Description
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kunsttuchen. Bei der Massenherstellung von Kunsttuchen nach Patent 413 499 ist in einigen Fällen ein Durchschlagen des Imprägnierungs- und Klebemittels auf die Unterseite der Webstoffgrundlage beobachtet worden, wodurch die Ware an Ansehen einbüßt. Zur Vermeidung dieses übelstandes werden der Erfindung gemäß Webstoffgrundlagen verwendet, die mittels auswaschbarer Appreturmittel, z. B. mit-- tels aufgeschlossener Stärkelösung, gegen das Durchschlagen der Imprägnierungsschicht vorbehandelt worden sind. Nach Fertigstellung des Kunsttuches z. B. durch Aufstäuben von Fasern oder auch von Korkmehl, Bronzestaub, Lederstaub u. dgl. auf die Imprägnierungs- und Klebeschicht aus Leinölfirnis oder dessen Ersatzstoffen bzw. auch durch Aufbrinäung geeigneter Lackschichten u. dgl. und Auswaschen des Appreturmittels wird eine weiche und unbedingt durchschlagfreie Ware erhalten, die als Kunstleder, Sammetersatz, als Kinderwagenleder, Wachstuch u. dgl. vielfache Verwendung finden kann. Die Aufbringung des auswaschbaren Appreturmittels auf die Webstoffgrundlage erfolgt unter Hindurchführen der Webstoffbahnen durch die Lösung des Appreturmittels und Abquetschen des Überschusses zwischen unbeheizten bzw. auch zwecks gleichzeitiger Trocknung beheizten Walzen.
