemmende Wirkung auf den mutierten Rezeptor hatte. WO 01/45689 betrifft die Verwendung von Indolinonderivaten, um c-kit zu hemmen. WO 02/080925 betrifft mehrere zweite therapeutische Verwendungen von STI 571, die keine entzündlichen Krankheiten sind. Mastzellen sind durch ihre Heterogenität nicht nur hinsichtlich Gewebelokalisation und Struktur, sondern auch auf der funktionalen und histochemischen Ebene gekennzeichnet (Aldenborg und Enerback, Histochem. - In Verbindung mit der Erfindung wird vorgeschlagen, dass Mastzellen eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Pathogenese von entzündlichen Krankheiten, die mit Mastzellen assoziiert sind, wie rheumatoider Arthritis, Konjunktivitis, rheumatoider Spondylitis, Osteoarthritis, Gichtarthritis und anderen arthritischen Leiden, spielen, indem sie eine große Vielzahl von Mediatorsubstanzen produzieren, welche hier in drei Gruppen eingeteilt werden:
- – vorab gebildete, mit Granula assoziierte Mediatorsubstanzen (Histamin, Proteoglycane und neutrale Proteasen),
- – von Lipiden abgeleitete Mediatorsubstanzen (Prostaglandine, Thromboxane und Leukotriene),
- – und verschiedene Zytokine (IL-1, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-a, GM-CSF, MIP-1a, MIP-1b und IFN-γ).
- Dann kann die Freisetzung von Mediatorsubstanzen (TNF-a, Leukotriene, Prostaglandine u.s.w.) durch aktivierte Mastzellen diese entzündlichen Krankheiten induzieren. Zusätzlich aktivieren Mastzellen T-Zellen und Makrophagen, was zu dem Entzündungs- und Zerstörungsprozess, der beispielsweise bei rheumatoider Arthritis beobachtet wird, weiter beiträgt.
- Dementsprechend stellt die Erfindung eine neue therapeutische Strategie, welche darauf abzielt, die Aktivierung von Mastzellen, die an RA beteiligt sind, zu blockieren, bereit.
- In
US 6,211,228 werden Tryptase-Inhibitoren für die Verhütung und Behandlung von durch Mastzellen vermittelten entzündlichen Krankheiten vorgeschlagen und inUS 5,861,264 wird ein Anti-Tryptase-Nachweis als Diagnostikum für entzündliche Krankheiten verwendet. Jedoch ist die Verringerung der Aktivität von freier Tryptase, die durch aktivierte Mastzellen freigesetzt wird, nicht ausreichend, um Kettenreaktionen, die durch die anderen durch Mastzellen freigesetzten Faktoren, die oben erwähnt worden sind, hervorgerufen werden, zu blockieren. - Im Gegensatz dazu schlägt die Erfindung vor, c-kit-spezifische Kinaseinhibitoren zu verwenden, um die Vermehrung, das Überleben und die Aktivierung von Mastzellen zu hemmen. Es wird einer neuer Weg zur Behandlung von entzündlichen Krankheiten bereitgestellt, der darin besteht, Mastzellen, welche eine Rolle bei der Pathogenese dieser Erkrankungen spielen, zu zerstören. Es ist festgestellt worden, dass Tyrosinkinase-Inhibitoren und insbesondere c-kit-Inhibitoren gemäß der Formel (II) besonders geeignet sind, um dieses Ziel zu erreichen.
- Beschreibung
- Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung einer Verbindung, die ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe von N-Phenyl-2-pyrimidinamin-Derivaten der Formel II, für die Herstellung eines Medikaments zur Verhütung, Verzögerung des Beginns und/oder Behandlung von entzündlichen Krankheiten. Der Inhibitor kann ausgewählt werden aus N-Phenyl-2-pyrimidinamin-Derivaten der Formel II: in welcher die R1-, R2-, R3-, R13- bis R17-Gruppen die in
EP 564 409 B1 - Das N-Phenyl-2-pyrimidinamin-Derivat wird vorzugsweise ausgewählt aus den Verbindungen, welche Formel II entsprechen: in der R1, R2 und R3 unabhängig aus H, F, Cl, Br, I, einer (C1-C5)-Alkyl- oder einer cyclischen oder heterocyclischen Gruppe, insbesondere einer Pyridylgruppe, ausgewählt sind;
R4, R5 und R6 unabhängig aus H, F, Cl, Br, I, einer (C1-C5)-Alkyl-, insbesondere einer Methylgruppe, ausgewählt sind;
und R7 eine Phenylgruppe ist, die mindestens einen Substituenten trägt, der wiederum mindestens eine basische Stelle, wie eine Aminofunktion, besitzt. -
- Unter diesen Verbindungen sind die bevorzugten, wie folgt, definiert:
R1 ist eine heterocyclische Gruppe, insbesondere eine Pyridylgruppe,
R2 und R3 sind H,
R4 ist eine (C1-C3)-Alkyl-, insbesondere eine Methylgruppe,
R5 und R6 sind H,
und R7 ist eine Phenylgruppe, die mindestens einen Substituenten trägt, der wiederum mindestens eine basische Stelle, wie eine Aminofunktion, besitzt, beispielsweise die Gruppe: -
- Die Herstellung dieser Verbindung wird in Beispiel 21 von
EP 564 409 - Unter einem bevorzugten Aspekt zieht die Erfindung die oben erwähnte Verwendung, wobei die Verbindung ein c-kit-Inhibitor ist, welcher nicht in der Lage ist, den Tod von IL-3-abhängigen Zellen, die in Gegenwart von IL-3 kultiviert werden, zu fördern, mit in Betracht.
- Der Ausdruck „entzündliche Krankheit" bezieht sich hier auf entzündliche Krankheiten, die mit Mastzellen assoziiert sind, wie rheumatoide Arthritis, Konjunktivitis, rheumatoide Spondylitis, Osteoarthritis, Gichtarthritis und Polyarthritis.
- In einer weiteren Ausführungsform sind c-kit-Inhibitoren, wie oben erwähnt, Inhibitoren von aktiviertem c-kit. Im Rahmen dieser Erfindung bedeutet der Ausdruck „aktiviertes c-kit" ein konstitutiv aktiviertes mutiertes c-kit, welches mindestens eine Mutation, ausgewählt aus Punktmutationen, Deletionen, Insertionen, aber auch Modifikationen und Veränderungen der natürlichen c-kit-Sequenz (SEO ID Nr. 1) umfasst. Solche Mutationen, Deletionen, Insertionen, Modifikationen und Veränderungen können in der Transphosphorylase-Domäne, in der membrannahen Domäne wie auch in einer jeglichen Domäne, die direkt oder indirekt für die c-kit-Aktivität verantwortlich ist, auftreten. Der Ausdruck „aktiviertes c-kit" bedeutet hier auch SCF-aktiviertes c-kit. Bevorzugte und optimale SCF-Konzentrationen für die Aktivierung von c-kit liegen zwischen 5.10–7 M und 5.10–6 M, vorzugsweise um 2.10–6 M. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist das aktiviert-mutierte c-kit in Schritt a) mindestens eine Mutation proximal zu Y823 auf, insbesondere zwischen den Aminosäuren 800 und 850 von SEQ ID Nr. 1, welche an der c-kit-Autophosphorylierung beteiligt sind, insbesondere die D816V-, D816Y-, D816F- und D820g-Mutanten. In einer anderen bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist das aktiviert-mutiertet c-kit in Schritt a) eine Deletion in der membrannahen Domäne von c-kit auf. Eine solche Deletion befindet sich beispielsweise zwischen den Codons 573 und 579, welche als c-kit d(573-579) bezeichnet wird. Die Punktmutation V559G, welche proximal zu der membrannahen Domäne von c-kit liegt, ist ebenfalls von Interesse.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Verwendung umfasst das Verhüten, die Verzögerung des Beginns und/oder Behandlung von entzündlichen Krankheiten beim Menschen.
- Dementsprechend umfasst die Erfindung die Verwendung der oben definierten Verbindungen zur Herstellung eines Medikaments zur Behandlung von entzündlichen Krankheiten, wie rheumatoider Arthritis, Konjunktivitis, rheumatoider Spondylitis, Osteoarthritis, Gichtarthritis und Polyarthritis.
- Die im Rahmen dieser Erfindung eingesetzten pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzungen können durch eine jegliche Anzahl von Routen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf orale, intravenöse, intramuskuläre, intraarterielle, intramedullare, intrathekale, intraventrikuläre, transdermale, subkutane, intraperitoneale, intranasale, enterale, topische, sublinguale oder rektale Mittel oder Maßnahmen, verabreicht werden.
- Zusätzlich zu den Wirkstoffen können diese pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzungen geeignete pharmazeutisch annehmbare Träger enthalten, welche Vehikel und Hilfssubstanzen umfassen, die die Verarbeitung der Wirkstoffe zu Präparaten, die pharmazeutisch verwendet werden können, vereinfachen. Weitere Einzelheiten über Techniken zur Formulierung und Verabreichung können in der letzten Auflage von Remington's Pharmaceutical Sciences (Maack Publishing Co., Easton, PA) gefunden werden.
- Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen für eine orale Verabreichung können unter Verwendung von pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Trägern, die in diesem Fachgebiet wohlbekannt sind, in Dosierungen, die für eine orale Verabreichung geeignet sind, formuliert werden. Solche Träger ermöglichen, dass die pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzungen als Tabletten, Pillen, Dragees, Kapseln, Flüssigkeiten, Gele, Sirupe, Aufschlämmungen, Suspensionen und dergleichen für eine Einnahme durch den Patienten formuliert werden.
- Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen, die für eine Verwendung im Rahmen der Erfindung geeignet sind, umfassen Zusammensetzungen, in denen c-kit-Inhibitoren in einer wirksamen Menge enthalten sind, um den beabsichtigten Zweck zu erzielen. Die Bestimmung einer wirksamen Dosis liegt ohne weiteres innerhalb der Fähigkeiten der Fachleute auf diesem Gebiet. Eine therapeutisch wirksame Dosis bezieht sich auf jene Wirkstoffmenge, die die Symptome oder das Leiden verbessert. Therapeutische Wirksamkeit und Toxizität können durch pharmazeutische Standardprozeduren in Zellkulturen oder Versuchstieren bestimmt werden, z.B. ED50 (die in 50% der Population therapeutisch wirksame Dosis) und LD50 (die für 50% der Population letale Dosis). Das Dosisverhältnis von toxischen zu therapeutischen Wirkungen ist die therapeutische Breite und diese kann als das Verhältnis LD50/ED50 ausgedrückt werden. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen, die große therapeutische Breiten aufweisen, sind bevorzugt. Wie oben erwähnt, ist ein Tyrosinkinase-Inhibitor und insbesondere ein c-kit-Inhibitor gemäß der Erfindung nicht in der Lage, den Tod von IL-3-abhängigen Zellen, die in Gegenwart von IL-3 kultiviert werden, zu fördern.
- Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Produkt, welches einen Tyrosinkinase-Inhibitor, wie oben definiert, und mindestens eine antiinflammatorisch-wirkende Verbindung, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Acetylsalicylsäure (Aspirin), Ibuprofen, Naproxen und cox2-Inhibitoren, umfasst.
- Die Nützlichkeit der Erfindung wird sich weiter aus der nachfolgenden detaillierten Beschreibung ergeben.
- Beispiel 1: Verwendung von 4-(4-Methylpiperazin-1-ylmethyl)-N-[4-methyl-3-(4-pyridin-3-yl)pyrimidin-2-ylamino)phenyl]-benzamid zur Behandlung von Arthritis
- Behandlungsprotokoll
- Die Mäuse wurden mit der Verbindung in unterschiedlichen Konzentrationen zwei Tage (Tag-2, Tag-1) vor der Induktion von Arthritis vorbehandelt. Arthritis wurde durch i.p. Injektion von 150 μl Serum an den Tagen 0 und 2 induziert. Die Behandlung mit der Verbindung in unterschiedlichen Konzentrationen wurde während des Verlaufs der Krankheit fortgesetzt. Den Kontrollmäusen wurde saure PBS vor der Induktion von Arthritis und während des Verlaufs der Krankheit injiziert. Die Dicke des oberen Sprunggelenks und der Arthritis-Score wurden 12 Tage ausgewertet. Arthritis-Score: Summe der Scores von jeder Gliedmaße (0 keine Erkrankung; 0,5 milde Schwellung der Pfote oder von nur einigen wenigen Fingern; 1 eindeutige Gelenkentzündung; max. Score = 4). Die Ergebnisse sind in den
1 und2 dargestellt. Tabelle 1 zeigt die Anzahl von Mäusen, die in dieser Untersuchung verwendet wurden. Tabelle 1 - * Die 3 mg-Dosis war lethal.
- Die Verbindung wurde in saurer PBS-Lösung, pH 3, gelöst. Um eine jegliche toxische Wirkung dieses niedrigen pHs auszuschließen, wurden Untersuchungen bezüglich der natürlichen Aktivierung von B- und T-Zellen überwacht. Drei Mäusen wurde saure PBS 4 Tage lang injiziert und diese wurden mit 3 Kontrollmäusen verglichen, denen PBS injiziert worden war.

Claims (9)
- Verwendung einer Verbindung, die ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus N-Phenyl-2-pyrimidinamin-Derivaten der Formel II: in der R1, R2 und R3 unabhängig aus H, F, Cl, Br, I, einer (C1-C5)-Alkyl- oder einer cyclischen oder heterocyclischen Gruppe, insbesondere einer Pyridylgruppe, ausgewählt sind; R4, R5 und R6 unabhängig aus H, F, Cl, Br, I, einer (C1-C5)-Alkyl-, insbesondere einer Methylgruppe, ausgewählt sind; und R7 eine Phenylgruppe ist, die mindestens einen Substituenten trägt, der wiederum mindestens eine basische Stelle besitzt, bei die Herstellung eines Medikaments zur Verhütung, Verzögerung des Beginns und/oder Behandlung von entzündlichen Krankheiten, die ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe bestehend aus rheumatoider Arthritis, Konjunktivitis, rheumatoider Spondylitis, Osteoarthritis, Gichtarthritis, Polyarthritis.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, bei der R7 eine Phenylgruppe ist, die mindestens einen Substituenten mit einer Amino-Funktion trägt.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Verbindung 4-(4-Methylpiperazin-l-ylmethyl)-N-[4-methyl-3-(4-pyridin-3-yl)pyrimidin-2-ylamino)phenyl]benzamid ist.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 zur Behandlung von rheumatoider Arthritis.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 zur Behandlung von Polyarthritis.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der das Medikament weiter für eine orale Verabreichung geeignete pharmazeutisch annehmbare Träger umfasst.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei der das Medikament als Tabletten, Pillen, Dragees, Kapseln, Flüssigkeiten, Gele, Sirupe, Aufschlämmungen oder Suspensionen vorliegt.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der das Medikament weiter für eine topische Verabreichung geeignete pharmazeutisch annehmbare Träger umfasst.
