Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine
Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Formteils, das aus einem
mit einer textilen Auflage versehenen vorgeformten Kunst
stoffteil besteht.
Derartige Formteile werden beispielsweise im Kraftfahrzeug
bereich als Innenverkleidungsteile eingesetzt. Das Kunst
stoffteil wird beispielsweise im Spritzguß-, Preß-, Extru
sions- oder Blasformverfahren hergestellt, während das tex
tile Gebilde beispielsweise aus einer Teppichware oder einer
Stoffware mit oder ohne Schaumstoffrücken besteht.
Bekannt ist, das textile Gebilde durch Verkleben mit dem
vorgeformten Kunststoffteil zu verbinden. Diese Verbindungs
art hat jedoch die durch das Kleben bedingten Nachteile.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein
Verfahren zum Herstellen eines aus einem Kunststoffteil und
einem textilen Gebilde bestehenden Formteiles anzugeben, bei
dem sich das Kunststoffteil und das textile Gebilde in mög
lichst einfacher und effektiver Weise verbinden lassen.
Die Erfindung sowie vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfin
dung sind in den Ansprüchen angegeben.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Verfahren wird dem
textilen Gebilde durch den Tiefziehvorgang eine Form ent
sprechend der Form des Kunststoffteils verliehen. Zweckmäßi
gerweise wird hierbei in die Rückseite des beschichteten
textilen Gebilde eine vorgegebene Kontur eingeprägt. Hier
durch lassen sich insbesondere Schweißzugaben in Form von
Stegen, Noppen, Formrippen od. dgl. bilden, die dann ein mü
heloses Verbinden des Kunststoffteiles und des textilen Ge
bildes durch Vibrationsschweißen ermöglichen.
Die Erfindung bietet somit die Möglichkeit, großflächige,
konturgeformte textile Gebilde (Textilspiegel) in sehr
einfacher und effektiver Weise auf vorgeformte Kunststoff
teile aufzubringen. Ein besonderer Vorteil der Erfindung be
steht darin, daß das Vibrationsschweißen bei entsprechender
Auslegung der Schweißzugaben eine Verbindung der Teile
ermöglicht, die keinerlei Spuren auf der Oberseite der tex
tilen Auflage hinterläßt.
Anhand der einzigen Figur wird das erfindungsgemäße Verfah
ren näher beschrieben. Die Figur zeigt in schematischer
Weise einen Querschnitt durch ein Kunststoffteil und ein
textiles Gebilde vor dem Verschweißen.
Ein Kunststoffteil 2 wird im Spritzguß-, Preß-, Extrusions-
oder Blasformverfahren hergestellt, wobei ihm, wie in der
Figur angedeutet, eine vorgegebene Form verliehen wird.
Ein textiles Gebilde 4 wird beispielsweise durch Weben, Wir
ken oder Stricken als laufende Ware hergestellt. Hierbei
kann es sich um eine Teppich- oder Stoffware handeln. Das
textile Gebilde 4 wird auf der Rückseite mit einer Schicht 8
aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff versehen, wobei bei dem in
der Figur dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel eine Schaum
stoff-Zwischenlage 6 zwischen dem textilen Gebilde 4 und der
Schicht 8 vorgesehen ist. Die Schicht 8 kann beispielsweise
im Extrusionsverfahren über Kalander (Extrusionskaschieren)
oder im Preßverfahren (Preßkaschieren) aufgebracht werden.
Die Beschichtungsstärke wird so gewählt, daß das beschich
tete Gebilde weiterhin flexibel, also nicht eigenstabil ist.
An den Beschichtungsvorgang schließt sich ein Tiefziehver
fahren an, das in einem oder mehreren Arbeitsgängen durchge
führt wird. Durch das Tiefziehen wird dem beschichteten tex
tilen Gebilde 4, 6, 8 eine Form entsprechend der Form des
Kunststoffteils 2 verliehen. Außerdem werden beim Tiefziehen
frei wählbare Konturen in die Rückseite des beschichteten
Gebildes eingeprägt. Diese Konturen sind in einer Werkzeug
hälfte der Tiefziehform im Negativ eingebracht. Insbesondere
werden hierbei Schweißzugaben in Form von Materialvorsprün
gen 10 gebildet. Bei den Materialvorsprüngen 10 kann es sich
um Stege, Noppen, Formrippen od. dgl. handeln.
Während des Tiefziehvorganges wird zweckmäßigerweise gleich
zeitig dem beschichteten Gebilde durch Zuschneiden der ge
wünschte Umriß verliehen.
Das Kunststoffteil 2 und das entsprechend konturgeformte be
schichtete Gebilde 4, 6, 8 werden nun durch Vibrations
schweifen miteinander verbunden. Beim Vibrationsschweißen
wird das beschichtete Gebilde 4, 6, 8 auf das Kunststoffteil
2 gelegt und in bekannter Weise in Schwingungen parallel zu
den Auflageflächen gesetzt, so daß infolge der Reibungswärme
die Schicht 8 aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff mit dem
Kunststoffteil 2 verschweißt wird.
Anstelle von oder zusätzlich zu den Schweißzugaben 10 an der
Schicht 8 können je nach Anforderung Schweißzugaben auch an
dem Kunststoffteil 2 vorgesehen werden (gestrichelt angedeu
tet bei 10′). Die Verwendung derartiger Schweißzugaben er
laubt eine Verbindung zwischen dem Kunststoffteil 2 und dem
beschichteten Gebilde 4, 6, 8, bei der keinerlei Verbin
dungsspuren auf der äußeren Oberseite des textilen Gebildes
4 zu sehen sind. Außerdem bietet die Verwendung von Schweiß
zugaben die Möglichkeit, die Toleranzen der zu verbindenden
Teile über der Fläche auszugleichen.
Claims (9)
1. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Formteils, das
darin besteht, daß
- - aus Kunststoff ein Teil einer vorgegebenen Form herge stellt wird,
- - ein textiles Gebilde auf der Rückseite mit thermoplasti schem Kunststoff beschichtet wird,
- - das beschichtete textile Gebilde im Tiefziehverfahren so verformt wird, daß es in seiner Form dem Kunststoffteil ent spricht, und
- - das beschichtete textile Gebilde und das Kunststoffteil durch Vibrationsschweißen miteinander verbunden werden.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei dem Tiefziehvorgang in die Rückseite des beschichte
ten textilen Gebildes eine vorgegebene Kontur eingeprägt
wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch das Einprägen in der Rückseite des beschichteten
textilen Gebildes Schweißzugaben in Form von Materialvor
sprüngen gebildet werden.
4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei dem Tiefziehvorgang dem be
schichteten textilen Gebilde durch Beschnitt ein vorgegebener
Umriß verliehen wird.
5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beschichten des textilen Ge
bildes mit dem thermoplastischen Kunststoff durch ein Extru
sionsverfahren über Kalander oder ein Preßverfahren erfolgt.
6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Rückseite des textilen
Gebildes eine Schicht aus Schaumstoff aufgebracht wird, ehe
es mit dem thermoplastischen Kunststoff beschichtet wird.
7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kunststoffteil durch ein
Spritzguß-, Preß-, Extrusions- oder Blasformverfahren herge
stellt wird.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in dem Kunststoffteil Schweißzugaben in Form von Ma
terialvorsprüngen gebildet werden.
9. Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach
einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
