Description

  • Verfahren zum Schlichten von Acetatseide Als Schlichtemittel -werden in :der Textilindustrie meistens Präparate aus Kartoffelmehl oder löslicher Stärke verwendet. Erfahrungsgemäß erzielt man mit derartigen Schlichtemitteln bei Acetatsei@de keinen Schlichteeffekt.
  • Es wurde nun gefunden, d:aß sich :die Oxyalkyläther der Kohlehydrate, welche durch die Behandlung von Kohlehydraten oder ihren Derivaten mit Alkylenoxyden in Gegenwart von wäßrigen Alkalien erhältlich sind, in hervorragendem Maße als Schlichtemittel für Acetatseide eignen; solche Oxy.alkyliither sind z. B. Oxyäthylcelluloseäther, Oxypropylstärkeätlier und Oxvbutylstärkeäther. Beispiel i Man zieht Acetatseide bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur in einer Flotte um, in der pro Liter 25g Oxypropylstärkeäther, welchen man durch Behandlung von Stärke mit Propylenoxyd bei Gegenwart von Natronlauge erhält, gelöst sind. Man quetscht die Acetatseide ab und trocknet dieselbe bei 5o°. Der so geschlichtete Acetatseidenfaden ist sehr g a ut geschlossen und hat einen guten Griff. Das Entschlichten geschieht nur durch Umziehen in Wasser von 6o° ohne weitere Zusätze: Beispiele Man zieht Acetatseide bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur in einer Flotte um, in der pro Liter 4o g Oxyäthylcelluloseäther, welchen man durch Behandlung von Natronzellstoff mit Äthylenoxyd erhält, gelöst sind. Man quetscht die Acetatseide ab und trocknet dieselbe bei 5o° C. Der so geschlichtete Acetatseidenfaden ist sehr gut geschlossen und hat einen guten Griff. Das Entschlichten geschieht nur durch Umziehen in Wasser von 6o° ohne weitere Zusätze.

  1. PATENTANSPRUCI3: Verfahren zum Schlichten von Acetatseide, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung der durch Umsetzung von Alkylenoxyden mit Kohlehydraten bei Gegenwart von Alkalilauge erhältlichen Oxyalkyläther der Kohlehvdrate.
